Donot use existingrefrigerantlines.
Userefrigeranttubingthatisclean and freeofany
contaminationwhichmaycause damage tothesystem,
includingsulfur,copperoxide,dust,metal chips,powder,oil
orwater.
Avoidcouplinglineswhenever possible.Usea continuous
lengthof coppertubing,as oxidesformedduringimproper
brazingtechniquescandamage the equipment.
Do not usecopperpipesthat havea collapsed,deformed,
ordiscoloredportion(especiallyon the interiorsurface).
Otherwise,the expansionvalveorcapillary tubemay
becomeblocked with contaminants.
Improperlinesizing willdegradeperformance. Peak
pressureofR410A is muchhigherthan R22. UseACR
coppertubingwithadequatewallthickness.
Usea tubingbender tochangepipingdirection. Makesure
theradiusof the bendisnoless than4”.
Ifthe pipe isbentrepeatedlyat thesameplace,itwill break.
