Please read theentire instruction manual before using theproduct and then save

Warning

• Thelight bar must only be connected to apower supply of 9–30V DC.

• Thelight bar will become hot if used continuously. Do not touch theglass or

housing of thelight bar straight after it has been switched off, let it cool down for

about 30 minutes ﬁrst.

• Make sure that thecooling ﬁns of thelight bar are kept clean so that air can

circulate around them unimpeded.

Preparations

1. Read theinstructions and wiring diagram carefully before installation.

2. Check theapplicable laws and regulations regarding extra road vehicle lighting

before installation.

3. Disconnect theearth (negative (−)) lead from thevehicle battery to prevent short-

circuiting before connecting any cables. Note: Before disconnecting theearth

lead, check theinstruction book of your vehicle to ﬁnd out if there are any special

instructions regarding theremoval of battery leads.

4. Run thenew cables alongside theexisting cables, binding them with cable ties to

prevent them from hanging loose.

5. Make sure that thecables cannot come into contact with any moving parts.

Wiring diagram

Note: Therelay, fuse holder and power switch are all sold separately.

1. Thepower switch should be installed in alocation which is easily accessible for

thedriver.

2. Check if thesystem voltage is 12or 24V DC and buy asuitable relay.

3. Connections: red +, black −.

Connect thered cable via afuse (30A) and arelay to thepositive (+) battery terminal.

Connect theblack cable to thenegative (−) battery terminal or to anearthing point

(applies to vehicles).

4. Connect thetwo quick connectors (A) and (B) at thelight bar.

5. Check for correct functioning.

Installation

Note: Thepictured light bar is thesame type as 36-6293 but only has 10 LEDs.

TheLED light bar is supplied with 4 different brackets: 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Alt. 1

1. Attach bracket 1 to both sides of thelight bar using bolts and washers.

2. Use thebrackets to bolt thelight bar to asuitable position on thevehicle.

Alt. 2

1. Attach bracket 3 to thebottom of thelight bar. Thebracket consists of abolt and

lock nut plus two washers which clamp onto thecooling ﬁns of thelight bar.

2. Use thebrackets to bolt thelight bar to asuitable position on thevehicle.

Alt. 3

Attach bracket 4 to both sides of thelight bar using bolts, ﬂat washers and spring

washers. Mount bracket 2 to asuitable tube and join bracket 4 and 2 together using

abolt, washers and lock nut.

Care and maintenance

• Switch thelight bar off before cleaning.

• Clean theproduct using asoft, moist cloth. Use amild detergent.

Never use solvents or strong, abrasive cleaning agents.

Responsible disposal

general household waste. This applies throughout theentire EU. In order

to prevent any harm to theenvironment or health hazards caused by

incorrect waste disposal, theproduct must be handed in for recycling

so that thematerial can be disposed of in aresponsible manner. When

Varning

• Anslut endast ljusrampen till drivspänning 9–30 V DC.

• Ljusrampen blir het vid kontinuerlig användning. Vidrör inte ljusrampens glas eller

hölje direkt sedan den stängts av, låt den kallna i30 min först.

• Se till att ljusrampens kylﬂäns (höljet) är ren och att kylluft kan passera den utan hinder.

Förberedelser

1. Läs instruktioner och kopplingsschema noga innan montering.

2. Kontrollera vilka lagar och regler som gäller för montering av extrabelysning.

3. Koppla bort jordkabeln (−) från batteriet för att förhindra kortslutning innan du ansluter

några kablar. Obs! Kontrollera ibilens instruktionsbok innan du tar bort jordkabeln om

det är något speciellt att tänka på vid borttagning av kablar till batteriet.

4. Dra de nya kablarna längs de beﬁntliga, klamra dem med buntband eller liknade så

att de inte hänger.

5. Se till att kablarna inte kan komma ikontakt med rörliga delar.

Installationsexempel

Obs! Relä, säkringshållare och strömbrytare säljs separat.

1. Montera enströmbrytare på enlämplig plats som är lätt att nå från förarplatsen.

2. Kontrollera om systemspänningen är 12 eller 24 V DC och köp ettpassande relä.

3. Inkoppling: röd +, svart −.

Anslut den röda kabeln via ensäkring (30 A) och ettrelä till positiv (+) batteripol.

Anslut den svarta kabeln med lämplig kabelsko till negativ (−) batteripol eller till

jordpunkt (gäller för fordon).

4. Tryck ihop snabbkopplingen (A) och (B) vid ljusrampen.

5. Prova funktionen.

Obs! Ljusrampen på bilderna har endast 10 LED-ljuskällor men är samma typ som 36-6293.

LED-ljusrampen levereras med 4 olika fästen: 1, 2, 3 och 4.

Alt. 1

1. Montera fäste 1 på båda sidor av ljusrampen med bultar och brickor.

2. Skruva fast ljusrampen med fästen på lämplig plats.

1. Montera fäste 3 på undersidan av ljusrampen. Fästet består av enbult och låsmutter

samt endel som trycks in iljusrampens kylﬂänsar från sidan och endel på utsidan

av kylﬂänsarna.

2. Skruva fast ljusrampen med fästen på lämplig plats.

Alt. 3

Montera fäste 4 på båda sidor av ljusrampen med bultar, brickor och fjäderbrickor.

Montera sedan fäste 2 över ettlämpligt rör och skruva ihop fäste 4 och 2 med bult,

brickor och låsmutter.

Skötsel och underhåll

• Stäng av ljusrampen innan rengöring.

• Torka av ljusrampen med enlätt fuktad, mjuk trasa. Använd ettmilt rengöringsmedel,

aldrig lösningsmedel eller starka, slipande rengöringsmedel.

Avfallshantering

Denna symbol innebär att produkten inte får kastas tillsammans med

annat hushållsavfall. Detta gäller inom hela EU. För att förebygga eventuell
