NOTES ORPREVENTIVE MEASURES
1. Environment
1）Themachine should beoperated in dryenvironments withhumiditylevels of max90%.
2）Ambienttemperatureshould bebetween -10to40degreescentigrade.
3）Avoid welding insunshine or drippings. Donotletwaterinfiterthemachine.
4）Avoid welding industareaorthe environment withcorrosive gas.
5）Avoid gas welding inthe environmentwithstrong airflow.
2. Safetynorms
Theweldingmachine isinstalled withprotection circuitofovervoltage, overcurrentand over heat. Whenvoltage,
outputcurrentand temperature ofmachine exceed the required standard,weldingmachinewillstop working
automatically.However,overuse(suchas overvoltage) will still resultindamage totheweldingmachine. Toavoid
this,the user mustpay attention tothe following.
1）Theworkingarea is adequatelyventilated！
The weldingmachineis powerfulmachine,whenitisbeing operated,it generated byhighcurrents,and
naturalwindwillnot satisfymachinecooldemands. Sothereisafanininner-machineto cooldown machine.
Makesure the intake isnotin blockorcovered,itis0.3 meter fromweldingmachinetoobjects of
environment.Usershould makesure the workingarea isadequately ventilated. Itisimportantforthe
performanceandthe longevityof themachine.
2）Donot overload！
The operator shouldremember towatchthemaxdutycurrent(Responsetotheselecteddutycycle).Keep
welding current is not exceedmaxdutycycle current. Over-load current willdamageandburnupmachine.
3）Noover voltage！
Power voltage canbefoundin diagram ofmaintechnicaldata. Automatic compensationcircuitof voltage will
assurethatweldingcurrent keepsin allowablerange. Ifpowervoltageisexceedingallowablerangelimited,it
willdamageto componentsof machine. Theoperatorshould understandthissituationand take preventive
measures.
4）There isagroundingscrew behindweldingmachine, withagrounding markeronit.Before operation,
weldingcrustmustbegrounded reliable withcablewhichsection isover 6square millimeter,inorder to
preventfromstatic electricity, and accidents because ofelectricityleaking.
5）If weldingtimeisexceeded dutycycle limited,weldingmachinewill stop workingforprotection.Because
machineisoverheated,temperaturecontrolswitchison “ON positionandtheindicator lightisred. In this
situation, youdonthave topullthe plug, inorder tolet the fan cool the machine. Whenthe indicator lightis off,
and the temperature goesdowntothe standardrange,itcanweld again.
