front,sideandrearofthefireplace.
1. Readallinstructionsbeforeusingthefireplace,andretainforfuturereference.
2. Removetheunitfromitspackagingandchecktomakesureitisingoodconditionbeforeusing.
3. Donotletchildrenplaywithpartsofthepacking(suchasplasticbagsetc.).
4. Checkthehouseholdvoltagetoensureitmatchesthefireplace’sratedspecification.
5. Checkthepowercordandplugcarefullybeforeusetomakesurethattheyarenotdamaged.
6. Makecertainthattheroomisequippedwithaworkingsmokedetector.

11. Neverleavechildrenorinfantsunattendedwhenthefireplaceisonorpluggedin.
12. Alwaysunplugthefireplacewhennotinuse.
13. Preventwaterfromgettingintothehousingofthefireplaceduringoperationorinstorage.Always
storeinadryareafreefrompotentialmoisture.Thisfireplaceisnotintendedforuseinbathrooms,
laundryareas,orsimilarindoorlocations.Neverlocatethefireplacewhereitmayfallintoabathtub
orgetexposedtowaterinanyway.
14. Donotuseinplaceswheregasoline,paint,orotherinflammableliquidsareusedorstored.
15. Donotrunthecordundercarpets.Donotcoverthecordwiththrowrugs,runners,orlikeproducts.
Arrangethecordawayfromtrafficareasandwhereitwillnotbetrippedover.
16. Donotoperateanyfireplacewithadamagedcord,damagedplug,afterthefireplacemalfunctions,
orifithasbeendroppedordamagedinanymanner.Returnthefireplacetoanauthorizedservice
facilityforexamination,electricalormechanicaladjustment,orrepair.
17. Donotinsertfingersorallowforeignobjectstoenteranyventilationorexhaustopeningasthismay
causeelectricshockorfire,ordamagethefireplace.
18. Thisfireplaceishotwheninuse.Toavoidburns,donotletbareskintouchhotsurfaces.Ifprovided,
usehandleswhenmovingthisfireplace.
19. Usethisfireplaceonlyasdescribedinthismanual.Anyotherusesnotrecommendedbythe
manufacturemaycausefire,electricshock,orpersonalinjureandmayvoidthewarrantyprivileges.
20. Alwaysplugfireplacesdirectlyintoawallpowerport.Neverusewithanextensioncord,powerstrip,
surgeprotector,multipleoutletadapter,cordreeloroutlet‐typeairfreshener.Theuseofsuch
devicesmaycreateafirehazard.
