Assembling/Disassembling the camera
To assemble the camera:
1. Insert the camera base into the rails on
the clip.
2. Push the camera to the direction of the
arrow until it snaps in place.
To disassemble the camera:
1. Firmly press the tab on the clip.
2. Pull the camera to the direction of the
arrow until it disengages from the clip.

Installing the software
Installing ASUS Webcam Software Suite
The ASUS Webcam Software Suite CD contains the applications and drivers that you can install to
avail all the web camera features.
To install the software:
1. Place the ASUS Webcam Software Suite CD to the optical drive.
2. Browse the contents of the CD to locate the le Setup.
exe. Double-click on Setup.exe. and the language
selection window displays.
3. Select a language and click OK. The wizard will guide
you through the installation of the applications.
4. When nished, check the Install camera driver box
and then click Finish. The wizard will continue to
guide you through the installation of the drivers.
NOTE: If you use an operating system other than Windows®Vista™, you must
install the drivers.
5. When the installation is completed, connect the
camera USB cable to your computer’s USB port to
begin using your webcam.
NOTE: Install the software rst.

To launch the software:
1. Click Start on the Windows®taskbar and select All
Programs > ASUS WebCam Companion2. You can
also double-click the shortcut on your desktop.
2. The main menu displays. Press the F1 key to display
the Help menu.
3. Read the instructions to learn how to use the
application.
NOTE: To capture a photo, you can click Capture from the Capture menu or
simply press the capture button on the camera.
Installing Presto Biz Card
The Presto Biz Card CD contains the drivers and applications that you can install to avail all the
name card identication features.
To install the software:
1. Place the Presto Biz Card CD to the optical drive.
2. Browse the contents of the CD to locate the le Setup.exe. Double-click on this le and follow
the on-screen instructions to complete software installation.
To launch the software:
1. Click Start > All Programs > Presto Biz Card or double-click the shortcut on your desktop.
2. Click Help to learn how to use the program.

Using the camera
Positioning the camera
The following illustration shows possible camera positions. Place your camera either on top of your
computer monitor or on a tabletop. Adjust the clip to fasten the camera to your monitor.

Assembler/Désassembler la caméra
Pour assembler la caméra :
1. Insérez la caméra dans les rails de la
base.
2. Poussez la caméra dans la direction de
la èche jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit bien en
place.

1. Pressez fermement sur l’onglet de
verrouillage localisé sur la base.
2. Tirez la caméra dans la direction de la
èche jusqu’à ce qu’elle se désengage
de sa base.

Installation des logiciels
Installer ASUS Webcam Software Suite
Le CD ASUS Webcam Software Suite contient les applications et les pilotes nécessaires à
l’installation et l’utilisation de la Webcam.
Pour installer le logiciel :
1. Placez le CD ASUS Webcam Software Suite dans votre lecteur optique.
2. Parcourez le contenu du CD jusqu’à ce que vous
localisiez le chier Setup.exe. Double-cliquez sur Setup.
exe. pour afcher la fenêtre de sélection de la langue
d’installation.
3. Sélectionnez une langue et cliquez sur OK. L’assistant
d’installation vous guidera tout au long du processus
d’installation des applications.
4. Une fois terminé, cochez si nécessaire la case
Installer le pilote de la caméra et cliquez sur
Terminer. L’assistant continuera de vous guider dans
le processus d’installation des pilotes.
NOTE: Si vous utilisez un système d’exploitation autre que Windows®Vista™,
l’installation des pilotes est requise.
5. Une fois l’installation terminée, connectez le câble
USB de la caméra à l’un des ports USB de votre
ordinateur pour pouvoir utiliser votre webcam.
NOTE: Installez d’abord le logiciel accompagnant votre caméra.
