1 Product Appearance
Please wait about 10s for the indicators in touch button to turn on after you plug the
device to power supply. It takes about 60s for all the indicators to turn on and then off.
After the system boots up properly, you will see its front as shown in Error! Reference
source not found., Figure 1- 1 and Figure 1-3.

2 Basic Function Introduction
2.1 Call Manager Center
You can touch the button to call out to your manager center. Manager center’s time
can be set on management platform or villa's Web-UI. Once manager center picks up the
call, you can perform a visual bidirectional talk with the manager center. You can touch
the button on the Intercom IP camera to end the call.
2.2 Call User
2.2.1 Connecting Status
You can touch the button to call out to an Indoor Monitor. Excluding time to call
manager center, all remaining time supports call to the Indoor Monitor. You can touch the
button on the Intercom IP camera to end the call.
2.2.2 Calling Status
Under connecting status, if the call is picked up, you will enter calling status. You can
perform a visual bidirectional talk with the Indoor Monitor. You can touch the button on the
Intercom IP camera to end the call.
2.3 Monitor
The Indoor Monitors are able to view the IHC6220 by enabling the camera to capture
local events.
2.4 Unlock (Access control module is required for IHC6220)
2.4.1 Unlock under Connecting Status
Under connecting status, IHC6220 can locally unlock a electronic door. The IHC6220
will return to its standby interface after call ends or countdown stops.
2.4.2 Unlock under Calling Status
Under calling status, IHC6220 can locally unlock a electronic door. The IHC6220 will

return to its standby interface after call ends or countdown stops.
2.4.3 Unlock under Monitoring Status
Under monitoring status, IHC6220 can locally unlock a electronic door. The IHC6220
will return to its standby interface after call ends or countdown stops.
2.4.4 Unlock via IC Card
By swiping an authorized IC Card (13.56Mhz), you can unlock electronic door after
local verification.
2.5 Compensation of Light
In dark environments or at night, the IHC6220 adopts auto photoreception technology
which achieves light compensation when initializing a call.
2.6 Vandal Proof
If the IHC6220 is tampered with or broken from its installation bracket, an audible
alarm will sound signifying vandalism.
3 Introduction to Web
3.1 Product Introduction
Web interface of VTO6110B includes 'Local Config', 'Indoor Station Manager' (for setting
up connections in-between the indoor monitors), 'LAN Config', 'Network Config' and
'Change Password'. Please see Figure 3-1.

3.2 Login Interface
In Internet Explorer, input the IP address of the IHC6220. A login window should be
shown as in Figure 3- 2.

Default username: admin
Default password: admin
Click 'Login' to enter the Web interface.
After you have logged in, you can see there are four major settings as: System Config,
Info search, Status Statistics and Logout.
3.3 System Config
'System Config' consists of: Local Config, Indoor Station Manager, LAN Config,
Network Config and Change Password.
3.3.1 Local Config
Local Config
'Local Config' includes: Issuing IC Cards, Door Unlock Settings and Time Setup. See
Figure 3- 3.

Please note:
1) Frame Rate: Set to '30' as frame rate for NTSC and '25' as frame rate for PAL
standard.
2) Delete all: Click this button and then confirm. IHC6220 will restore default settings. Be
cautious!
3) Video format: Use WVGA only for best quality; WVGA resolution: 800x480.
A&C Manager
A&C manager interface is shown in Figure 3- 4.

Under 'Local Config' interface, click on the 'A&C Manager' tab. The initial
IHC6220 password is '123456' and to unlock, input #123456#. Here you can change the
password, set the 'door unlock' response interval and unlock period timer.
FTP IP: FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is used in storing snapshots/video taken by the
IHC6220. Set the IP address of the FTP server you want to use.
FTP Port: The port associated with FTP server (typically 21 by default)
FTP User/Password: Set the user and its password to access the FTP server. Note to
make sure this user has rights to write/read new data to the server.
Issue card: On web-end, click on the 'Issue Card' button and put the IC Card (needs to be
13.56Mhz) on the card swiping area of the IHC6220. When you hear a beep sound, you
have successfully issued the card. You can use this new card to unlock the electronic
mechanism of the door it is attached to. (Access control module required)

System Time
System time interface is shown in Figure 3- 5.

Under 'Local Config' interface, click on 'System Time' where you can set the local time
or sync it with your PC.
3.3.2 Indoor Station Manager
Indoor station manager interface of IHC6220 consists of adding Indoor Monitors,
deleting and modifying Indoor Monitors.
Digital Indoor Station (Monitor)
Digital Indoor Station interface is shown in Figure 3- 6.

Under the 'Indoor Station' interface, check 'Display Residence Info' to show existing
Indoor Monitor information. Click the 'Add' button at lower left, and input user info in the
prompt box. Now input the 'VTH' (Monitor) Short Number (can be found in the settings of
the Indoor Monitor) and the 'IP Address' associated with the Indoor Monitor that you will
be pairing with. Note: Setup one Indoor Monitor first to obtain this information
