1.2. General warning
WARNING! Read all safety warnings and all instructions.
Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, re
or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
The term “power tool” in the warnings refers to your main-operated (corded)
power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool.
DANGER: Keep hands away from the cutting area and the saw blade. Keep
your second hand on the auxiliary handle or the motor housing.
If both hands are holding the circular saw, they can not be cut by the saw
blade.

Adjust the depth-of-cut to the thickness of the work.
• Always use saw blades with the correct size and the matching arbour shape
(diamond or round).
Blades that do not match the mounting hardware of the saw will run eccentrical-
ly, causing loss of control.
Never hold the work piece when it is being cut in your hand or across your leg.
Secure the work on a rm support. It is important to secure the work properly to
minimize the danger of body exposure, blade binding or loss of control.

1.2.1. Safety Operation
1.2.1.1. About Kickback
• Kickback is a sudden reaction to a pinched, bound
or misaligned saw blade, causing an uncontrolled
saw to lift up and out of the work piece toward the
operator.
• When the blade is pinched or bound tightly by the
kerf closing down, the blade stalls and the motor
reaction drives the unit rapidly back toward the
operator;
• If the blade becomes twisted or misaligned in
the cut, the teeth at the back edge of the blade
can dig into the top surface of the wood causing
the blade to climb out of the kerf and jump back
toward the operator.
1.2.1.2. Precautions to avoid kickback
Kickback is the result of saw misuse and/or incorrect
operating procedures or conditions and can
be avoided by taking proper precautions as given
below:

• When blade is binding, or when interrupting a
cut for any reason, release the trigger and hold
the saw motion less in the material until the
blade comes to a complete stop. Never attempt
to remove the saw from the work or pull the saw
backward while the blade is in motion or kickback
may occur. Investigate and take corrective
actions to eliminate the cause of blade binding.
• Do not use dull or damaged blades. Unsharpened
or improperly set blades produce narrow kerf
causing excessive friction, blade binding an kickback.
• Blade depth and bevel adjusting locking levers
must be tight and secure before making cut.
If blade adjustment shifts while cutting, it may
cause binding and kickback.
1.2.1.2.1. Lower guard
Before each use, check if the retracting blade
guard closes properly. Do not operate the saw if
the retracting blade guard does not move freely
and retract immediately. Never clamp or tie the
retracting blade guard in the open position.
Check the spring function of the retracting
blade guard. If the retracting blade guard and
the spring do not operate properly, have the
machine serviced before using.
Only pull back the retracting blade guard manually
for special cuts, such as “plunge and bevel
cuts”. Pull back the retracting blade guard with
the pull-back lever and release it as soon as the
saw blade has penetrated the work.

Risk of accident if the machine is operated using unauthorised voltages
or frequencies. The main voltage and the frequency of the
power source must correspond with the specications on the machine’s
name plate.
Always pull the plug out of the socket before performing any type of work
on the machine.
Switch on the machine
Press the safety button to be able to start the saw. Hold the safety button
and press the on-off switch to start the saw.
The on-off switch cannot be locked in position. If you release the on-off
switch the machine will switch off.

The machine is intended for lengthways and crossways cutting of wood with
straight cutting lines as well as mitre angles to 45° while resting rmly on the
work piece.
If you use a suitable saw blade can you cut in non-ferrous metal, light building
materials, and some plastic.
The user alone is responsible for any liability ties caused by usage other
than intended. Persons under 16 are not permitted to use the power tool.

In extreme overloads for a long time, the engine may become too hot.
To protect the engine from overheating (it can burn) it has a electronic temperature
monitoring.
Before the critical engine temperature is reached, the safety electronics disconnect
the engine.
After about 3-5 minutes the engine has cooled and you can use the saw again.
Lowering the engine (idle speed and rest speed) reduces this time signicantly.

Do not dispose of the device in household waste!

10. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
The soft start is a electric controlled start that ensures that the tool will
start smooth and nice. Without jerking and requires only a small starting
current (weaker fuses required).
6. SOFT START
The motor is stabilised electronically, this will make the cutting speed constant
even under heavy load.
7. CONSTANT SPEED
Levels determined in accordance with EN 60 745
are typically:
Sound pressure level LPA = 102 dB (A)
Sound-power level LWA = 113 dB (A)
Uncertainty K = 3 dB
The noise that occurs during work can be harmful for
hearing.
Use ear protection to protect your ears!
Vibration emission value ah (vector sum for three
