Drahtseilschere SCS18
Für exible Drahtseile bis Ø 18 mm.
Niro- und hochverdichtete Drahtsei-
le bis max Ø 15 mm.
Nicht unter Spannung schneiden!
Strom abschalten!
Keine Gliedmaßen im Schneiden-
bereich!
Bedienung
• Zum Entriegeln des Handgriffes 1, Rändelbol-
zen 2 in Position ON drehen.
• Handgriff 1 in ausgeschwenkter Position halten
und Raster 3 drücken. Das Schwenkmesser 4
kann nun in beliebiger Richtung gedreht wer-
den.
• Drahtseil einlegen und Schwenkmesser 4 bis
zum Anliegen der Schneide herandrehen.
Nicht schräg schneiden!
• Durch mehrfaches Betätigen des Handgriffes 1
Drahtseil durchtrennen.
• Entriegelung des Schwenkmessers 4 während
des Schneidvorganges möglich: Handgriff 1 bis
zum Anschlag öffnen, Raster 3 gedrückt halten.
Schwenkmesser 4 zurückdrehen. Evtl. durch
Schlag (mit Kunstoffhammer) auf Schwenk-
messer 4 (siehe Punkt x) Raster 3 lösen.
• Zum Verriegeln Handgriff 1 in gedrückter Po-
sition halten, Rändelbolzen 2 in Position OFF
drehen.
Wartung
• Bewegliche Teile ölen.
• Verzahnung bürsten.
Das Werkzeug darf nur für den in der Be-
dienungsanleitung angegebenen Zweck
eingesetzt werden.
Bei anderer Anwendung kann es zu Beschädi-
gungen oder zur Zerstörung des Werkzeuges
kommen bzw. kann es zu Unfällen führen.
Das Werkzeug darf nur durch eine Fachkraft
bzw. durch den Hersteller repariert werden. Für
Arbeiten von Fremdpersonal wird von uns jegli-
che Haftung abgewiesen. Nur original BAUDAT-
Ersatzteile verwenden! Ansprüche aus gegebe-
nen Garantieerklärungen erlöschen sonst.

Do not live working!
Switch off current!
No extremities near the blades!
Use
• Release hand lever 1 by turning locking knob 2
in position ON.
• Hold handle 1 fully open and press down the
retaining pawl 3. It is now possible to turn the
pivoted blade 4 as required.
• Insert the wire rope and turn the pivoted blade
4 until the edge of the blade rests on the cable.
Do not cut angularly!
• Squeeze the handles to manually operate the
pivoted blade 4 during the cutting process.
• Releasing the pivoted blade 4 is possible du-
ring cutting proceeding as follows: Open hand-
les 1 until the block, keep the retaining pawl
3 pressed. Turn back the pivoted blade 4. In
some cases release the retaining pawl 3 by a
blow (with an plastic hammer) on the pivoted
blade 4 (see point x).
• Lock lever 1 by turning the locking knob 2 in
position OFF during squeezing both handles.
Maintenance
• Oil movable parts.
• Brush ratchet teeth.
The tool is only for use in applications pur-
poses described in the operating instruc-
tions.
Using this tool for tasks other than those descri-
bed may lead to accidents or the destruction of
the tool.
The tool must only be repaired by an electro-
mechanical specialist or by the manufacturer.
For works of external staff we assume no liabili-
ty. Use only original BAUDAT spare parts! If not,
claims of the warranty declaration expires.

Couper l‘alimentation electrique!
Ne mettez pas vos doigts dans la
zone de coupe!
Utilisation
• Pour déverrouiller les poignées 1, tourner la
manette de blocage 2 sur la position ON.
• Maintenir la poignée 1 en butée et appuyer sur
le levier 3. La lame mobile 4 se trouve main-
tenant libre de mouvement.
• Insérer le câble acier et refermer le lame mo-
bile 4 jusqu‘à ce que la lame soit engagée en
contact. Ne jamais couper de blais!
• Faire avancer la lame mobile 4 en actionnant
successivement la poignée 1, et ce jusqu‘à ce
que le câble acier soit entièrement coupé.
• Déblocage de la lame mobile 4 pendant le pro-
cessus de coupe : ouvrir la poignée 1 jusqu’à
l’arrêt, maintenir le levier 3 . Tourner en arrière
la lame mobile 4. Eventuellement en donnant
un coup sur la lame (avec un marteau plas-
tique) (voir point x), relâcher le levier 3.
• Remettre la manette de blocage 2 en position
OFF et appuyer sur les poignées 1 an de les
bloquer.
Entretien
• Nettoyer et graisser régulièrement toutes les
parties mobiles.
• Brosser les segments.
L’outil est conçu pour une stricte utilisati-
on comme décrite dans la notice. Une toute
autre utilisation pourra entraîner des accidents
et même la destruction de l’outil. L‘outil devra
être réparé exclusivement par un spécialiste ou
par le fabricant lui-même. En cas d‘intervention
par un personnel étranger et/ou non habilité, le
fabricant se verra dégager de sa responsabilité.
N‘utiliser que des pièces de rechange d‘origine
BAUDAT. Dans le cas contraire, la garantie con-
tractuelle du fabricant devient caduque.

Non tagliare sotto tensione!

di taglio!
Utilizzo
• Per sbloccare l‘impugnatura 1 ruotare il perno
2 in posizione ON.
• Mantenere l‘impugnatura 1 in posizione bas-
culante e premere la levetta 3. Il coltello bas-
culante 4 può ora ruotare liberamente manu-
almente.
• Inserire la fune e ruotare il coltello 4 no al po-
sizionamento della lama sulla fune. Non taglia-
re in modo obliquo!
• Tagliare la fune muovendo ripetutamente
l‘impugnatura 1 con effetto a cricco.
• Sbloccaggio del coltello basculante 4: Aprire
l‘impugnatura 1 no al fermo, tenere premuta
la levetta 3. Ruotare all‘indietro il coltello bas-
culante 4. Eventualmente aiutarsi con un colpo
(con un martello in plastica) sul coltello bascu-
lante 4 (vedi punto x) rilasciare la levetta 3.
• Per bloccare il tagliafuni mantenere
l‘impugnatura 1 premuta e ruotare il perno 2 in
posizione OFF.
Manutenzione
• Oliare le parti mobili.
• Spazzolare i denti della lama a cricco.
L‘utensile può essere utilizzato
soltanto per lo scopo indicato nelle
istruzioni d‘uso.
Un diverso utilizzo può portare al danneggia-
mento o rottura dell‘utensile oppure provocare
incidenti.
L‘utensile può essere riparato soltanto da perso-
nale specializzato o dal produttore. Decliniamo
ogni responsabilità per lavori eseguiti da perso-
nale non autorizzato. Utilizzare soltanto ricambi
originali BAUDAT per non perdere il diritto alla
garanzia!

¡No operar la cortadora con tensi-
ón!
¡Corte la alimentación eléctrica!
¡No ponga los dedos en la zona de
corte!
Uso
• Soltar la palanca 1 girando el mando bloquea-
dor 2 a la posición ON.
• Mantener la palanca 1 completamente abierta
y presione el trinquete de retención 3. La cu-
chilla móvil 4 está liberada para desplazarla
libremente.
• Insertar el cable y girar la cuchilla móvil 4 hasta
que entre en contacto con el cable. No cortar
con ángulo.
• Presionar sobre las palancas para operar la
cuchilla móvil 4 durante el proceso de corte.
• Es posible liberar la cuchilla móvil 4 durante el
proceso de corte: Abrir las palancas 1 hasta el
bloqueo, matener presionado el trinquete de
retención 3. Girar atrás la cuchilla móvil 4. En
algunos casos hay que dar un golpe (con un
martillo de plástico) para liberar el trinquete de
rentención 3 en la cuchilla móvil 4 (ver punto
x).
• Bloquear la palanca 1 mediante el mando blo-
queador 2 en posición OFF mientras se presio-
na ambas palancas 1.
Mantenimiento
• Aceite en los elementos móviles.
• Cepille los dientes del trinquete.
La herramienta se usará solo para aplica-
ciones descritas en el manual de instruc-
ciones.
El uso de la herramienta para otros trabajos
no descritos puede producir accidentes o la
avería de la herramienta.
La herramienta solo puede ser reparada por
un especialista electromecánico o por el fa-
bricante.Las reparaciones externas no están
cubiertas por la garantía. Use solo recambios
originales BAUDAT, sino la garantía quedará
anulada.

Niet gebruiken wanneer er span-
ning op de draad staat!
Altijd eerst stroom uitschakelen!
Geen ledematen binnen snijdbe-
reik!
Gebruik
• Draai vergrendelknop 2 in ON positie om hand-
vat 1 vrij te geven.
• Houd handvat 1 helemaal open en druk borg-
pal 3 naar beneden. Het is nu mogelijk om het
draaibare mes in de gewenste positie te bren-
gen.
• Breng de koord in en plaats het draaibare mes
4 tegen de kord. Knip nooit onder een hoek.
• Knijp de handvaten bijeen om het draaibare
mes 4 te bedienen tijdens het knippen.
• Het is mogelijk om het draaibare mes 4 te ont-
grendelen tijdens het knippen. Handvat 1 hele-
maal openen en druk borgpal 3 naar beneden.
Draai het mes 4 terug, laat borgpal 3 los. Indi-
en nodig mes 4 (positie x) even aanslaan met
kunststof hamer om te openen.
• Om te vergrendelen; knijp beide handvaten
bijeen en plaats vergrendelknop 2 in de OFF
positie.
Onderhoud
• Smeer bewegende delen.
• Maak de tanden van het ratelmechanisme
schoon.
De schaar is uitsluitend bedoeld voor ge-
bruik zoals hierboven omschreven.
Gebruik van deze schaar op andere manieren
dan hierboven omschreven kan ongelukken
veroorzaken of de schaar beschadigen.
Reparaties dienen uitsluitend uitgevoerd te
worden door elektrotechnisch personeel of de
fabrikant. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor werk-
zaamheden uitgevoerd door derden. Gebruik
uitsluitend originele BAUDAT vervangingson-
derdelen! Indien er andere onderdelen gebru-
ikt zijn vervalt elke vorm van garantie.
