SAFETY WARNINGS
-These instructions are highly important, please
read this instruction manual before using the
device and save it for future reference.
- JOCCA is only responsible for proper use of this
product as describe in this manual.
-Before using the device for the first time, unpack
and verify that it is in perfect condition, if not,
do not use the device and go to JOCCA as the
warranty covers all manufacturing defects.
-This product is only suitable for domestic use.
Do not use the device outdoors. Do not leave the
device upon exposure to outside factors such as
rain, snow, sun, etc.
- This appliance can be used by children of 8 and
above, and people with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience or

knowledge if they are supervised or instructed in
an appropriate and safe way about the use of the
appliance and understand the hazards involved.
Any cleaning and maintenance must be carried
out by the user or if they are carried out by a child
of 8 or above they must be supervised.
-Keep the appliance and its cable out of the reach
of children under 8 years old.
-Children should be supervised to ensure they do
not play with the device.
-Before using the product for the first time,
unpack the product and check that it is in perfect
conditions. If not, do not use the appliance and
contact JOCCA, as the guarantee covers any
damage from origin or manufacturing defects.
-Do not immerse the appliance or any part of it in
water or any other liquid.
-If your appliance has been dropped or fallen into
water or any other liquid do not use it or try to
repair it. Take it to the JOCCA technical service.
-Use two LR20 “D” batteries to make the appliance
work.
-Change the batteries when they run out. Do
not mix new batteries with used ones. Only use
batteries of the same model or equivalent to those
recommended.
-The batteries must be fitted in agreement with
the correct polarity indicated.
-Never place the battery compartment close to a

fire or heat source.
-Do not throw the batteries into the fire or place
the appliance in direct sunlight.
-The fluff-remover has sharp components under
the metal mesh so it is recommended handicapped
people and children must always use it with adult
supervision.
-Check that the element that secures the mesh is
fitted in as far as it will go to prevent it from rising
and leaving the blades uncovered.
WARNING ABOUT THE BATTERIES:
-Remove the battery from its compartment, if you
are not going to use the device for a long period
of time.
-Remember that batteries must be deposited in
the specialized containers for battery collection.
-If you want to throw out the device, always
remove the batteries before doing it.
-If the battery has some kind of leak never handle
it with bare hands.
-Replace the battery when it is worn out.
-Only the batteries of the same model or
equivalent to the recommended can be used.
-The battery must be placed in accordance with
the indicated correct polarity.
-Never place the battery compartment near fire
or heat source.
-Do not throw the batteries into fire or place the

control unit to the sun.
-Do not mix new batteries or the old and worn-
out. -If you find that the facial brush lows down
the intensity, turn off the power and replace the
batteries as soon as possible because they are
running out.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
-Before use, open the inner lid of the battery compartment,
insert the batteries with the correct polarity, as indicated on the
compartment lid; then close the lid.
-Place the switch in “ON” position to connect the appliance.
-Slowly slide the metal mesh over the garment so that all the
faults in the fabric are gradually reduced.
-When you consider that the fabric is perfect, switch the
appliance off placing the switch in “OFF” position and leave
the appliance on the protection tray supplied with it.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
-Remove the batteries before cleaning the appliance.
-Take out the fluff collection box pulling it outwards from the
appliance. Rinse with water and dry well before putting it back
in again.
-The metal mesh must be lifted to clean the blades and the
whole area around them.
-This can be done with a damp cloth.
-Do not use abrasive detergents or products that might harm
the appliance.
-NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER OR ANY
OTHER LIQUID.
-Use a damp cloth or sponge to clean the outside of the
appliance.
-Remove the batteries from the compartment if you are not
going to use the appliance for a long period of time.

This product has been designed and manufactured with high
quality materials and components that can be recycled and
reused. When you see the symbol of a crossed out litter bin
on wheels next to a product, this means that the product
conforms to the European Directive 2002/96/EC. Please
obtain information about the local recycling system for electric
and electronic products. Follow the local rules and do not
dispose of used products by throwing them in the normal bins
at home. Proper recycling of your used product will help avoid
negative impacts on the environment and people’s health.

The materials used in the packaging of this product
are handed in a system of waste collection, sorting
and recycling. If you wish to dispose of these
materials, you should use rubbish bins or other recycling

this product at the end of its life, you must take
it to a waste collection company authorized for
the selective collection of Waste Electronic and
Electrical Equipment (WEEE). This product does not contain

ADVERTENCIAS DE SEGURIDAD
-Estas instrucciones son muy importantes. Lea
atentamente este manual de instrucciones antes
de utilizar el aparato, y guárdelo para posteriores
consultas.
-JOCCA no se responsabilizará de las posibles
consecuencias derivadas de un uso inadecuado
del producto, u otro uso que no estuviera descrito
en este manual.
-Antes de utilizar el producto por primera vez,
desembale el producto y compruebe que está
en perfecto estado. De no ser así, no utilice el
aparato y diríjase a JOCCA ya que la garantía
cubre cualquier daño de origen o defecto de

-Este producto solo está indicado para un uso
doméstico. No deje el aparato bajo la exposición
de agentes climáticos como la lluvia, nieve, sol,
etc.
-No sumerja el aparato en agua u otro líquido.
- Si su aparato ha sufrido una caída o bien ha
caído en agua u otro líquido no utilice el aparato
ni intente repararlo. Llévelo al servicio técnico de
JOCCA.
- Este aparato pueden utilizarlo niños con edad
de 8 años y superior y personas con capacidades
físicas, sensoriales o mentales reducidas o falta
de experiencia y conocimiento, si se les ha dado
la supervisión o instrucción apropiadas respecto
al uso del aparato de una manera segura y
comprenden los peligros que implica. Los niños
no deben jugar con el aparato. La limpieza y el
mantenimiento a realizar por el usuario no deben
realizarlos los niños a menos que sean mayores
de 8 años y estén bajo supervisión.
- Mantener el aparato fuera del alcance de los
niños menores de 8 años.
- Los niños deben ser supervisados para asegurar
que no juegan con el aparato.
-Para hacer funcionar el aparato utilice dos pilas
tipo LR20 “D”.
-Cambie las pilas cuando estas estén gastadas.
No mezcle las pilas nuevas con las usadas.

Solamente pueden utilizarse pilas del mismo
modelo o equivalente a las recomendadas.
-Las pilas tienen que ser colocadas de acuerdo
con la correcta polaridad indicada.
-No coloque nunca el compartimento para pilas
cerca de fuego o de una fuente de calor.
-No tire las pilas al fuego ni coloque el aparato
al sol.
-El quitapelusas posee elementos cortantes
bajo la rejilla metálica por lo que las personas
discapacitadas y niñós deberán utilizarlo
bajo la supervisión de un adulto.
-Comprobar que el elemento que sujeta la
rejilla está correctamente colocado hasta su tope
máximo para evitar que se
levante y queden las cuchillas al descubierto.
ADVERTENCIAS DE PILAS
-Quite la pila del emplazamiento, si no va a
utilizar el aparato durante un largo periodo de
tiempo.
-Recuerde que las pilas o baterías deben
depositarse en contenedores especializados para
recogida de pilas.
-Si desea deshacerse del producto no olvide
retirar las pilas o baterías del aparato.
-Si la pila o batería tiene algún tipo de fuga no
la manipule nunca directamente con las manos.
-Cambie la pila cuando ésta esté gastada.
