Installation
4. Hold thelens and remove
thesolar cell and bulb
assembly by twisting it
anticlockwise.
1. Remove the4 screws on
theback of thesolarcell.
5. Set thepower switch to
the ON position.
2. Change thebattery
(1×1.2 V, AA 300 mAh
NiMH) making sure
thebattery is inserted
with thecorrect polarity.

must only be replaced with
arechargeable battery.

Thisapplies throughout theentire EU. Inorder
to prevent any harm to theenvironment or
health hazards caused by incorrect waste
disposal, theproduct must be handed in for
recycling so that thematerial can be disposed

1. Remove theground spike by pulling it out from thetube of
thelamp.
2. Reinsert theground spike into thetube with thespike
pointing outwards.
3. Remove thesolar
cell, bulb and lens
assembly from
thelamp by pulling it
out of thetube.
6. Refit thesolar cell and bulb assembly back onto thelens.
7. Refit thesolar cell, bulb and lens assembly onto thetube.
8. When placing thesolar lights in thegarden, make sure that
they have access to maximum sunlight for charging purposes
and are not affected by other light sources such as street lights.
Care and maintenance
• Clean theexterior of thelamp by wiping it with adampcloth.
Useonly mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive
chemicals.
