• Please read through all instructions before mounting and using this fireplace.
• This product should be wall-mounted at least 1 ft. above the ground. A 2 ft. height is recommended.
• There should be at least 3.5 ft. clearance between this product and the ceiling.
• The wall bracket on this product should only be fit horizontally.
• The cable should only be routed to the bottom right of the heater.
• Only use this heater with an AC power supply with the correct voltage.
• Do not plug in other devices into the same circuit.
• Do not turn the appliance on until it is properly installed.
• Do not leave appliance unattended during use or when plugged in.
• Do not let children operate or go near this appliance.
• Do not let children or small pets near during mounting and installation.
• Do not operate this product if the cord or any parts of this appliance are damaged. Do not attempt
to modify the cord.
• Periodically check the cord and appliance for damage.
• Do not run cord under rugs, furniture, etc.
• Do not allow cord to hang over sharp edges or place near hot surfaces.
• Do not cover or obstruct the heater in any way.
• Never immerse this appliance or cord in water or any other liquids.
• Do not attempt to replace the LED bulbs. Only a licensed and qualified electrician should do so.
• Repairs to this appliance should only be performed by a licensed and qualified electrician.
• Do not attempt to open the back panel unless the electricity is turned o.
• Disconnect and discontinue use of this appliance if any water damage occurs, or if the unit becomes
hot to the touch, broken, or smokes/smells like smoke.
• Do not dispose of this appliance as unsorted waste. Use special collection facilities for
electrical appliances.
NOTE: When the heat function is turned on for the first time, a slight odor may be present. This is
normal and should not occur again.

• Mark the location where the screws will go on the wall. NOTE: Do not ax this appliance at a height
lower than 1 ft. from the floor (at least 2 ft. recommended), or higher than 3.5 ft. from the ceiling.
• Drill the holes for the screws with a No. 6 drill bit.
NOTE: It is recommended to use a level to ensure holes are drilled at an even height.
Insert five part 3 wall anchors into the
drilled holes.
Attach the part A wall bracket to the wall
anchors with five part 2 screws.
Carefully lift and secure the part B
heater to the wall bracket, ensuring
the top ledge of heater connects with
and is centered with the wall bracket.
Attach the sides of the wall bracket to
the heater with two part 1 screws, one
on each side.

Unscrew the tempered glass from part B
heater. Gently push glass up and slide it o
the lugs that hold it onto the fireplace.
Insert 6 part 3 wall anchors into the
drilled holes.
Place fireplace into wall and secure it
with six part 2 screws.

Align the tempered glass over
the front of the unit. Make
sure the slots in the bracket
on the sides of the glass
panel align with the lugs on
the side of the heater.
Carefully lower the tempered
glass onto the lugs and
secure it to the heater with
the screws that was
previously removed, one on
each side.

Remove glass to open front of unit.
Remove the carbon log via unscrewing
screws on both sides.

Remove plastic film lamination
from part E.
Slide part 4 platform brackets onto
part E white platform.
Install the part E white platform
using the same screws from carbon
log (one on each side) and four
part 1 screws to base of heater.
Arrange the part D crystal stones
on the part E white platform.

CONTROL PANEL
INSTALLING CRYSTAL STONES
• This appliance has a safety-cut o that will engage if the fireplace overheats. The fireplace
will NOT automatically reset for safety reasons. To reset the appliance, unplug the unit for
15 minutes and then plug it back in.
• This appliance can be controlled by the panel on the unit or the remote.
• Do not press the buttons more than once in two seconds; it takes some time for the
fireplace to respond.
ON/OFF: Turn the heating/display eect on and o.
DIMMER: Controls the brightness levels. Press to cycle through 5 dimness levels and the OFF setting.
HEAT 1/HEAT 2: Controls the heating level. Press to cycle through the low setting (500W), high setting
(1500W), and the OFF setting.
Replace glass and secure again with the two screws
that was previously removed.

REPLACING BATTERIES
The remote has a 3V CR2025 lithium cell battery included. Remove the slip between the
battery and contacts before operating the remote.
DIMMER: Adjust dimmer settings
HEAT: Adjust heat settings
REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION
• Press the release and slide open the back panel of the remote.
• Remove the battery.
• Insert a brand new CR2025 battery, ensuring the “+” and “-“ signs are in the correct order.
• Replace back panel.
