Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite
accidents.
Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as
in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power
tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power
tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug
in any way. Do not use any adapted plugs with earthed(grounded)
power tools. Modified plugs and un-matching outlets will increase
the risk of electric shock.
Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces, such as
pipes, radiators, ranges and refrigerators. There is an increased
risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water
entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or
unplugging the power tool. Keep it away from heat, oil, sharp edges
or moving parts.
When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord
suitable for outdoor use. Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use
reduces the risk of electric shock.

WARNING! Read all safety warnings, instructions,
illustrations and specifications provided with this power tool.
Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in
electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. Save all warnings and
instructions for future reference. The term “power tool” in the
warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded) power tool or
battery-operated (cordless) power tool

Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense
when operating a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you
are tired or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. A moment of
inattention while operating power tools may result in serious
personal injury.
Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection.
Protective equipment such as a dust mask, non-skid safety shoes,
hard hat, or hearing protection used for appropriate conditions will
reduce personal injuries.
Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-
position before connecting to power source and/or battery pack,
picking up or carrying the tool.
Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power
tool on. A wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the
power tool may result in personal injury.
Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
This enables better control of the power tool in unexpected
situations.
Dress properly, say no to loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your
hair, clothing away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or
long hair can be caught in moving parts.
If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction
and collection facilities, ensure these are connected and
properly used. Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related
hazards.
Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair-person
using only identical replacement parts.This will ensure that the
safety of the power tool is maintained.
When servicing a power tool, use only identical replacement
parts. Follow instructions in the maintenance section of this
manual. Use of unauthorized parts or failure to follow maintenance
instructions may create a risk of shock or injury.

Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your
application. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer
at the rate for which it was designed.
Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and
off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is
dangerous and must be repaired.
Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery
pack from the power tool before making any adjustments,
changing accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive
safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool
accidentally.
Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not
allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these
instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous
in the hands of untrained users.
Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting
tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier
to control.
Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean and free from oil
and grease. Slippery handles and grasping surfaces do not allow
for safe handling and control of the tool in unexpected situations.
Even if you are operating this product in accordance with all the
safety requirements, potential risks of injury and damage remain.
The following dangers can arise:
Health defects resulting from vibration emission if the product is
being used over long periods of time or not adequately managed
and properly maintained.
Injuries and damage to property due to broken cutting attachments
or the sudden impact of hidden objects during use.
Danger of injury and property damage caused by other objects or
due to natural reactions or calamities.

Position yourself and bystanders away from the plane of the
cutting disc. The guard helps to protect the operator from broken
wheel fragments and accidental contact with wheel. Keep your
hands away from cutting area and the blade.
Hold the power tool by insulated gripping surfaces only and
second hand on tool arm. Keep your body positioned to either
side of the blade, but not in line with the blade.
Use only bonded reinforced cut-off wheels for your power tool.
Just because an accessory can be attached to your power tool, it
does not assure safe operation
Always use blades (cutting wheel) of correct sizes and rated
speed. Suitable blade is available within the product, use of it is
highly recommended. The parameters for selecting a cutting blade
are mentioned in the ‘Product specification’ section.
When cutting metal, sparks are generated (obvious), so take care
that no persons are endangered. Because of the danger of fire, no
combustible materials should be located in the vicinity (spark
flying zone).
Do not overload your tool, use it only for the adequate purpose.
Using the power tools for purposes that are different from what is
indicated in this manual (refer ‘Intended Use’) might lead to
hazardous situations.
Wait for the blade to come to a complete stop, note that there is
a period of inertial movement before the tool stops, after it’s
turned OFF.
The use of this tool create and/or spread dust that may cause
serious and permanent respiratory injuries. To reduce the
exposure to these substances, work in well-ventilated places and
always use dust mask.
Wear ear protectors. Exposure to noise can cause hearing loss.
Wear safety goggles or eye protection when using this power
tool. For additional protection against electric shock, be sure to
wear rubber gloves.

When operating the tool, keep the cord away from the cutting
area and position it so that it will not be caught on the work piece
during the cutting operation. When an extension cord is required
you must ensure it has the correct ampere rating for your power
tool and that it is in a safe electrical condition.
Blade depth and adjusting locking bolt must be tight and secure
before making cut. If blade adjustment shifts while cutting, it may
cause binding and kickback.
Make sure the cutting blade is not contacting the work piece
before the switch is turned on. Wait until the cutting wheel attains
full speed before cutting. Stop operation immediately if you notice
anything abnormal.
Do not force the cutting disc into the work piece or apply too
much pressure when using the machine. When the cutting disc is
damaged due to misuse, it may develop cracks that could lead to
bursting without warning.
The cutting disc must be flawlessly mounted and be able to
rotate freely. Make a test run for at least one minute without load.
Do not use damaged, out of round or vibrating cutting discs.
Always correctly adjust the depth stop. When the depth stop is not
properly adjusted, the cutting disc can cut into the surface
underneath the base plate.
Use the machine only for dry cutting. Store the product and
cutting wheel in a dry location only.
If the wheel stops during the operation, makes an odd noise or
begins to vibrate, switch off the tool immediately.
Avoid overloading the motor especially when working with
large work pieces. When cutting, apply only light pressure to the
handle.
Do not work with magnesium or materials containing asbestos.
Protect the cutting disc from impacts, shocks and grease.
Always wait until the power tool has come to a complete stop
before making any adjustments. Do not stop the cutting wheel by
lateral pressure on the disc.

Cut-off machine is a circular saw kind of a power tool which is
designed to cut hard materials, such as metals, tile, and
concrete, where the cutting action is performed by
an abrasive disc.
This can make a clean cut so that the end product needs a lesser
amount of finishing. It is a powerful and compact tool for cutting
that works quite precisely and fast.
The 2400W robust motor delivers 3,900 rpm for most demanding
metal cutting applications.
It also features fence adjustment up to 45º right or left (angle
cutting), and a tool-less vice adjustment for increased
productivity.
