Osservare la tensione di rete!
L'indicazione della tensione sulla targhetta del polifusore deve coincidere con la tensione della rete elettrica.
Non lasciare mai la termopiastra incustodita; tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini e lontano dagli animali.
Consigli pratici
In caso di incompatibilità tra la presa e la spina della termopiastra fare sostituire la spina con una di tipo adatto da
personale qualicato. In generale è sconsigliabile l'uso di adattatori e/o prolunghe.
Qualora il loro utilizzo si rendesse indispensabile è necessario utilizzare adattatori semplici o multipli e prolunghe conformi
alle vigenti norme di sicurezza.
Questo polifusore dovrà essere utilizzato solo all'uso per il quale è stata concepito e cioè per tutti i tubi e raccordi
in materiale termoplastico. Ogni altro uso è da considerarsi improprio e quindi pericoloso. Il polifusore è provvisto di
presa a terra, la sicurezza elettrica è assicurata soltanto quando la stessa è correttamente collegata ad un impianto di
messa a terra come previsto dalle vigenti norme di sicurezza.
Per evitare surriscaldamenti pericolosi, si raccomanda di svolgere completamente il cavo di alimentazione.
Staccare la spina dalla rete di alimentazione quando la termopiastra non è utilizzata.
Non attorcigliare o annodare il cavo di alimentazione; non avvolgerlo attorno al polifusore quando questo è ancora caldo.
In prossimità della zona riscaldata sarà apposta una segnalazione di avvertimento per indicare la situazione pericolosa.
L’impugnatura del polifusore è concepita in materiale idoneo atto a non incorporare la temperatura della vicina piastra
o comunque in quantità non superiore ai limiti ammessi e/o pericolosi.

Pulizia
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi tipo di pulizia e di manutenzione disinserire il polifusore dalla rete di
alimentazione. E' assolutamente vietato l'uso di acqua per la pulizia e/o il raffreddamento. Potete
pulire il corpo del polifusore con un panno umido. Particolare attenzione dovrà essere prestata
alla temperatura raggiungibile dalla piastra (210°).
Dismissione • Suddivisione materiali impiegati
Il polifusore non ha parti pericolose o comunque costituite con parti inquinanti:

Criteri generali di saldatura
Installazione
Montare la coppia di bussole da utilizzare con la relativa vite alla piastra del polifusore. Collegare il polifusore
alla rete elettrica. L’accensione della spia rossa indica che il polifusore è in funzione. Quando accendete il
polifusore per la prima volta, può vericarsi che fuoriesca una piccola quantità di fumo. Si tratta di residui del
rivestimento che si stanno eliminando automaticamente.
Funzionamento
Attendere la terza accensione della spia verde. Ciò indica che il polifusore è alla temperatura
tarata del termostato. Ora si potrà procedere alle saldature necessarie.
Maneggiare con attenzione, impugnando il polifusore solo ed esclusivamente dal manico.
Dichiarazione di conformità
Dichiariamo assumendo la piena responsabilità di tale dichiarazione, che l'apparecchio è stato costruito secondo le
indicazioni della normativa europea EN 60335-1 in base alla prescrizione della direttiva 73/23/CEE.

THE ELECTRICAL DEVICE SHALL NOT BE WET, NOR MAY IL BE USED IN ANY WET ROOMS.
GAS AND VAPOUR EMISSIONS ARE HARMFUL TO YOUR HEALTH. THOROUGHLY AIR THE WORKPLACE.
DO NOT TOUCH THE PLATE WHEN IT IS HOT. LEAVE IT TO COOL BEFORE REPLACING THE DEVICE.
DO NOT USE THE TOOL NEAR ANY GASES OR FLAMMABLE MATERIALS.
DO NOT USE THE TOOL IN ANY ROOMS WHERE THERE IS DANGER OF FIRE OR EXPLOSION.
Comply with the mains voltage!
The voltage reported on the tool plate shall match the voltage of the supply mains.
Do not leave the device unattended; keep out of reach of children and animals.
Tips
lf the plug of the device does not t into the socket, have the plug replaced with a suitable one by
trained personnel. lt is generally recommended that no adapters and/or extensions should be used. lf
any adapters and/or extensions need to be used, use single or multiple adapters and extensions
complying with current safety standards.
This polywelder shall be used only for the purpose it has been designed for, namely tor pipes and
ttings made from thermoplastic materials. Any other application will be deemed to be improper and,
consequently, dangerous. The polywelder is provided with an earth plate; electrical safety is
guaranteed only when the plate is properly connected to an effective earthing system in accordance
with current safety standards.
In order to prevent dangerous overheating, it is recommended that the lead is unwound completely.
Disconnect the plug from the supply mains whenever the heating plate is not used.
Do not twist or knot the lead; do not wind it round the heating plate if the latter is still hot.
A notice warning about the danger will be afxed near the heated area.
The handle of the polywelder is made from a suitable material which does not absorb the temperature
of the nearby plate or absords it to such an extent as not to exceed permitted and/or dangerous limits.

Cleanlng
Before cleaning or carryng out any maintenance jobs, disconnect the polywelder from the supply mains.
Do not use any water for cleaning and/or cooling. The body of the polywelder can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
Focus your attention on the temperature that can be reached by the plate (210°).
Taking the device to pieces • Dividing the materials used
The polywelder is not provided with any dangerous parts, nor does it include any polluting parts:

Installation
Mount the pair of bushes to be used to the plate of the polywelder by means of the relevant screw. Connect the
device to the supply mains. When the red LED is on, the device is operating. When you turn on the polywelder
for the rst time, a small quantity of smoke may come out. The reason is just that some coating residues are
being automatically removed.
Operation
Wait until the green LED turns on for the third time - that is, until the polywelder has reached the
temperature set on the thermostat. Now the welding process can be started. Handle the polywelder
with care, holding it only by the handle.
Declaration of conformity
We hereby state - taking full responsibility - that the device has been manufactured in accordance with the European
EN 60335-1 standard, under the 73/23/EEC directive.

Controlez la tension du secteur!
La tension reportée sur la plaque signalétique de l'outil doit correspondre à celle du secteur.
Ne laissez jamais libre accès à l'appareil. Tenez-le hors de portée des enfants et loin des animaux.
Conseils pratiques
En cas d'incompatibilité entre la prise murale et la che de l'appareil, andrssez-vous à un personnel spécialisé pour
remplacer la che. En règle générale, il est déconseillé d'utiliser des adaptateurs et/ou des rallonges.
Si par contre leur emploi est indispensable, veuillez utiliser des adaptateurs simples ou multiples et des rallonges
conformes aux normes de sécurité en vigueur.
Utilisez ce polyfuseur uniquement pour son usage prévu, à savoir pour les tuyaux et les raccords en matière
thermoplastique. Tout autre usage est incorrect et par conséquent dangereux. La plaque thermique est munie de prise
de terre et sa sécurité électrique n'est garantie que si elle est connecté correctement à une installation de mise à la terre
conforme aux normes de sécurité en vigueur.
Pour éviter tout risque de surchauffe, il est conseillé de dérouler complétement le cordon d'alimentation.
Débranchez la che du secteur lorsque la plaque thermique n'est pas utilisée. Ne pas entortiller ou nouer le cordon
d'alimentation. Ne pas l'enrouler autour de la plaque thermique si celleci est encore chaude.
Prévoyez l'installation d'un panneau signalant le danger à proximité de la zone réchauffée.
La poignée de la plaque thermique est en un matériau qui l'isole de la température de la plaque ou
limite celle-ci aux valeurs consenties par les normes.

Nettoyage
Avant d'effectuer une quelconque opération de neltoyage et d'entretien, débrancher le polyfuseur du secteur.
Ne jamais d'eau pour les opérations de neltoyage et/ou de refroidissement.
Pour neltoyer le corps de la plaque thermique, il est possible d'utiliser un chiffon humide.
Une attention toute particulière devra étre accordée à la température que peut atteindre la plaque (210°C).
Démantèlement - Séparation des matériaux employés
Le polyfuseur ne présente aucune partie dangereuse et n'a aucune partie polluante:

Critéres généraux de soudage
Installation
Fixer les deux douilles avec les vis prévues à cet effet à la plaque du polyfuseur. Brancher l’appareil au secteur.
Le voyant allumé indique que l’appareil est en marche. Lorsque le polyfuseur est mis en marche pour la
première fois, il peur y avoir une légère émission de fumée due aux résidus du revetement qui s’éliminent
automatiquement.
Fonctionnement
Lorsque le voyant vert s'alluma pour la troisième fois, ceci indique que le polyfuseur a atteint la température
réglée sur le thermostat. Il est dès lors possible de procéder aux opérations de soudage.
Opérer avec le maximun de précautions et en ayant soin de ne prendre le polyfuseur que par le manche.
Déclaration de conformité
Nous déclarons, en assumant la pleine responsabilité de cette déclaration, que cet appareil a été construit conformément
aux indications de la norme européenne EN 60335-1 sur la base des prescriptions de la directive 73/23/CEE.

Neem de netspanning in acht!
De op de kenplaat van het polyfusielasapparat aangegeven spanning moet overeenstemmen met de spanning van de
netstroom.
Laat het polyfusielasapparat nooit onbeveiligd achter; houd het ver buiten het bereik van kinderen en dieren.
Praktische raadgevingen
lndien het stopcontact en de stekker van het polyfusielasapparat niet compatibel zijn, moet u de stekker door een vakbekwame
elektricien door het juiste type laten vervangen. Het is in het algemeen afte raden verdeelstekkers en/of verlengsnoeren te
gebruiken. lndien het echter toch nodig is ze toe te passen, dient u eenvoudige of meervoudige verdeelstekkers en
verlengsnoeren te gebruiken, die in overeenstemming met de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften zijn.
Dit polyfusielasapparat mag alleen voor het gebruik waarvoor het voorzien is worden toegepast, dat wil zeggen voor
buizen en verbindingsstukken in thermoplastisch materiaal. leder ander gebruik is als onjuist te beschouwen en daarom
gevaarlijk. Het polyfusielasapparat is uitgerust met een aardverbinding. Het apparaat is alleen elektrisch veilig wanneer het
juist, zoals voorzien door de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften, op een aardleiding is aangesloten.
Om gevaarlijke oververhitting te vermijden, raden wij u aan de voedingskabel volledig afte wikkelen.
Verwijder de stekker van het stroomnet, wanneer u het polyfusielasapparat niet gebruikt. U mag de voedingskabel niet in
elkaar laten draaien of knopen. U mag hem ook niet om de verwarmingsplaat wikkelen als het nog heet it. In.de buurt van
het verhitte gebied zal een waarschuwingssignaal worden aangebracht om een gevaarlijke situatie te melden
De handgreep van het polyfusielasapparat is vervaarding in geschikt materiaal dat niet de temperatuur
van de dichtbij gelegen plaat opneemt of in ieder geval niet in zodanige mate dat het de toegestane
en/of gevaarlijke grenzen overschrijdt.

Reiniging
U moet voordat u eventuele reinigin-en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoert het polyfusielasapparat van het netstroom
uitschakelen. Het is ten strengste verboden water voor de reiniging en/of het afkoelen te gebruiken.
U kunt het lichaam van het polyfusielasapparat met een vochtige doek reinigen. U moet
bijzonder voorzichtig zijn voor de hoge temperatuur diede plaat kan bereiken (210°).
Ontmanteling • Verdeling van de gebruikte materialen
De verwarmingsplaat heet geen gevaarlijke onderdelen of onderdelen die uit milieuvervuilende delen bestaan:

Algemene lasprincipes
Installatie
Monteer het paar te gebruiken bussen met de bijbehorende schroeven op de plaat van het polyfusielasapparaat.
Sluit het polyfusielasapparaat aan op het stroomnet. De inschakeliing van het rode controlelampje betekent dat
het polyfusielasapparaat is werking is. Waneer u het polyfusielasapparaat woor de eerste keer inschakelt, kan het
voorkomen dat een klein beetje rookvorming ontstaat. Het hier slechts om bekledingsresten die zodoende automatisch
verwijderd worden
Werking
Wacht tot de groene controlelamp voor de derde keer aan gaat. Dit betekent dat de verwarmingsplaat
de door de thermostaat geijkte temperatuur heeft bereikt. Nu kunt u met de nodige laswerkzaamheden beginnen.
Hanteer het polyfusielasapparat voorzichtig, door hem uitsluitend en alleen bij het handvat vasi te pakken.
Conformiteitsverklaring
BETA SpA verklaat voor haar eigen verantwoordelijkheid dat het apparaat in overeenstemming is met
de Europese voorschriften EN 60335-1 volgens de bepalingen van de Richtlijn 73/23/EEG.
