Please Note! It is the responsibility of the buyer to carefully inspect all
shipments upon arrival. If damages are apparent, have delivering driver
note this on the bill of lading prior to signing for goods. Failure to note
damages at receipt will waive any damage claims.
If damages are present, please contact shipping company IMMEDIATELY
to make a claim.
Warnings and Precautions
DANGER: Product should be only connected to a grounded electrical outlet
protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) to prevent the risk of
electric shock.
DANGER: Always turn off and disconnect from outlet before attempting service
or repairs.
DANGER: Do not allow children to use the pedicure spa without the supervision
of an adult
WARNING: Do not use other electrical corded appliances within 5 feet of the spa
basin.
WARNING: People who use medications and/or have any serious medical history
should consult a physician prior to using a pedicure spa.
CAUTION: Water temperature should be checked prior to use; Water temperature
should not exceed 105 degrees F.
CAUTION: Do not step/stand in/on basin damage to bowl may cause injury
CAUTION: Maximum load capacity of the massage chair is 350 pounds.
Safety Information
- Do not operate this unit without a properly grounded electrical outlet with a
proper GCFI installed.
- Do not attempt to operate unit if the power cord has become damaged
- This unit is not designed for use outdoors or in extreme
temperatures(below 40, above 100)
- Do not operate massage chair on any part of the body that is swollen,
inflamed, or wounded.
- Do not operate unit if it has been damaged or malfunctioning
- Discontinue using this unit if abnormal noises occur.
- Always turn of and disconnect unit from outlet before attempting
service/maintenance
- Check the water temperature before placing feet into the bowl. Water
should not exceed 105 F
- Do not use flammable sprays or gases near Pedicure Spa
- Do not put hands of fingers near the massage mechanisms while the chair
is operating.
- Do not place anything on top of the power cord; Keep clean, dry, away from
anything that may cause damage
- Carefully enter and exit the spa, do not step or stand in the bowl.
- Be careful not to drop anything into the spa basin
- Discontinue use if there is any discomfort experienced during massage.
- Disinfect the spa basin and jets, between each use with the appropriate
disinfectant.
- Do not use the massage chair for more than 15 mins at a time.
- Do not allow children around the spa unsupervised
- Misuse of massage chair can result in damage, injury, or death.
Warning –Electrical grounding instructions
Professional Electrician Installation/Instruction highly recommended
The massage chair and basin combo must be grounded via a GFCI(Ground Fault
Circuit Interrupter) to prevent electrical shock in case of damaged or
malfunctioning electrical components.
Never use product without properly grounded plug!

Water Supply Lines: Hot/Cold supply lines are 1/2”with standard faucet fitting
Drain Pipe Outlet: 1”Schedule 40 PVC Coupler @ rear of spa connected via
telescopic drain pipe.
Gravity type drainage systems do not require back flow fitting, Optional discharge
pump/wall drain systems require a check valve to be installed at the drain pipe outlet
after the telescopic drain pipe. Use 1”PVC slip check valve after the telescopic drain
pipe.

Unboxing and Wall Clearance
When you receive your pallet from the truck, please do a thorough inspection for
damages to the outside of the box. Holes, scratches, scrapes, collapses, and missing
boxes should be reported to the driver immediately and should be noted on the bill of
lading prior to signing for the packages.
When removing boxes from the pallet please remove with care as boxes are large and
heavy, Start with removing the 4 thinner boxes on the side, you will need 2+ people to
help remove the box from the top (Approx. 160lbs), the middle 2 boxes are the basins.
Be careful not to drop or have anything dropped on these boxes as they are glass and
fragile.
Once the boxes are removed from the pallet. Carefully remove strap on massage chair
box and lift the carton over the chair. Remove the rest of the packing foam and
cardboard.

Wall Clearance
Please place spas with at least 20 inches away from the wall at during its most upright
position.
Installation Instructions
Basin assembly –Diamond Base
Preparing Drain Pipe Assembly - Place threaded cap portion of the drain coupler onto
the telescopic drain pipe, apply PVC Glue to the outside of the pipe and inside edge of
flange(see picture). Please allow glue to fully set prior to use. (See directions on glue
bottle)
Mounting the brackets - The shorter flanged motor bracket is to be mounted in the
center of the spa chair using the 3rd and 5th holes from the motor bracket (see picture)
using the two 1”bolts. The taller flanged drain pipe bracket is to be mounted to the left
of the motor bracket using the same 3rd and 5th holes also with the two 1”bolts.
Installing Basin - Mount the motor to the bracket using the large clevis pin and clip.
Connect the 2 wiring harnesses (1 black and 1 white) to the spa chair, Turn on spa
chair and push and hold the left arrow button to send the push rod forward until it stops.
Install Bearing Block Guide using the 4 longer 1 ½” bolts and Allen wrench tool
provided.
