warranty against defects in either
components or workmanship. During this
period, products that prove to be defective,

Getting ready
Connect GrillEye® Max
to a 2.4 GHz router
with Internet access
Make sure you
have Internet
access on your
smart device.
4.2 or later
Activate Bluetooth® on your
smart device. Bluetooth® is
required only for initial pairing
with your mobile, since GrillEye® max is
Wi-Fi®/Cloud exclusive.
Charge your GrillEye® Max using the
USB-C cable included in the package.
You can use GrillEye® Max while it’s
charging.
Android OS 8 or later
iOS 12 or later
Download the
Grilleye® Hyperion
application.
Power-on your GrillEye® Max by pressing the
red button on the side of the device.
Open the GrillEye® Hyperion app and
follow the on-screen wizard to setup your
GrillEye® Max.
previously set options will be available in
the app, under Settings/Initial section
(Device preferences and App preferences
sections).
Following the initial setup, the app will
walk-you-through the basics of your
newly purchased GrillEye® Max.
We strongly recommend taking the
tour that you can recall later from
within the app, under Settings/Initial
section/App preferences/Onboarding.

Sessions are saved under
cooking sessions option inside the app and can
be exported for later reference.
Grilling & cooking isn’t just
about monitoring
temperatures in isolation.
Frequently, monitoring
temperatures is part of a meal
you prepare, or as we call it... a
part of a Session.
Press the “Start” button at the
top of the Home screen to
start recording your Session &
then press the arrow above to
name it (e.g. 4th of July
dinner) and select the probes
to include.

Safety guidelines
GrillEye® Max has been especially created for grilling
enthusiasts, meaning it can withstand demanding
conditions. Proper use though, according to its safety
guidelines, is essential.
AVOID PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO HEAT
Heating the product, above 50°C /
122°F may damage its electronics.
When heated do not touch without protective gloves.
NOT TO BE USED WITH INDUCTION COOKERS
Electromagnetic waves of induction cookers create
interferences that cause the probe to read false
temperatures.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN OR MODIFY
Any unauthorised attempt to open the device will
constitute its warranty to become void.
DO NOT EXPOSE DIRECTLY ONTO FIRE

If a surface is too hot to touch, it’s too hot for
magnetically mounting the GrillEye® Max.
Although the device is designed for outdoor use you

(prototype illustrated below).
NOT DISHWASHER SAFE
Avoid submersion into water. Do not put inside the
dishwasher.
KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN
Probe tip can cause injuries to children. Keep away from
their reach.
REMOVE WRAP BEFORE USING
Probe wrap is for storage purposes only. Unfold wire
and remove wrap before each use.

De GrillEye® max heeft een beperkte
fabrieksgarantie tegen defecten in
componenten of fabrieksfouten. Tijdens deze
periode zullen producten die defect blijken te zijn,
naar goedkeuren van G&C ltd, worden
gerepareerd of vervangen. Deze garantie is niet
van toepassing op verbruiksartikelen /
randapparatuur (sondes en draadverlengers),
waarvoor een beperkte garantie wordt
aangeboden.
De productgarantie dekt geen schade
veroorzaakt door normale slijtage, abnormale
opslagomstandigheden, onjuist gebruik,
onbedoeld misbruik, misbruik, verwaarlozing,
verkeerde toepassing of wijziging.

Download de
Grilleye® Hyperion
App .
Laten we starten
Stel je GrillEye® Max in. Druk op de rode knop
aan de zijkant.
Open de GrillEye® Hyperion applicatie en vol
de installatie wizard om jouw GrillEye® Max
in te stellen. Na de installatie zulle alle vooraf
ingestelde instellingen beschikbaar zijn in de
applicatie onder
“Instellingen/Eerste/Apparaatvoorkeuren-
App-voorkeuren”
Na de eerste installatie leidt de app u
door de mogelijkheden van uw nieuw
aangeschafte GrillEye® Max.
We raden u ten zeerste aan om de
tour te volgen die u later vanuit de app
alsnog kunt oproepen onder
Instellingen/Eerste/App-voorkeuren
/Onboarding
