Capresso CoffeeTEAM TS 465 Betriebsanleitung

Troubleshooting the CoffeeTEAM TS Model#465

Grinding related issues:

•The grinder does not grind any/enough beans.

•The offee tastes weak.

•The grinder struggles, or sounds “ logged”.

•The grinder does not engage, makes no noise, and does not grind any beans.

Solutions:

Most grinding related issues stem from negle ting to lean out the feeder hannel. Over time, offee sediments and residues an build up

inside the hannel and ause a blo kage. If the blo kage be omes too severe, offee grounds will ba k up into the grinder, and may ause

any or all of the issues listed above. It is advisable to remove the feeder hannel over (as shown in the pi tures below) and lean the hute

with a small brush and/or a dry loth or paper towel periodi ally. Never use frozen or old beans in the offeemaker as this an ause

damage to the grinder. Always take are to thaw beans in open air, for at least 4-6 hours if frozen or old. More frequent leaning may be

required if the ustomer is using an “Oily” bean su h as Fren h or Italian roasts. Immediate leaning of the hannel is required if the

ustomer observes any of the following symptoms:

•Moisture or heavy oil build-up has aused the ground offee to blo k the feeder hannel.

•The user does not plan on using the grinder for more than a week.

•More offee sediments than normal appear to be building up in the hannel.

•Capresso Customer Servi e an offer step by step instru tions and troubleshooting. Please all 1-800-767-3554 during the hours listed

in your instru tion manual. If possible, have a ess to your ma hine while you are on the phone.

With more regular cleaning of the feeder channel, grinding related issues are avoided.

Remove the feeder hannel over by using a ball point pen to depress the silver ball bearing, while sliding the over forward. Use a small brush

to sweep out any offee sediments and then a dry loth to wipe out any moisture.

Strength/Flavor related issues

•The offee tastes too strong/bitter.

•The offee tastes weak/la ks body.

•The offee tastes stale/bad.

Troubleshooting the CoffeeTEAM TS Model#465

Solutions:

Flavor related issues an happen for a variety of reasons that may or may not be related to the fun tionality of your CoffeeTEAM TS ma hine.
