It is recommended to replace neutral detergent with clean water in the water
tank. Since the pump and nozzle in the machine body are confidential stru-
ctures, to prevent clogging, please do not add strong corrosive liquids.
After using neutral cleaner, again load1/3 clear water for spraying, to achieve
the effect of cleaning the pump and nozzle.
If non-neutral detergent is used, 1/3 clear water need loading timely, and
then quickly press the handle to spray. Cleaning the pump and nozzle can
improve the situation.
It is recommended to rinse the new mop with clear water before initial use,
with better cleaning effect.
It is forbidden to wash the matched mop with softener.
If the sprayer is inadvertently blocked and cannot produce water, it is reco-
mmended to use a needle to dredge the sprayer.

WARRANTY
One-year Limited Product Warranty
All iTvanila products have a one-year limited product warranty, valid from the date of
purchase. Should your iTvanila product have a defect in product material or workmanship
within the Warranty period, iTvanila will arrange to have your original product returned to us,
and either deliver an identical or comparable replacement to you, free of charge, or apply
such other remedy as described below.
Please follow these instructions, subject to the terms of the Warranty, to receive faster
service:
1. Write down the product model number. These can be found on a sticker or molded into
the product housing and are typically located underneath or on the back of the product
2. Have the Order ID number.
3. Contact iTvanila. Please see iTvanila contact information page.
4. If the product, or one of its parts, qualifies for replacement or service under the Warranty,
Upon receipt of the product, iTvanila may ship the replacement or contact you with further
information regarding repair of the product. Typical turnaround time to address Warranty
claims is up to 10 business days, plus shipping, depending on your geographical location
and type of damage or Warranty claim

Es ist empfohlen, neutrale Reinigungsmittel mit sauberem Wasser im Wass-

Um den Reinigungseffekt von Pumpe und Düse zu erreichen, füllen Sie bitte
nach der Benutzung von Neutralreiniger erneut 1/3 klares Wasser zum Sprühen
ein.
Wenn Sie ein nicht neutrales Reinigungsmittel verwendet haben, müssen
Sie 1/3 klares Wasser rechtzeitig einfüllen und dann drücken Sie schnell
auf den Griff zum Sprühen. Das Reinigen von der Pumpe und der Düse
kann die Situation verbessern.
Es ist empfohlen, den neuen Wischmopp vor der ersten Verwendung mit
klarem Wasser zu spülen, was eine bessere Reinigungswirkung erreicht.
Es ist verboten, den passenden Wischmopp mit Weichspüler zu waschen.
Falls das Spritzgerät versehentlich verstopft ist und kein Wasser sprühen
kann, ist es empfohlen, das Spritzgerät mit einer Nadel auszubaggern.
