INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
¡Atención! Cuide su seguridad.
1. El cortatubos eléctrico deberá mantenerse fuera del alcance de los niños.
2. Mantenga el aparato alejado de la lluvia y de la humedad.
3. Asegúrese de que el aparato está en la posición OFF para enchufarlo a la red.
4. Mantenga las manos fuera del alcance de la cuchilla para su puesta en marcha.
5. Este cortatubos ha sido diseñado para cortar PP, PVC, PPR, PEX-A, PEX-B, PEX-C, KEVLAR y
multicapa. El corte de cualquier otro material o un mal alado de la cuchilla elevarán el riesgo
para el usuario.
6. Utilice únicamente el adaptador suministrado para enchufarlo a la red y evitar sobrecargas.

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
Antes de empezar cualquier trabajo, comprobar la integridad de todos los componentes
.
1. Conecte el adaptador suministrado a la red para cargar la batería. Una vez completada la recarga
retire el adaptador y el cortatubos estará listo para ser utilizado.
2. Posicione el interruptor ON/OFF en la posición ON.
3. Coloque el tubo que desea cortar en el soporte para tubos del cortatubos, de tal manera que el
interruptor de seguridad quede presionado.
4. Presione el interruptor pulsador y el cortatubos comenzará a cortar.
5.
Una vez cortado el tubo, suelte el interruptor pulsador y presione el botón de reposición. La
cuchilla volverá a su posición inicial y el cortatubos estará preparado para realizar un nuevo corte
.
6. Si no se van a realizar más cortes posicione el interruptor ON/OFF en la posición OFF.

SUSTITUCIÓN DE LA CUCHILLA
Para poder cambiar la cuchilla le hará falta el siguiente material:
- Llave de vaso de 10mm.
- Destornillador PH-1.
Pasos a seguir:
1. Soltar los 7 tornillos de la tapa exterior.
2. Soltar los 4 tornillos y las cuatro tuercas indicadas en la imágen.
3. Retirar la tapa.

Quitar los 4 engranajes cuidadosamente y teniendo en cuenta dónde y cómo va cada uno de ellos
.
5. Quitar los tres tornillos indicados en la imagen.
6. Una vez soltados los tornillos del punto 5, tendremos suelto el conjunto cuchilla/portacuchillas.
Retirar las cuatro tuercas y el muelle indicado en la foto 6.
La cuchilla está suelta y lista para ser sustituida
.

SOLUCIÓN A POSIBLES PROBLEMAS
El cortatubos está en posición ON pero la cuchilla no actúa correctamente:
Problema:
- El cortatubos no tiene suciente carga de batería o está a punto de agotarse.
Solución:
- Poner a cargar el cortatubos.

Problema:
- El material escogido para cortar, no es el adecuado.
Solución:
-
Cortar únicamente los materiales indicados PP, PVC, PPR, PEX-A, PEX-B, PEX-C, KEVLAR y plástico multicapa
.
Problema:
- El interruptor de seguridad no está presionado.
Solución:
- Asegurarse a la hora de cortar que este interruptor está presionado.
Problema:
- La cuchilla no corta bien.
Solución:
- La cuchilla necesita un nuevo alado.
- Cambiar la cuchilla.
NOTAS
¡IMPORTANTE!
El fabricante no se responsabiliza de los daños o mal funcionamiento de la máquina en caso de
que no se use correctamente o se haya utilizado para trabajos para los que no está diseñada.
Para pedir cualquier repuesto, mirar en el dibujo de despiece el número de la pieza deseada.
Según la directiva sobre residuos eléctricos de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos (RAEE),
éstos deberán recogerse y tratarse por separado. Si en el futuro tiene que deshacerse de este pro-
ducto, no se deshaga de él junto con la basura doméstica. Póngase en contacto con su distribuidor
para proceder a su reciclaje de manera gratuita cuando sea posible.
GARANTÍA
El fabricante garantiza al comprador de ésta máquina la garantía total durante 12 meses de las
piezas con defectos de fabricación.
Esta garantía no cubre aquellas piezas que por su uso normal tienen un desgaste.
Nota: para obtener la validez de la garantía, es absolutamente imprescindible que complete y
remita al fabricante el documento de “CERTIFICADO DE GARANTIA”, dentro de los siete dias a
partir de la fecha de compra.

The cutting of any other material or a bad sharpening of the blade will be more dangerous for
the user.
6. Use only the supplied adapter to plug in and to avoid overload.

OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Before starting working, verify the integrity of all the components
.
1. Plug in the supplied adapter to charge the battery. Once the charging is completed remove the
adapter and the cutter is ready for use.
2. Place the ON / OFF switch to ON position.
3. Place the pipe into the pipe support of the cutter and the safety button will be pushed.
4. Press the safety switch and the cutter will start cutting.
5. After cutting the pipe, release the safety switch and press the return button. The blade will go
back to its starting position and the cutter will be ready for a new cut.
6. If you are not going to make more cuts, place the ON / OFF switch to OFF position.

REPLACEMENT OF THE BLADE
To change the blade you will need the following material:
- 10mm socket wrench.
- PH-1 screwdriver.
Steps:
1. Remove the 7 screws of the outside cover.
2. Remove the 4 screws and four nuts shown in the image.
3. Remove the cover.
4. Remove the 4 gears carefully and considering where and how each of them goes.
5. Remove the three screws shown in the picture.
6. Once removed the screws in point 5, remove the four nuts and spring shown in picture 6
.
The blade is ready to be replaced

SOLUTION FOR POSSIBLE PROBLEMS
The cutter is in ON position but the blade does not work properly:
Problem:
- The cutter does not have enough power or the battery is running low.
Solution:
- Charge the battery.

Problem:
- The material chosen for cutting, is not adequate.
Solution:
-
Cut only recommended materials PP, PVC, PPR, PEX-A, PEX-B, PEX-C, KEVLAR and multilayer plastic
.
Problem:
- The safety button (6) is not pressed.
Solution:
- Make sure for cutting that this safety button (6) is pressed.
Problem:
- The blade does not cut well.
Solution:
- The blade needs to be sharpened.
- Replace the blade.
NOTES
IMPORTANT!
The maker will not take responsibility for damage or malfunction as a result of the machine
being incorrectly used or, applied for a purpose for which it was not intended.
For ordering spare parts, please refer to the Spare Parts Drawing and note the needed number.
According to Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment directive (WEEE), these ones must
be collected and arranged separately. If you have to throw them out, please, do not use the usual
rubbish. Please, contact your distributor for free recycling.
GUARANTEE
The maker guarantees to the machine owner 12 months against any manifacture defect.
This guaranteee do not cover the parts wich are consumables.
Note: to apply the guarantee its necesary to send the “GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE” duly filled
within one week after purchased the machine to the maker.
