2.1. Design structure of Dual-chamber
boiler CombiBurn DC-A v2
Boiler body is with two combustion
chambers. The wood pellet/chips and

chamber.Ametalgratedividestheupper
from the lower combustion chamber.
On this grate the backup fuel (firewood,
wood briquettes or coal) is loaded. The
boilerbodyismadeofboilergradesteel
of thickness 6 mm for the combustion
chamberand3mmforthewaterjacket.

2.2. Automatic ash removal system. Ash

The specially designed ash-and-soot
disposalsystemallowstheashandsootto
subsideatthelowestpointoftheboiler
body (1) and be disposed inside the ash
and soot container (2) using a transport
screw (3). Ash-and-soot container is
removable. It is equipped with a handle
(4)andwheels(5)forconvenientdisposal.
