D. Problem: Certain folders are not shown in “Detail View”.
Solution: Folders can have attributes such as “Hidden”, “Encrypted”,
“Compressed” or “System Folder”. Select the folder, choose “Properties” and
change the attributes.
E. Problem: Certain les cannot be played back.
Solution:
• The les might be compressed, if so, uncompress them.
• Make sure that the formats of these les are supported, if not, convert the les
to a format that is supported.
• The les might be damaged, if so, replace them with undamaged ones.
F. Problem: The “SETUP MENU” appears in an unrecognizable language.
Solution: Enter “SETUP MENU” and change the language in “OSD LANGUAGE”.
Press [SETUP]. Tick the rst box, press [ENTER] and choose the desired language.
G. Problem: No picture.
Solution:
• Check lead connections.
• Press [TV SYS] on the remote control several times to change TV systems.
