Introduction

microwaves

What

are

microwaves?

Microwaves

are

electromagnetic

waves

specific

frequency

range,

such

daylight

radio

waves,

though

with.the

difference

that

the

wavelength

different.

Radio

waves

are

emitted

into

the

atmosphere

and

can

cover

large

distances.

soon

they

reach

radio

receiver,

the

energy

received

converted

into

sounds.

Micro-

waves

are

only

emitted

inside

your

appliance.

When

they

reach

the

food,

the

energy

received

converted

into

heat.

The

microwaves

are

alternately

positive

and

negative

and

affect

the

water

molecules

the

food

magnet.

The

very

rapidly

progressing

polarity

change

the

microwave

causes

vibration

the

molecules

and

thereby

friction

which

heats

the

food

from

inside.

This

enables

food

cooked.

The

golden

rules

for

trouble-free

and

safe

working

with

your

microwave

cooker

are:
