Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with same or equivalent type.
Dispose batteries according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Disposal of a BATTERY into re or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting of a BATTERY, that
can result in an EXPLOSION.
Leaving a BATTERY in an extremely high temperature surrounding environment that can result in an
EXPLOSION or the leakage of ammable liquid or gas.
A BATTERY subjected to extremely low air pressure that may result in an EXPLOSION or the leakage
of ammable liquid or gas.
Grounding Caution
This equipment must be grounded and the power cord for product should be connected to a socket-
outlet with earthing connection.

Chapter 1: Introduction
1.1 Overview
The AGV424 is the next generation leaf switch for Data Center Networks, as well as for
common Enterprise Aggregation network deployments.
It leverages the 100G technology (4x25G Serdes) to oers 24-port 25G SFP28 and 4-port
100G QSFP28 in a compact form factor of 1U chassis height and half width. 2.5 times speed
upgrade from current 10G leaf switch. The 24ports 25G are backward compatible to 10G and
the 100G uplink oer dual speed – 40G and 100G. Total I/O bandwidth upgrade to 1Tbps and
switch also provide customers x86 CPU as modular design which oers the exibility for CPU
solution.
1.2 Package Content
After unpacking this switch, check the contents to be sure you have received all the
components. Then, before beginning the installation, be sure you have all other necessary
installation equipment.
