SAFETY WARNINGS
-These instructions are highly important, please
read this instruction manual before using the
device and save it for future reference.
- JOCCA is only responsible for proper use of this
product as describe in this manual.
-Before using the device for the first time, unpack
and verify that it is in perfect condition, if not,
do not use the device and go to JOCCA as the
warranty covers all manufacturing defects.
-This product is only suitable for domestic use.
Do not use the device outdoors. Do not leave the
device upon exposure to outside factors such as
rain, snow, sun, etc.
- This appliance can be used by children of 8 and
above, and people with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience or

knowledge if they are supervised or instructed in
an appropriate and safe way about the use of the
appliance and understand the hazards involved.
Any cleaning and maintenance must be carried
out by the user or if they are carried out by a child
of 8 or above they must be supervised.
-Keep the appliance and its cable out of the reach
of children under 8 years old.
-Children should be supervised to ensure they do
not play with the device.
-Before connecting the appliance to the mains,
check that the plug is in perfect condition. Also
check that the voltage indicated on the appliance
is valid for your electrical installation.
-If the plug is damaged, do not use the appliance or
try to replace plug yourself. Contact the customer
service where they will replace it correctly for you.
- Do not immerse the appliance or any part of it in
water or any other liquid.
-Do not connect the appliance with wet hands or
bare feet.
-Never put your fingers or anything else in the
protecting grid or in the ventilation slots. Do not
insert any object that might obstruct or break the
appliance.
-Please avoid touching the appliance when it is
working as it could cause burns.
- To disconnect the appliance from the mains, first
place on/off switch button (A) on off position and

only after that disconnect the appliance form the
mains.
-If your appliance has been dropped or fallen into
water or any other liquid do not use it or try to
repair it. Contact the customer service department.
-For your safety and for the appliance to work
correctly, always use JOCCA spare parts and
accessories.
-Please do not use the appliance in the bath or
shower or in rooms with a humid atmosphere, nor
in places near to water, such as above a bathtub,
or basins full of water, a shower or a swimming
pool.
-Please do not use the appliance as a source of
heating or for drying. The appliance should not be
used to dry clothes.
-Never leave the appliance cable hanging in the
air nor in contact with hot parts. Do no use the
cable to carry the product.
-The appliance should be used on a horizontal flat
surface that will resist high temperatures.
WARNING: On surfaces where heat may cause
problems, the use of a heat insulation pad is
recommended.
-Leave sufficient space above and around the
appliance for the air to circulate correctly.
-Check that the ventilation slots and protection
grid are not blocked. Please do not cover the

appliance under any circumstances. It might catch
fire.
-Do not let the appliance come into contact
with curtains, wallpaper, dishcloths or other
inflammable materials when it is in use.
-Please unplug the appliance from the mains
electricity power supply when not in use, before
cleaning and/or if it does not operate properly.
-Never place the appliance underneath a socket.
-Never connect the appliance to a timer, a
programmer or any other device that connects the
appliance automatically, since there is a fire risk
if the heating appliance is covered or incorrectly
located.
WARNING:

CLOTHS AND CURTAINS AT LEAST 3 FEET/0,9 M
FROM THE FRONT OF THE HEATER AND AWAY
FROM THE SIDES AND REAR. DO NOT COVER.
-On surfaces where heat may cause problems,

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
-NOTE:When turning on the device for the first
time or after an extended period of non-use or
in fan-mode only, you might perceive some light
smoke and smell of no consequence since this
effect might be produced by dust or other particles
that must have accumulated on the heating
element.
-Plug the appliance into the mains.
-The temperature thermostat will help you
maintain the desiredtemperature in the room.
-Select first the desire funtion cool or fan, the hot
funtion has two diferent temperatures, next turn
the temperature selector in clockwise direction
until you hear a slight “click”. This sound will tell
you that the fan heater is on.

-You can switch the fan heater on and off with the
temperatureselector (a). If you turn the
temperature selector in clockwisedirection, you
will switch the fan heater on and the temperature
will increase, if, on the contrary, you turn the
temperature selector in anticlockwise direction,
you will switch the fan heater off and the
temperature will decrease.
-The fan heater will not disconnect completely
until you unplug it from the mains.
-It is advisable to unplug the appliance from the
mains whenever you have finished using it.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
-Before cleaning the appliance, make sure it has
been disconnected from the mains.
-Leave the appliance to cool down before cleaning
it.
-Periodically clean any dust that has accumulated
on the air outlets with a vacuum cleaner.
-Do not use abrasive detergents or products that
may damage the appliance.
-Keep the appliance in a dry place once it has
cooled down.
