Sports can be dangerous and physically demanding. There is a risk of serious injury or death from

When using an Aquatone board, you are personally responsible to determine if you have the required

BEFORE INFLATION
Thanks to the design of the kayak, the high-pressure valve can be released during transport.
Therefore, it is important to check that the valve is fully tightened before use. The valve should be
inspected regularly to ensure that it remains tight. This will prevent small pressure losses and ensure
optimal performance of your kayak .
If pressure escapes from the inflated kayak around the valve, it is likely that the valve is not tightened
properly. The valve must be tightened correctly to stop the pressure leak.
Note: The valve can only be properly tightened if the kayak is deflated.

PUMP USE
Attach the hose to the pump and kayak.
Aquatone pump is equipped with two inflation modes:
•Double action mode: initial inflation of the kayak, air flows into the kayak during pumping
when moving up and down - the air valve is closed
•Single action mode: the final inflation of the kayak
The pump is also equipped with a pressure gauge. The maximum pressure for the sides is 3 Psi / 0.2
Bar, for the deck 5 Psi / 0.33 Bar.
DECK INFLATION
Inflate the kayak deck. Then put the deck in a kayak. Max. pressure is 5 Psi / 0.33 Bar for deck. Insert
the deck into the kayak so that the Velcro strap for securing the seats is at the top.

7
INFLATION OF THE SIDES
After inserting the deck, inflate the sides to a maximum of 3 Psi / 0.2 Bar.
SEAT ATTACHMENT
Attach the seats to the deck. Align the Velcro strap seats with the Velcro straps on the kayak deck.
Then secure the seats with nylon straps to the sides of the kayak. Adjust the distance between the
saddles according to your preference. The number of seats depends on the model

8
FINS ATTACHEMENT
Turn the kayak to the side. Slide the lock plate from left to right. The tip of the fin must point towards
the end of the kayak. Make sure that the fin is properly secured, you should hear a click when the lock
plate is inserted.
PADDLE ASSEMBLY
Make sure you have all 4 parts of the paddle. The
paddles are connected with the middle part.
First join the blade with the poles and then join
the two paddles. All connections are connected
using pins.

9
KAYAK DEFLATION
Before deflation, clean the valve of dirt.
Slowly press the pin, the initial air burst out then
the air flow slows down. Once the airflow has
slowed down, you can push the pin all the way in
and turn it counterclockwise to the OPEN
position.
To deflate the kayak, connect the hose to the
pump in the DEF and pump out the air.
FOLD AND PACK
Remove all other accessories. Deflate all air through the assembly. Assemble the kayak according to
the pictures below.

10
CARE, MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
