gefährlich! Verwenden Sie immer eine Hebebühne oder eine Montagegrube und sichern Sie ihren
Caravan gegen Eigenbewegungen.
ACHTUNG!
Gefahr von Beschädigung!
Antriebe können beschädigt werden!
Bei Arbeiten an den Antrieben immer die Sicherung ziehen oder die Versorgungsbatterie abklem-
men!

Wir empfehlen alle Montagearbeiten nur durch kompetente Fachbetriebe oder unsere AL-KO Ser-
vicestellen durchführen zu lassen.
Demontage Kabelbaum
1. Caravan auf eine komfortable Arbeitshöhe bringen und sichern.
2. Versorgungsbatterie abklemmen.
3. Plus und Minus Leitungen des Antriebs zum Entladen der Antriebe kurzschließen (1a).
4. Alle Sicherungen entfernen, Stecker und Leitungen am Sicherungshalter trennen (1b).
5. Potenzialausgleich durchführen.
dazu den Antrieb kurz mit dem Finger berühren (2)
6. Verschlüsse der Serviceöffnungen öffnen (3).
7. Überwurfmuttern an der Kabelverschraubung abschrauben (4).
8. Mittlere Kabelverschraubung herausdrehen (5).
9. Kabel vorsichtig herausziehen, bis die Steckverbindung sichtbar ist (6).
10.Stecker (Verriegelung beachten!) trennen und gegen hineinrutschen sichern (7).
11.Ringschuhe auf der Platine lösen.
12.Kabelverschraubung am Batteriekabel (rot/schwarz) herausdrehen.
13.Batteriekabel herausziehen.
die Schraube bleibt am Kabelbaum.
Montage Kabelbaum
1. Neuen Kabelbaum bereitlegen.
2. Potenzialausgleich durchführen.
dazu den Antrieb kurz mit dem Finger berühren (2)

Markierung +/- auf der Platine beachten! Rotes Kabel ist Plus (+), schwarzes Kabel ist Minus (-).
3. Batteriekabel in das Gehäuse einführen und auf der Platine verschrauben, Anziehdrehmoment 0,5
Nm.
Polung beachten (8)
4. Kabelverschraubung der Batteriekabel in das Gehäuse einschrauben, M12 (klein). Anzug: in das
Gehäuse bis Kopfanlage.
5. Dichtungsgummi platzieren und Überwurfmutter anziehen. Anzug Überwurfmutter: handfest und mit
Schlüssel 1/4 Umdrehung nachziehen.
6. Freigabeleitung (Can-Bus-Kabel) mit gesicherten Stecker des Adapters verbinden.

Darauf achten, dass die Stecker-Buchsen Verbindung richtig verriegelt ist, ansonsten keine
Funktion!
7. Transportsicherung KB Adapter CAN/Freigabe entfernen.
8. Freigabeleitung (Can-Bus-Kabel) in Antrieb einschieben.
9. Mittlere Kabelverschraubung in das Gehäuse einschrauben, M 20 (groß). Anzug: in das Gehäuse bis
Kopfanlage.
10.Dichtungsgummi platzieren und Überwurfmutter anziehen. Anzug Überwurfmutter: handfest und mit
Schlüssel 1/4 Umdrehung nachziehen.
11.Verschlussstopfen wieder einschrauben, Anziehdrehmoment 4 Nm.
12.Batterie anschließen, ACHTUNG! Sicherung noch nicht einsetzen!
13.Alle getrennten Leitungen und Stecker im Caravan verbinden.
14.Sicherung einsetzen.
15.Funktionstest durchführen.

ADVICE
We recommend having all installation work carried out only by competent specialist workshops or
our AL-KO Service Centres.
Removal of cable harness
1. Bring the caravan to a convenient working height and secure it.
2. Disconnect the supply battery.
3. Short-circuit the positive and negative cables of the drive for discharging the drives (1a).
4. Remove all fuses, disconnect plugs and cables from the fuse holder (1b).
5. Equalise the potential.
To do this, briefly touch the drive with your finger (2)
6. Open locks of the service openings (3).
7. Unscrew union nuts on the cable screw connection (4).
8. Unscrew and remove the middle cable screw connection (5).
9. Pull the cable out carefully until the screw connection is visible (6).
10.Disconnect the plug (pay attention to the lock!) and secure it to prevent it slipping in (7).
11.Release the ring lug from the printed circuit board.
12.Unscrew and remove the cable screw connection from the battery cable (red/black).
13.Pull out the battery cable.
The screw remains on the cable harness.
Cable harness installation
1. Place the new cable harness ready.
2. Equalise the potential.
To do this, briefly touch the drive with your finger (2)

ADVICE
Pay attention to the +/- mark on the printed circuit board! The red cable is positive (+), the black
cable is negative (-).
3. Insert the battery cable into the housing and screw onto the printed circuit board, tightening toque 0.5
Nm.
Pay attention to the polarity (8)
4. Screw the cable screw connection of the battery cable into the housing, M12 (small). Tightening: into
the housing until the head makes contact.
5. Position the rubber seal and tighten the union nut. Tightening union nut: finger-tight and tighten a fur-
ther 1/4 turn with a spanner.
6. Connect the enable line (CAN bus cable) to the secured plug of the adapter.
ADVICE
Make sure that the plug/socket connection is correctly locked, or it will not work!
7. Remove the transport lock KB adapter CAN/enable.
8. Push the enable line (CAN bus cable) into the drive.
9. Screw the middle cable screw connection into the housing, M 20 (large). Tightening: into the housing
until the head makes contact.
10.Position the rubber seal and tighten the union nut. Tightening union nut: finger-tight and tighten a fur-
ther 1/4 turn with a spanner.
11.Screw the screw plug back in, tightening torque 4 Nm.
12.Connect the battery. IMPORTANT! Do not insert the fuse yet!
13.Connect all disconnected lines and plugs in the caravan.
14.Insert the fuse.
15.Perform a function test.

Werkzaamheden onder het voertuig zonder passende stut- en veiligheidsmaatregelen zijn levens-
gevaarlijk! Gebruik altijd een hefbrug of een werkkuil en maak de caravan vast om bewegingen
te voorkomen.
LET OP!
Risico op beschadiging!
Aandrijvingen kunnen worden beschadigd!
Haal bij werkzaamheden aan de aandrijvingen altijd de zekering los of ontkoppel de voedingsaccu!

ADVICE
Wij adviseren alle montagewerkzaamheden uitsluitend door competente vakbedrijven of door onze
AL-KOservicestations te laten uitvoeren.
Demontage van kabelboom
1. Caravan op een gemakkelijke werkhoogte brengen en vastzetten.
2. De klemmen aan de voedingsaccu losmaken.
3. De aandrijving ontladen door de plus- en minkabel van de aandrijving kort te sluiten (1a).
4. Alle zekeringen verwijderen, stekker en leidingen losmaken uit de zekeringhouder (1b).
5. Zorgen voor balancering van potentiaalverschil.
daartoe de aandrijving kort aanraken met een vinger (2)
6. De sluitingen van serviceopeningen verwijderen (3).
7. Wartelmoeren op de kabelschroefdraad losdraaien (4).
8. De middelste geschroefde kabel eruit draaien (5).
9. Kabel voorzichtig uitrekken tot de stekkerverbinding zichtbaar wordt (6).
10.Stekker (let op de vergrendeling!) losmaken en borgen zodat deze niet weer naar binnen glijdt (7).
11.Contactring op de printplaat losmaken.
12.De kabelschroefdraad aan de accukabel (rood/zwart) uitdraaien.
13.Accukabel naar buiten trekken.
de schroef blijft op de kabelboom.
Montage van kabelboom
1. Nieuwe kabelboom klaarleggen.
2. Zorgen voor balancering van potentiaalverschil.
daartoe de aandrijving kort aanraken met een vinger (2)
