MOUNTING THE DISPENSER
Mount the dispenser with tape:
Use the included tape to mount the
dispenser to the wall’s surface.
1. Wipe the back of the dispenser
thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.
2. Peel one side of the tape and align it
to the top section of the dispenser’s
back as shown.
3. Thoroughly clean the area where
you plan to mount the dispenser.
4. Using a pencil or label, mark the
area where the bottom of the
dispenser will be located.
5. Align the bottom edge of the
dispenser with the marked area
and press the dispenser firmly onto
the mounting surface.
Mount the dispenser with screws:
Use the included screws and anchors
shown below to mount the dispenser
to the wall.
NOTE: The bottom of the dispenser
must be at least 10”above the surface
below it.

INSTALLING BATTERIES
1. Pop open the dispenser’s cover using the key as shown below.
NOTE: If you lose the key, it is
possible to pop open the cover
using a paperclip.

2. Unscrew the battery compartment cover and insert four AA alkaline
batteries (not included).
NOTE: Battery life is approximately 20K dispenses.

LED INDICATORS
The dispenser includes LED indicators to let you know when the batteries
need to be replaced or when it’s time to refill the container.
Malfunction Indicator:
When the RED and GREEN indicators are both lit (not flashing), it means
that the dispenser is experiencing a malfunction. When a malfunction is
detected, try following these tips below to solve the issue:
1) Thoroughly clean out the container
and nozzle as the gel may have
solidified over time.
2) Make sure the pump head is clean of gel residue and gently move it
up and down to make sure it’s free of any foreign material.
Low Battery Indicator:
Flashes RED when the batteries
need to be replaced.
Rell Indicator:
Flashes GREEN when the container
needs to be refilled.

FILLING THE CONTAINER
1. Remove the container.
Correct
Push down on the dispenser and
gently wiggle the container left
and right.
Incorrect
Do not try to remove the container
from the nozzle as it is delicate and
may be damaged this way.

2. Remove the container cap and fill the container with hand sanitizer
gel or liquid soap. Seal the container with the cap once you have refilled it.
3. Place the container firmly back into the dispenser and close the cover.
NOTE: When refilling the container, avoid getting liquid into the
dispenser's circuitry.

USING THE DISPENSER
1. Place your hand about 2" under the sensor as shown below.
2. Wait until all the gel has been dispensed before moving your hand.
