Safety

To avoid therisk of exposure to harmful microwaves:

• The product can be used by children aged 8 and over and

by people with alack of experience and knowledge which

could put their safety at risk, provided that they have been

given instruction in using theproduct safely and understand

thepotential risks.

• Children aged 8 and over can clean theproduct, but only under

adult supervision. Never let children play with theproduct.

• Make sure that theproduct and its power cable are kept out of

reach of children under theage of 8.

• The product is intended for normal use in thehome or in

similar settings, such as staff canteens and hotel rooms.

• Caution: The product will get hot when it is being used.

Be careful not to touch any hot parts inside theoven.

• Do not use asteam cleaner to clean theproduct.

• If you use athermometer, make sure that it is approved for

microwave ovens (this applies only to microwave ovens

designed for use with thermometers).

• Any kitchen cabinet doors that conceal themicrowave must

be open when it is being used.

• The minimum installation height is 85 cm above ﬂoor level.

• The back of theproduct should be placed against awall.

• Do not use theproduct if thedoor or casing is damaged.

• This product may only be disassembled and repaired by

qualiﬁed service staff.

• Never open thecasing. Some exposed electrical components

inside thecasing carry hazardous voltages. If you come into

contact with these components, you could get anelectric shock.

• The product must not be taken apart or modiﬁed.

• Never heat drinks or food in sealed containers as they might

explode.

• Make sure that there is plenty of space around theoven and

that none of theair inlets or outlets are blocked. Leave agap

of at least 20 cm on all sides of theoven.

• Only use microwave-safe containers.

• Never leave theproduct unattended while heating food in

plastic or paper packaging because of therisk of ﬁre.

• If you smell smoke, switch off or unplug theoven immediately.

Keep themicrowave oven door shut to prevent any ﬂames

from spreading.

• The contents of babies’ bottles or other baby food containers

should always be stirred or shaken well before serving. Always

check thetemperature of food before serving to avoid scalds

or burns.

• Never cook eggs in themicrowave. They may explode during

or after cooking.

• Food containers become very hot, so take care when removing

them from theoven. Use anoven cloth or oven glove to avoid

burning yourself.

• Put theoven on adry, level surface.

• Do not put it in alocation where it could fall into water or other liquid.

• Connect theproduct to anearthed electrical socket that complies

with thespeciﬁcations on therating plate of theproduct.

• Do not expose theproduct or its power cable to impacts or shocks.

surfaces such as cooker hobs.

• Do not use theproduct if thecable or plug is damaged.

• Clean theproduct regularly. Make sure that you clean up any

spilled food.

• Always unplug theproduct from thewall socket before cleaning it.

• The product should only be used and stored indoors.

• Never start theproduct when it is empty. This can cause

sparks and themicrowave oven may be damaged.

• The product is only intended for heating food and drinks.

Drying food or warming up heat pillows in theoven could

cause aﬁre.

• The product should be kept clean. If you do not keep it clean,

this could shorten its service life and lead to dangerous situations.

• Never put theproduct in acupboard.

• Warning: The product must not be used if thedoor or door

seal is damaged or leaks.

• Warning: Never open thecasing of theproduct or remove

any covers that provide protection against exposure to

microwaves. Repairs and servicing must be carried out only by

qualiﬁed service technicians.

• Warning: Food and drinks must not be heated in sealed

containers because there is arisk that they will explode.

Important:

• Never turn theglass turntable upside down. Make sure that theglass turntable is

not obstructed by anything.

• Never use theproduct without theglass turntable.

• Always put containers of food on theglass turntable to heat them.

• Never use theglass turntable if it is cracked or broken.

Installing theproduct

• Put theproduct on adry, level surface.

• Make sure that there is plenty of space around theoven and that none of theair inlets

and outlets are blocked. Leave agap of at least 20 cm on all sides of theoven.

• Do not remove thefeet from theoven. They are needed to make sure that it is well

ventilated underneath.

• Put theoven as far away from TVs and radios as possible. Microwave ovens can

interfere with television and radio signals when they are in use.

Setting thetime

1. Open and close thedoor to deactivate thechild lock.

2. Press [Clock].

3. Turn [ Menu/Time] clockwise to set thehours and then press [Clock] to conﬁrm.

4. Press [Menu/Time] repeatedly to set theminutes and press [Clock] to conﬁrm.

5. The time is now set.

Using theproduct

1. Press [Microwave] once or repeatedly to select thepower.

The power is shown as apercentage on thedisplay

2. Turn [ Menu/Time] clockwise to set therequired time.

3. Press [ ] to start.

Grill

When you use thegrill for theﬁrst time, it may give off alittle smoke. This is completely

normal. It is caused by theresidue from themanufacturing process being burnt off.

The grill setting is perfect for cooking sausages, chicken and other meat. It is also

good for toasting sandwiches.

1. Press [Grill].

2. Turn [ Menu/Time] clockwise to set therequired time.

3. Press [ ] to start.

Grill + microwave

There are two settings for thegrill and microwave combination.

1. Press [Grill + Microwave] once or twice to select from thefollowing options:

“Co-1” is ideal for cooking ﬁsh and gratins, for example.

“Co-2” is ideal for cooking omelettes and baked potatoes.

2. Turn [ Menu/Time] clockwise to set therequired time.

3. Press [ ] to start.

Speed defrost

1. Press [Speed Defrost].

2. Turn [ Menu/Time] clockwise to set therequired time.

3. Press [ ] to start.

The oven will give anaudible signal and theprogram will be paused when it is time to

turn over or stir thefood.

Auto defrost

The time and power are set automatically according to theweight of thefood.

1. Press [Auto Defrost] repeatedly to enter theweight of thefood (max. 1800 g).

2. Press [ ] to start.

The oven will give anaudible signal and theprogram will be paused when it is time to

turn over or stir thefood.

Preset

Enter atime when theselected program is to start.

1. Set theprogram and thetime for theprogram. Note: The timer does not work for

thefollowing programs: Quick start, Auto defrost and Speed defrost.

2. Press [Preset].

3. Turn theselector clockwise to set thehour of thestart time.

4. Press [Preset] to go to minutes.

5. Turn theselector clockwise to set theminutes of thestart time.

6. Press [ ] to conﬁrm.

7. The microwave oven will start at theselected time.

Auto cook

There are nine programs with preset time and power.

1. Turn [ Menu/Time] anticlockwise one step and then clockwise to select aprogram.

2. Choose aprogram from thelist:

A-01 Milk/coffee (200 ml/cup, 1-3 cups) A-06 Fish (200–600 g)

A-02 Potatoes (about 230 g, 1-2 servings) A-07 Chicken (800–1400 g)

A-04 Spaghetti (100–300 g) A-09 Meat skewers (100–500 g)

A-05 Auto reheat (200-800 g)

3. Press [ ] and select weight or portions.

4. Press [ ] to start.

For programs A-07 to A-09, theoven will give anaudible signal and pause theprogram

when it is time to turn over or stir thefood. Press [ ] to restart.

The result can vary depending on theposition, weight and amount of food.

If theresult is not satisfactory, you can increase or reduce thecooking time.

Quick program

Press [ ] to start heating thefood at maximum power for 30 seconds.

Each time you press thebutton, thetime increases by 30 seconds.

Child lock

The child lock activates automatically when theoven has been inactive for 1 minute.

(LOCK) lights up and thebuttons are disabled. Open and close thedoor to deactivate

thechild lock.

Cleaning and care

Always unplug theproduct from thewall socket before cleaning it. Never immerse

theproduct in water to clean it.

• Wipe both theinside and outside of theoven with asoft, damp cloth and amild

cleaning solution. Avoid using solvents and abrasive cleaning agents. Do not spray

cleaning products directly onto theoven.

• Wash theglass turntable and turntable ring in warm water with washing up liquid.

• Wipe thedoor, turntable ring and surrounding surfaces with asoft damp cloth.

• Open thedoor when cleaning thebuttons to avoid starting theoven.

• To get rid of unpleasant smells, squeeze alemon into amug of water and heat it for

5 minutes in theoven on maximum power.

Responsible disposal

This symbol indicates that theproduct should not be disposed of with

general household waste. This applies throughout theentire EU. In order

to prevent any harm to theenvironment or health hazards caused by

incorrect waste disposal, theproduct must be handed in for recycling

so that thematerials can be disposed of in aresponsible way. To recycle

theproduct, take it to your local recycling facility or contact theretailer.

They will ensure that theproduct is disposed of in away that does not

harm theenvironment.
