1. When using this SS1912-4G01 4G video intercom, basic safety precautions should always be
followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and personal injury. Please read the following
before using your equipment.
2. Follow all warning and instructions on the product.
3. Unplug all the connections of product before cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol
cleaners. Use a damp cloth for cleaning.
4. Do not use this product near water.

SS912-4G01 4G Video Intercom Introduction
Multi Apartment 4G video intercom system is ideal for multi-family buildings and residential
complex, no matter for new buildings or renovation.
The smart 4G video intercom that lets you answer the door from your smartphone, allows you to see,
hear and talk to your visitor from an iOS or Android mobile device with 3G/4G coverage anywhere
in the world. The system can add 3000 apartments and also designed with access control functions
which can issue 1000 RFID cards and 1000 PIN codes.

Installing The Intercom
Site Survey
Before installing this intercom, you need to be sure that there is a good 4G cell coverage in the area
it is to be installed. It’s recommended that you conduct a site survey, and check reception on the site
for a 4G network from the intercom APP. If reception is poor in the area, then this system is not
recommended.

Intercom installation recommendations
1. This intercom unit is suitable for surface mounting.
2. Fix the video intercom on the wall by screws.
3. The view angle of this video intercom should be around 80°
4. The height of the lens position is suggested between.
145cm~160 cm from the ground.
5. The camera shall avoid facing the sunlight directly.

1. Power supply
The intercom panel is designed to work with power supplies 12~24V DC. The power supply should
be capable of supplying a constant current of no less than 1.5A. Ensure no power supply connection
before installation finished
2. SIM card
A micro SIM card is required for this intercom. It should be a voice and data SIM which is cable of
running on 3G/4G service. It is recommended to choose the SIM card which has the best coverage
for the area in which the intercom will be installed.
Ensure the power is switched OFF to the intercom panel before inserting or removing the
SIM card.
Check that the SIM is not locked to a phone and can used in other devices.
Check that the SIM does not have a PIN code request

mobile phone, you will need to register your phone number as an ID account.
Launch the downloaded intercom app and grant all necessary privileges.

Adding The Device Via Wired And Wireless Networks
Power on the device and it takes about 2 minutes to start and ensure that the device to be added has
been activated. For configuration software, you should add the device to App.
1. Adding the device via 4G
1. Press “+” icon to add device
2.Select “add 4G Device”
3. Scan the QR Code on the device.
4. Enter the device “Password” (last 3 digit)
5. Press “add device to account”
6.Waiting for the device to
finish setup
7. Enter the address of the
device location and press
“Save”

to the network via 4G

2.Adding the device via LAN
Connect a LAN cable into the intercom and connect it to your network and make sure that during
the configuration your smartphone is connected through Wi-Fi to the same network as your device.
During the setup stand close to the device.
