1.SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Prohibited items! Indicates improper operation might lead to human causality or severe injury.
Instructions MUST be followed. Indicates improper operation might lead to personal injury or property damage.
Follow these instructions to
complete installation. Carefully
read this manual before unit service
or start-up.
Prior to installation, ensure power
supply is connected according to
local regulatory agencies, according
to current standards and to the
affix nameplate. Use personal
protection equipment to avoid
injury.
Be certain to use equipment
manufacturer’s parts and
accessories to prevent water
leakage, electric shock and fire
related accidents.
Inspect power cord. The diameter
should be recommended size.
If there is any damage to the
power cord, or should it need
to be replaced for any reason,
please consult manufacturer for
instructions.
Never fail to comply with nitrogen
charge requirements. Charge
nitrogen when welding pipes.
Before powering up the unit,
connect the wired controller,
otherwise it cannot be used.
Installation of equipment should be
completed by dealer or qualified personnel
only. Please DO NOT attempt to install
this unit by yourself. Improper handling
may result in water leakage, electric shock
or fire.
Make sure the unit can be grounded
properly after plugging in to the socket
in order to avoid electric shock. DO NOT
connect the ground wire to the gas pipe,
water pipe, lightning rod or telephone line.
If refrigerant leak occurs during installation,
immediately ventilate. Poisonous gas will
emerge if refrigerant gas comes in contact
with fire.
Fix the electric box cover properly when
installing the power cord in order to avoid
cordage contact.
Prevent damage to the unit by NEVER
short-circuiting or canceling the pressure
switch.
Once installation is complete, check the
piping and wiring prior to power up. Double
checking workmanship will help avoid
water leakage, refrigerant leakage, electric
shock and fire.

Follow this instruction to complete the
installation work.
Please carefully read this manual
before unit startup and service.
Installation should be conducted by
dealer or qualified personnel. Please
do not attempt to install the unit by
yourself. Improper handling may result
in water leakage, electric shock or fire
disaster etc.
Make sure the unit can be earthed
properly and soundly after plugging into
the socket so as to avoid electric shock.
Please do not connect the groundwire
to gas pipe, water pipe, lightning rod or
telephone line.
Before installation,please check if the
power supply is in accordance with
the requirements specified on the
nameplate.And also take care of the
power safety.
Be sure to use the excluxive
accessory and part to prevent the
water leakage,electric shock and fire
accidents.
Wire size of power cord should be large
enough The damaged power cord and
connection wire should be replaced by
exclusive cable.
Never fail to comply with the nitrigen
charge requirements. Charge nitrogen
when welding pipes.
Please firstly connect the wired
controller before energization,otherwise
wired controller can not be used.
If refrigerant leakage happens
during installation, please ventilate
immediately.Poisonous gas will emerge
if the refrigerant gas meets re.
After connecting the power cord, please
fix the electric box cover properly in
order to avoid accident.
Never short-circuit or cancel the
pressure switch to prevent unit damage.
Before using the unit, please. check
if the piping and wiring are correct
to avoid water leakage, refrigerant
leakage,electric shock, or re etc.
