La macchina è stata progettata e costruita in accordo alle

norme vigenti ed è quindi dotata di sistemi di prevenzione e

protezione per i rischi di natura meccanica ed elettrica che

possono riguardare l’operatore o l’utilizzatore. Vi sono tuttavia

dei rischi residui che possono presentarsi durante il trasporto,

l’installazione, l’uso o la manutenzione. Tali rischi possono

essere ridotti seguendo scrupolosamente le istruzioni del

manuale, utilizzando gli adeguati dispositivi di protezione

individuali e rispettando le vigenti norme di sicurezza.

The machine has been designed and constructed according

to the current norms and consequently with mechanical and

electrical safety devices designed to protect the operator or

user from possible physical damage. Residual risks during use

or in some intervention procedures on the device are however

present. Such risks can be reduced by carefully following

manual procedures, using the suggested individual protection

Il recuperatore è una macchina progettata e costruita

esclusivamente per il ricambio d'aria degli ambienti civili,

incompatibile con gas tossici ed inammabili. Quindi se ne

fa esplicito divieto di utilizzo in quegli ambienti dove l'aria

risulti mescolata e/o alterata da altri composti gassosi e/o

particelle solide.

L'utilizzo della stessa per scopi diversi da quelli previsti,

e non conformi a quanto descritto in questo manuale, farà

decadere automaticamente qualsiasi responsabilità diretta

e/o indiretta della Ditta Costruttrice e dei suoi Distributori.

The heat recovery unit is a machine designed and built

exclusively to change air in the civil environments,

incompatible with toxic and inammable gases. Therefore

it cannot be used in those environments where the air is

mixed and/or altered by other gaseous composites and/or

solid particles.

The use of the same for different purposes from those

envisioned, not conform to that described in this manual,

will make any direct and/or indirect liability of the

manufacturer automatically become null and void.

Questo manuale riporta le informazioni e quanto ritenuto

necessario per il trasporto, l'installazione, l'uso e la

manutenzione delle unità di trattamento aria CFR-HPEI.

L'utente troverà quanto è normalmente utile conoscere per una

corretta installazione in sicurezza dei recuperatori di calore

descritti.

La mancata osservanza di quanto descritto in questo manuale e

un’inadeguata installazione del recuperatore di calore possono

essere causa di annullamento della garanzia che la Ditta

Costruttrice dà ai propri recuperatori. La Ditta Costruttrice

inoltre non risponde di eventuali danni diretti e/o indiretti dovuti

ad errate installazioni o per danni causati da unità installate da

personale inesperto e non autorizzato.

Vericare, all'atto dell'acquisto, che la macchina sia integra e

completa. Eventuali reclami dovranno essere presentati per

iscritto entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce.

Le unità di rinnovo dell’aria CFR-HPEI sono caratterizzate

dall’adozione di un doppio sistema di recupero dell’energia,

altrimenti persa nella fase di espulsione dell’aria viziata: il primo,

di tipo statico, mediante un recuperatore a ussi incrociati con

piastre in alluminio, il secondo (in cascata al precedente), di tipo

attivo, realizzato mediante circuito frigorifero reversibile.

Questo consente, con un unico apparato indipendente, di

soddisfare contemporaneamente al rinnovo dell’aria nel rispetto

del comfort, all’abbattimento dei carichi termici ad essa

associati ed al risparmio energetico, grazie all’elevatissima

efcienza complessiva, sia invernale che estiva.

Unitamente alle loro dimensioni compatte, le caratteristiche

peculiari di queste unità facilitano installazioni impensabili con

sistemi tradizionali, richiedendo essi maggiori complicazioni e

costi impiantistici.

Queste unità si integrano in maniera ottimale ai tradizionali

sistemi di riscaldamento/condizionamento ambientale, siano

essi dislocati in serie od in parallelo.

La serie CFR-HPEI è costituita da sette modelli, esclusivamente

in versione orizzontale, per coprire un fabbisogno di

ventilazione da 300 a 5400 m3/h.

L’adozione di compressori rotativi a capacità variabile con

motore BLDC e driver dedicato, unitamente ai ventilatori

con motori EC, consentono un’elevata efcienza ed

un’estrema essibilità nel funzionamento.

This manual describes the rules for the transportation, the

installation, the use and the maintenance of the heat recovery.

The user will nd everything that is normally useful to know for

a correct and safe installation of CFR-HPEI air treatment units.

The non-observance of what is described in this handbook and

an inadequate installation of the unit may cause the cancellation

of the guarantee that the Manufacturing Company grants on the

same one.

The Manufacturing Company, moreover, does not answer to

possible direct and/or indirect damages due to wrong

installation carried out by inexpert and/or non-authorised staff.

At the moment of the purchase, check that the machine is

integral and complete. Claims will have to be produced within 8

days from the reception of the goods.

The CFR-HPEI heat recovery units are distinguished by twin

heat recovery system for transferring the energy otherwise lost

when extracting air from the room: the rst system, static type,

by aluminium plated crossow heat recovery, the second

system (in sequence to the previous one) by electric driven air-

to-air heat pump device.

Therefore, by a single independent system and at the same

time, it can match the needing of ventilation while ensuring

room comfort, the outside air thermal loads and the energy

saving, due to the very high unit efciency, both on winter and

summer time.

Together with their compact dimensions, the characteristics of

these units make the plant installations easier, especially when

they are really difcult (and much more expensive) by using

common heating/cooling systems.

These units can be perfectly integrated into traditional room

heating/cooling systems, placed in sequence or in parallel.

CFR-HPEI series is composed of seven sizes, horizontal

version only, to cover a needing of ventilation from 300 up to

5400 m3/h.

The unit is very efciency and exible mode of operation,

thanks to variable ow BLDC rotary compressors with

driver and EC motor fans, allowing more logic control

options.

I modelli delle serie CFR-HP/HPEI possono essere forniti in

abbinamento ad un sistema di ionizzazione dell’ aria

denominato BIOXIGEN®.Tale sistema, unico nel suo genere,

ha lo scopo di sanicare e deodorizzare l‘aria e le superci della

macchina, delle canalizzazioni e degli ambienti connati.

The models of the series CFR-HP/HPEI can be given with a

ionization system of the air called BIOXIGEN®. This system,

unique in his type, makes the air and surfsces of the machine,

of the ducts and of the bordering rooms healthy and good

smelling.

4.1 GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

▪Telaio in prolo di alluminio estruso, lega Anticorodal 63,

con giunzioni di nodo in nylon precaricato.

▪Pannelli di tamponamento di tipo sandwich sp. 23 mm, in

lamiera zincata internamente e preverniciata esternamente

con isolamento termoacustico in poliuretano iniettato con

densità 45 kg/m3.

▪Sezioni di ltrazione in corrispondenza delle prese aspiranti,

costituite da ltri a celle sintetiche in classe di efcienza

ISO 16890 COARSE 55% (G4 EN779), estraibili sia

inferiormente che lateralmente.

▪Elettroventilatori centrifughi a doppia aspirazione con

motore elettrico EC direttamente accoppiato e driver

dedicato; funzionamento standard a portata costante

(escluse taglie 35 e 60).

▪Primo stadio di trasferimento termico (statico) mediante

scambiatore del tipo aria-aria a ussi incrociati con piastre

di scambio in alluminio; vasca inferiore di raccolta del

condensato, estesa a tutta la zona dedicata al trattamento

termico.

▪Secondo stadio di trasferimento termico (attivo) mediante

circuito frigorifero a pompa di calore reversibile costituito

da compressore ermetico rotativo a capacità variabile con

motore BLDC azionato da apposito driver, batterie

evaporanti e condensanti con tubi in rame ed alettatura

continua in alluminio, valvola di espansione elettronica,

separatore e ricevitore di liquido, valvola a 4 vie per

inversione ciclo, pressostati e trasduttori di alta e bassa

pressione, ltro deidratatore, spia del liquido.

▪Quadro elettrico interno per la gestione dei carichi; sonde di

temperatura di tipo NTC su entrambi i circuiti aria; controllo

elettronico a microprocessore per la gestione automatica

della temperatura ambiente, della commutazione caldo/

freddo, dei cicli di sbrinamento e gestione delle fasce orarie;

pannello di comando a bordo macchina.

▪Display di controllo e quadro elettrico ottimizzato per una

migliore dispersione del calore ed accessibilità aumentata

per l’operatore; facilitata anche la connessione degli

accessori al quadro principale.

▪Logica di regolazione appositamente studiata per

ridurre il consumo elettrico e adattare il regime di

funzionamento alle diverse condizioni di lavoro, in

termini di temperatura, umidità e grado di affollamento

dell’ambiente da trattare (opzionale); possibilità di

scelta tra termoregolazione in funzione della

temperatura di ripresa/ambiente o della temperatura a

punto sso di mandata.

▪Scheda per interfaccia protocollo Modbus RTU (opzionale)

per la supervisione dei parametri di funzionamento in tempo

Frame made from extruded Anticorodal 63 aluminium alloy

bars, connected by 3-way reinforced nylon joints.

Sandwich panels, 23 mm thickness, galvanized sheet metal

inner skin and precoated sheet metal outer skin; 45 kg/m3

density foamed polyurethane as heat and sound insulation.

Filtering sections at both air intakes complete with efciency

cell lters ISO 16890 COARSE 55% (G4 EN779),

extractable from both lower and side removable panels.

Direct driven double inlet EC motor centrifugal fans with

Direct driven double inlet forward curved rst step of energy

recovery (static type) by air-to-air crossow aluminium heat

exchanger; lower drain tray, estende to the whole area of

heat treatment centrifugal fans.

Second step of energy recovery (dynamic type) by air-to-

air reversible heat pump system composed of electric driven

rotating compressor with BLDC motor and dedicated driver,

evaporating and condensating reversible Cu/Al nned coils,

electronic expansion valve, liquid receiver and separator,

4-way reversible valve, high and low pressure switches and

sensors, biow drier lter, liquid indicator.

Built-in electric box to control power loads, NTC

temperature sensors on both air circuits, electronic

controller to control room temperature, heating/cooling

mode, defrost cycles and timer control system; built in

control panel.

▪

Display control and new electrical box optimized for better

heat dissipation and increased accessibility for the operator;

also facilitated the connection to main board for the

accessories.

▪

Logic control specially designed for reducing electrical

consumption and adjusting the working capacity to

temperatures, humidities and the ambient crowding

(option); alternative possibility for thermoregulation in

function of return/ambient temperature or supply

temperature xed point.

▪

Modbus RTU PCB interface (optional) for supervision of the

operative parameters in real time.

ATTENZIONE

La serie CFR-HPEI è stata progettata per l’estrazione ed il

rinnovo dell’aria degli ambienti nella quale è installata. Il circuito

frigorifero è stato dimensionato con lo scopo principale di

portare l’aria immessa in ambiente in condizioni molto prossime

a quelle dello stesso, allo scopo di evitare condizioni di disagio

in prossimità delle bocchette. L’unità CFR-HPEI, pertanto, non

è un climatizzatore d’ambiente, e non può prescindere da altre

sorgenti termiche o frigorifere per trattare i carichi termici

interni, se si vogliono garantire adeguate condizioni di

benessere termo igrometrico.

ATTENZIONE

L'unità è da installare solo in ambienti interni all'edicio.

WARNING

The CFR-HPEI series is made to guarantee indoor air supply

and extraction. The refrigerating circuit is calculated mainly for

giving supply air characteristics near to that of the indoor air,

with the aim of avoiding disease conditions near vents. The

CFR-HPEI series is not a conditioning unit, and it cannot be set

apart from a conditioning or heating unit if prexed indoor air

conditions (temperature and humidity) have to be guaranteed.

WARNING

The unit must be installed only inside the building.

In relazione alla disposizione delle canalizzazioni e degli spazi

disponibili è possibile scegliere fra quattro congurazioni di

unità, come di seguito illustrato; le prese aspiranti possono

essere agevolmente disposte in linea od orientate di 90°, con

il semplice spostamento di un pannello di chiusura laterale,

operazione facilmente eseguibile anche in loco.

According to air duct layout and available technical spaces, one

of four possible unit congurations can be chosen, as shown

below; air intakes can be easily set so that in-line or 90° layout

can be matched, by moving a side closing panel on jobsite also.
