BeforeUsing
• Ensuretheabovesafetyprecautionsare

• Carefullyunwindthepowercordand
removeallthepackagingmaterials
attachedtoyourappliance.
• Thisappliancemustbeearthed.Only
connectittoasuitableearthedAC220-
240V~50Hzmainssocket.
• Beforeusingtheappliance,cleanthe
partsaccordingtothe“CAREAND
CLEANING”section.
• Theapplianceissuppliedwithamixing
paddleandafrothingpaddle.Themixing
paddleisusedformixingmilkduring
heatingtopreventfromsticking.The
frothingpaddleisusedforfrothingmilk.

Changingthepaddle
Thepaddlesaresmallandareeasyto
interchange.Justholdtheringatthetop
ofthepaddletoliftitup.Donotapplyany
forcetothebaseofthepaddle.Failing
to take appropriate care will damage the
appliance.
I. Frothing and heating milk
1. Placetheapplianceonaatsurface.
2. Openthelid,selectthefrothingpaddle
and insert it onto the shaft inside the milk
container.
3. Fillthemilkcontainerwiththedesired
amountofmilkupto150ml,andthen
replace the lid and ensure it is properly
closed.
Caution:Themaximummilkquantity
permittedis150ml.Toavoidmilk
overowingwhilefrothing,DONOTllthe
milkoverthemaximumlevel
.Overllingthemilkfrothermayresultin
electric shock, personal injury or damage
tothisapplianceorproperty.
4. Placethemilkcontaineronthepower
baseandconnecttheplugintoapower
outlet.
5. PresstheFrothing&Heatingbutton,the
indicator will light red and the appliance
startstowork.Theapplianceswitches
off automatically when the temperature
ofmilkreaches60±10°C.Theheating
element stops heating and the frothing
paddlestopsrotating.Theindicatorlight
turnoff.
6. Note:Donotopenthelidwhileoperating.
During operation, you can stop operating
bypressingtheFrothing&Heatingbutton.
Theindicatorlightturnoff.
7. Whentheappliancehasstopped
operating, you can lift the milk container
fromthePowerbase,andthenopenthe
lid and pour out the warmed and frothed
milk.
Caution:
• Warmedmilkcancauseseriousburns.
Takecarewhenpouringthemilkfromthe
milk container as warmed milk may result
inscalding.
• Switchtheunitoffforatleast3minutesto
allowittocooldownbeforeresuminguse.
8. Themilkcontainermaybestoredonthe
powerbasewhenitisnotinuse.Butmake
surethepowercordisunplugged.
Note: Always disconnect the power
supply when it is not in use.
II. Frothing milk (Cool)
1. Placetheapplianceonaatsurface.
2. Openthelid,selectfrothingpaddleand
insertitontotheshaftofmilkcontainer.
3. Fillthemilkcontainerwiththedesired
amountofmilkupto150ml,andthen
replace the lid and ensure it is properly
closed.
Caution:Themaximummilkquantity
permittedis150ml.Toavoidmilk
overowingwhilefrothing,DONOTllthe
milkoverthemaximumlevel
.Overllingthemilkfrothermayresultin
electric shock, personal injury or damage
tothisapplianceorproperty.

III. Heating milk
1. Placetheapplianceonaatsurface.

replace the lid and ensure it is properly
closed.

HintsAndTips
• Herearesomehandyhintstohelpyouget
thebestoutofmilkfrother.
• Alwaysuseyourfrotherrsttofrothorheat
yourmilk.Whileitisoperating,prepare
yourcoffeeorhotchocolateandserve
immediately.
• Usewholemilk(fatcontent>3.0%)forbest
results.
• Coldmilkcanbefrothedwiththisfrother.
Thefrotheroperatesatroomtemperature
inthisconditionandwillnotcoolthemilk.
• Milkheatstoapproximately60.Thisisthe
idealtemperaturetoensuretheavorof
your coffee is not impaired and so you
don’thavetowaittoolonguntilyoucan
startsippingonyourdrink.
• Keepthepaddlesinasafeplace,itis
recommended when the paddle is not in
useitisbettertobestoredinsidetheLid,
theyaresmallandcaneasilybelost.
• Afterfrothingorheating,allow3minutes
for the thermostat to reset and the frother
tobereadyforuseagain.Toshortenthis
time, rinse with water and wipe dry after
eachuse.
• Themilkfrotherisdesignedtoheatand
frothmilk.Itisnotrecommendedto
useoraddavoring,coffeegranulesor
chocolatepowderintothefrother.These
shouldbeaddedormixedinaseparate
cup, glass or mug after the milk is heated
orfrothed.
Cleaning
1. Alwaysunplugtheappliancefromwall
outlet and let the appliance completely
cooldownbeforecleaning.
2. CAUTION:Neverimmersepowercord,milk
containerandpowerbaseinwater,or
allowmoisturetocontactwiththeseparts.
3. Cleantheoutsideofthemilkcontainer
with a soft, damp cloth moistened with
warm water and some mild cleaning
agent.Neveruseapoisonousorabrasive
cleaningmaterial.
4. Washthelidwithwaterandmild
detergent.Rinsethoroughlyanddry.
5. Removethemixingpaddleorfrothing
paddle, and wash them completely in
warmwater.
6. Washtheinnerofthemilkcontainerwith
acombinationofamilddetergentand
water and then wipe clean with a soft
dampcloth.Neverusesharpcleaning
agents,hardnylonbrushormetalbrush
toavoidscratchesonthestainlesssteel
surface!Nevercleanwithmetalobjects
andneveruseabrasives.CLEANAFTER
EACHUSE.
7. Warning:Donotwashanypartsinthe
dishwasher.Neverimmersethemilk
containerinwater.Thismaypermanently
damagetheproduct.
8. Dangeroushighvoltagesarepresent
