2. Before using the appliance, please make sure the voltage indicated on the rating plate
corresponds to the wall outlet at your home.
3. Please check if the power cord, plug and the control panel is loose or damaged. If it is, please
contact us immediately.

damaging the heating elements.
5. Donotletthecordhangovertheedgeoftableorcounter,anddonotlettheappliancetouch

BEFORE USE
• Cleanthoroughlybeforerstuse.
• Fillthewatertankandoperateseveraltimes
beforerstuse.
• Checkthewaterdrainagestopperissecure
and tighten if loose.
• Ifwaterisleakingfromthedrainagestopper,
then switch off the power and remove
the mains plug from the mains socket before
tightening the drainage stopper plug and
cleaning up the spillage.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Attachthewateroverowtraybeneaththewaterspout,ensureitiscorrectlypositionedover
the clips and secure the metal rack on top of the tray
FILLING THE APPLIANCE
•Detachthewatertankfromtheappliance,openthelidandll,ensuringthewaterlevelis
between the MIN 0.5L and MAX 2.2L line indicators on the scale.
•Oncelled,attachthewatertank,ensuringittssecurelytothemainbodyandmakesure
the lid closes properly.
OPERATION
• Placeonaat,levelandstablesurface.
• Plugtheunitintoamainssocketandchoosedesiredtemperatebyturningthe
temperate control.
• Placeacuponthetrayandpresson/offswitchoncetostart.
PLEASENOTE: The factory default temperate setting is 100 degree. It is recommended
to select the desired temperature before you switch the product on. If you change the
temperate while the product is on already, the water temperature may not be as accurate as
it should be.

TROUBLESHOOTING:
• Whyisitnotworking?Itcouldbethereis
insufcientwater
Whenthereisinsufcientwater,thegreenledlight
around the on/off switch will turn red and the boiler
will automatically stop working.
Whyisitnotworking?Itsoverheatedornot
boiling properly
• Theappliancehasathermostatwhichcanbe
manually reset.
• Theresetbuttonisfoundonthebodybehindthe
watertank.Simplypressonce.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Alwaysswitchoffandunplugyourwater
dispenser and allow it to completely cool
before cleaning.
• Toavoiddamage,donotimmersethe
appliance into any liquid.
• Wipecleanwithasoft,dampcloth
• Youcanremovethespouttocleanup
scale deposit.
• Washthewatertankinwarm,soapywater.
Rinse and dry thoroughly before use.
• Donotuseanyabrasivescourersorabrasive
cleaning agents.
IMPORTANT DE-SCALE MONTHLY
• De-scaletheunitmonthly,usinganon-toxicdetergentorcitricacid.Addsome
detergent or citric acid into the water, operate the unit at least three times to de-scale.
Rinsethoroughlybeforere-using,includingushingthroughthereservoir.Removethe
rubber stopper plug at the base of the unit and empty any residue water. Replace
rubber stopper plug securely.
• Aftercleaningtheappliance,pleaseopenthedrainagestoppertocleanupthewater
waste. Please tighten the drainage stopper after opening it.
NOTE: If water leakage is found at the bottom of the appliance, please tighten the
drainage stopper.
