Part of a system
The AGRIBOX pro Switch is part of a system. The system consists of at least one AGRIBOX pro and
AGRILED® pro xtures. An external switch, a light sensor and external control lighting can also be
connected as optional extras.
The maximum number of AGRILED® pro 16 xtures that can be connected to one switch is 60.
The maximum number of AGRILED® pro 32 xtures that can be connected to one switch is 30.
If you want to connect more AGRILED® pro 32 xtures, you can use an AGRIBOX pro slave and an extra
AGRIBOX pro Switch.

Bedankt voor de aanschaf van de AGRIBOX pro. Deze Quick Introduction Guide is bedoeld als inleiding.
De Quick Introduction Guide geeft u inzicht in de belangrijkste functionaliteiten van de AGRIBOX pro en het
proces dat u gaat doorlopen om het product te kunnen gebruiken.
Naast de Quick Introduction Guide is er ook een uitgebreide handleiding beschikbaar. De uitgebreide
handleiding is meegeleverd op CD-rom. De uitgebreide handleiding verschaft alle informatie om aan de
slag te gaan met de AGRIBOX pro en dient volledig gelezen en begrepen te worden. Behalve op de
meegeleverde CD-rom, kunt u de uitgebreide handleiding ook online vinden, op www.agrilight.nl.

Voorzorgsmaatregelen en veiligheidswaarschuwingen
Lees en begrijp de uitgebreide handleiding, voordat u met het product aan de slag
gaat. De uitgebreide handleiding vindt u op de meegeleverde CD-rom, kunt u
downloaden via internet, of kosteloos laten opsturen.
Voor de montage en installatie is specieke deskundigheid vereist en mag
daarom alleen door daarvoor gecerticeerd personeel worden uitgevoerd.
De montage en installatie dienen overeenkomstig te zijn met de plaatselijk
geldende wetten en regelgeving.
Korte beschrijving van het product
De AGRIBOX pro stuurt armaturen aan.
Hiervoor deelt u de armaturen eerst in groepen in. Vervolgens worden de armaturen per groep
aangestuurd.
Hoe de AGRIBOX pro de armaturen aanstuurt, regelt u via het display van de AGRIBOX pro.
U kunt de armaturen op drie manieren aansturen:
• Handmatig: bijvoorbeeld met één druk op de knop een hele groep uitschakelen.
• Automatisch op tijd: via een programma dat u zelf instelt. Bijvoorbeeld een hele groep gedurende een
bepaalde tijd op 60% lichtsterkte laten branden.
• Automatisch via een lichtsensor: afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid natuurlijk licht in de stal zal het
systeem zichzelf aanpassen.
Om het product te gebruiken voert u vier eenvoudige stappen uit. Deze worden hieronder algemeen
beschreven. De uitgebreide beschrijving vindt u in de uitgebreide handleiding.

Stap 1 Maak een belichtingsplan
Voordat u begint met het monteren van de AGRIBOX pro, dient u eerst goed na te denken
over hoe u wilt gaan werken in de stal. Vragen die u zichzelf moet stellen zijn:
• In welke groepen wil ik de stal indelen?
• Hoeveel uren wil ik per groep belichten?
• Van welke goepen wil ik de lichtsterkte laten aanpassen aan het daglicht?
Leg uw wensen vast in een belichtingsplan. Is het belichtingsplan afgerond en goedgekeurd?
Danbent u klaar om de AGRIBOX pro in te stellen.
Stap 2 Gebruiksklaar maken: montage en elektrische aansluiting
Om de AGRIBOX pro gebruiksklaar te maken, dient u deze eerst te monteren en aan te
sluiten.
Wij adviseren om de armaturen aan te sluiten via de AGRIBOX pro Switch. De AGRIBOX pro
Switch kan de installatie spanningsloos maken voor bijvoorbeeld onderhoud.
Wilt u meer armaturen aansturen dan het maximaal aantal aangegeven in de specicaties?
Voegdan iedere keer als u het maximum aantal overschrijdt een AGRIBOX pro slave en een
AGRIBOX pro Switch toe. Als deze producten geen onderdeel waren van uw levering dan kunt
uze apart bijbestellen.
Maakt u gebruik van de lichtsensor, monteer deze zo mogelijk aan de noordzijde
van het gebouw. Zet de dipswitches in de lichtsensor VOOR calibreren in de 20 kLux stand:
Dipswitch 3 ON, Dipswitches 1,2 en 4 OFF. Zet de dipswithces in de lichtsensor NA het
calibreren in de 2 kLux stand: Dipswitch 2 ON, Dipswitches 1,3 en 4 OFF.
Stap 3 De AGRIBOX pro instellen (basisinstellingen)
Als u de AGRIBOX pro gebruiksklaar heeft gemaakt en een belichtingsplan heeft opgesteld,
danmoet u de AGRIBOX pro Controlbox instellen. Houd hiervoor uw belichtingsplan bij de
hand.
Kies de taal
Druk op en ga naar Settings > Language. Kies de gewenste taal.
De datum en tijd instellen
Om ervoor te zorgen dat programma’s die u later gaat instellen, op tijd worden uitgevoerd,
dientueerst de datum en tijd in te stellen.
Druk op en ga naar Instellingen > Datum & Tijd.
Het aantal groepen instellen
De AGRIBOX pro Controlbox stuurt groepen armaturen aan. U schakelt bijvoorbeeld in één
keer een hele groep aan of uit. Het aantal groepen stelt u zelf in. Het maximum aantal groepen
dat u kunt instellen is 5.
Druk op en ga naar Instellingen > Instellingen > Aantal groepen.
Tip: noteer in uw belichtingsplan welke groepsnummers overeenkomen met de groepen in uw
plan.
De armaturen toevoegen
De armaturen zijn aangesloten, maar u kunt ze nog niet aansturen met de AGRIBOX pro
Controlbox. Hiervoor moet u eerst de AGRIBOX pro Controlbox alle armaturen laten zoeken.
Dit kan via een aantal eenvoudige handelingen in het instellingen menu. Zodra de armaturen
gevonden zijn, bent u klaar om de armaturen in te delen in groepen.
Druk op en ga naar Instellingen > Zoeken (Zoekmodus = alle, Zoek drivers = ja).

De armaturen indelen in groepen
U heeft groepen aangemaakt en de armaturen zijn gevonden. U kunt nu de armaturen aan de
groepen toevoegen. U doet dit één voor één per armatuur, dus het kan zijn dat u hier even
mee bezig bent. Heeft u alle armaturen ingedeeld in de groepen? Dan bent u nu klaar om
lichtprogramma’s in te stellen.
Druk op en ga naar Instellingen > Toewijzen.
Lichtprogramma’s instellen
Een lichtprogramma stelt u in staat de armaturen aan en uit te zetten binnen een periode van
24 uur op de door u gewenste tijden. In totaal kunnen er 10 lichtprogramma’s worden
ingesteld. Per lichtprogramma kunnen er 8 tijden worden ingesteld.
Druk op en ga naar Program
Voorbeeld:
Van 06:30 tot 22:30 uur moeten de armaturen die bij programma 1 horen voor 100% aan
staan. Daarna moeten groepen armaturen uit worden gezet. Voer de tijden als volgt in:
Tijd 1: de groep armaturen gaat aan om 06:00 uur.
Tijd 2: van 06:00 tot 06:30 uur neemt de lichtsterkte geleidelijk toe tot 100%.
Tijd 3: van 06:30 tot 22:30 uur blijft de groep armaturen aan op 100%.
Tijd 4: van 22:30 tot 23:00 uur neemt de lichtsterkte geleidelijk af tot 0%.
Tijden 5 tot 8 kunnen worden ingevoerd als u wilt dat de groep armaturen op diverse tijden aan
en uit gaat.
Tip: om armaturen binnen een programma uit te schakelen stelt u de lichtsterkte in op 0%.
Start en eindig dus altijd op 0% om er zeker van te zijn dat de armaturen ’s nachts uit zijn.
Kijk in uw belichtingsplan om te bepalen hoe uw programma eruit moet zien.
U kunt in totaal 10 lichtprogramma’s instellen.
Lichtprogramma’s koppelen aan groepen
Heeft u groepen aangemaakt, armaturen toegevoegd aan groepen en lichtprogramma’s
ingesteld? Via een aantal eenvoudige stappen kunt u nu de lichtprogramma’s koppelen aan
groepen.
Controlelicht instellen
Het controlelicht is de rode LED verlichting en is de minimale verlichting om de stal ’s nachts te
kunnen controleren, zonder het vee te storen in hun dag- en nachtritme.
Voor het controlelicht kan één programma worden ingesteld. Ditprogramma is van toepassing
op alle groepen.

Calibratie lichtsensor
Het lichtniveau wordt geregeld met een lichtsensor die aan de noordelijke zijde van de stal
moet worden geplaatst. Het licht van buiten de stal zou het lichtniveau binnen de stal kunnen
beïnvloeden. Daarom moet er een calibratie worden uitgevoerd. Lees voor alle instellingen de
complete handleiding van de AGRIBOX pro.
Daglichtcompensatie
Als u een lichtsensor heeft aangesloten, dan kunt u daglichtcompensatie instellen. Wanneer de
daglichtcompensatie is ingesteld, gebruikt het system de waarde van de lichtsensor om te
bepalen wanneer de verlichting aan moet (gedimd of volledig). Tijdens schemer, daggeraad of
bewolkte dagen zal het lichtniveau in de stal worden verhoogd (bij gedimd licht) tot het
benodigde lichtniveau.
Daglichtcompensatie kunt u via een programma, koppelen aan een groep.
Deze optie vindt u onder instellingen. U dient deze per groep te activeren.
Zet de dipswitches in de lichtsensor VOOR calibreren in de 20 kLux stand:
Dipswitch 3 ON, Dipswitches 1,2 en 4 OFF. Zet de dipswithces in de lichtsensor NA het
calibreren in de 2 kLux stand: Dipswitch 2 ON, Dipswitches 1,3 en 4 OFF.
Schermcompensatie
Als de stal voorzien is van schermen, dan kunt u per groep schermcompensatie instellen.
Deze optie vindt u onder instellingen. U dient deze per groep te activeren.
Stap 4 De AGRIBOX pro gebruiken
Nadat u de AGRIBOX pro heeft ingesteld, kunt u altijd instellingen wijzigen. U kunt
programma’s aanpassen. Armaturen verwijderen, armaturen toevoegen enzovoort. Het is ook
mogelijk de groepen handmatig te bedienen.

Brief description of the product
The AGRIBOX pro controls light xtures.
For this the xtures are rst divided into groups. The xtures are then controlled in groups.
You can set how the AGRIBOX pro controls the xtures via the display of the AGRIBOX pro.
You can control the xtures in three ways:
• Manually: For example, one press of the button to switch off a whole group.
• Automatically via timer: Via a program that you set yourself. For example, to have a whole group
switched on with a light power of 60% for a given time.
• Automatically via a light sensor: The systems regulates itself, depending on the amount of natural
light in the building.
Operation of the product involves four simple steps. These are described in general terms below. A more
detailed description can be found in the comprehensive manual.

Step 1 Draw up a lighting plan
Before you start to install the AGRIBOX pro, you should rst consider carefully how you want
to work in the building. Questions that you should ask yourself:
• Into how many groups do I want to divide the building?
• For how many hours are the xtures to be switched on per group?
• For which groups do I want the light power to be adapted to the daylight?
Lay down your wishes in a lighting plan. Has the lighting plan been nalised and adopted?
Then you are ready to install AGRIBOX pro.
Step 2 Preparation for use: Installation and electrical connection
In order to prepare AGRIBOX pro for use, it must rst be installed and the electrical
connections made.
We recommend that the xtures are connected via the AGRIBOX pro Switch. The AGRIBOX
pro Switch can disconnect the installation from the mains power supply, e.g. for maintenance
work.
Do you want to control more xtures than the maximum number indicated in the specications?
Every time you exceed the maximum number, add an AGRIBOX pro slave to an AGRIBOX pro
Switch. If these products did not form part of your delivery, you can order them separately.
If you use a light sensor, this should preferably be installed on the north side of the
building. Set the light sensor dip switches in the 20 kLux position before calibration:
Dipswitch 3 ON, Dipswitches 1,2 and 4 OFF. Set the light sensor dip switches in the 2 kLux
position after calibration: Dipswitch 2 ON, Dipswitches 1,3 and 4 OFF.
Step 3 Setting the AGRIBOX pro (basic settings)
When you have prepared the AGRIBOX pro for use and drawn up a lighting plan, you now
have to set the AGRIBOX pro. Keep your lighting plan available for this.
Set language
Press and go to Settings > Language. Choose the preferred language.
Set date and time
In order to ensure that programs that you will create later are executed at the right time, you
rst have to set the date and time.
Press and go to Settings > Date & Time.
Set number of groups
The AGRIBOX pro controls groups of light xtures. For example, you can switch whole group
of xtures on or off with one press of a button. You can set the number of groups yourself. The
maximum number of groups that you can set is 5.
Press and go to Settings > Settings > Number of groups.
Tip: Note in your lighting plan which group numbers correspond to the groups in your plan.
Add xtures
Now the xtures are connected, you can not control them with the AGRIBOX pro yet. Next step
is to search for the drivers in the controlbox. This requires just a few simple actions in the
Settings menu. Once the xtures have been found, you are ready to divide the xtures into
groups.
Press and go to Settings > Search (Search mode = all, Search drivers = yes).

Divide the xtures into groups
You have created groups and the xtures have been found. You can now assign the xtures to
the groups. This has to be done individually for each xture, so this may take some time. Have
you divided all the xtures into groups? Then you are ready to set lighting programs.
Press and go to Settings > Assign.
Set lighting programs
A lighting program allows you to switch the xtures on and off within a period of 24 hours at the
times desired by you. A total of 10 lighting programs can be set. 8 times can be set per lighting
program.
Press and go to Program
Example:
From 6:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. the group of xtures belonging the program 1 must be
switched on 100%. The group of xtures must then switch off. Enter the times as follows:
Time 1: The group of xtures switches on at 6.00 a.m.
Time 2: From 6:00 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. the light power is gradually increased up to 100%.
Time 3: From 6:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. the group of xtures remains switched on at 100%.
Time 4: From 22:30 p.m. until 23:00 p.m. the light power is gradually decreased down to 0%.
Times 5 to 8 can be entered if you wish for the group of xtures to be switched on and off at
several times.
The rst and last time must always be 0%. If this is not the case, the xture will
remain switched on.
Linking lighting programs to groups
Have you created groups, assigned xtures to groups and set lighting programs? You can now
link the lighting programs to groups in a few simple steps.
Set control light
The control light is the red LED lighting and is the minimum lighting for being able to monitor
the buildings at night without disturbing the animals in their day and night rhythm.
One program can be set for the control light. This program then applies to all the groups.
