Any unauthorized manipulation of the unit is
prohibited (e.g. reverse engineering
procedures).

The OBU described in this user manual is for the
use in vehicles with metalized front windscreens
and consists of External OBU-4042 (antenna for
toll communication and toll account update) and
Internal OBU-4041 (solely for driver information
and declaration).
Attention:
n The OBU is required for collection of the
electronic toll in Belarus.
n The OBU is not transferable to any other vehicle!
n The driver must check the functionality of the
OBU before entering the toll road (see section C).
Precondition: Please check if the OBU is mounted
correctly with the assembly kit as described in the
installation manual. If you did not receive a
complete assembly kit including the installation
manual please contact the next distribution point.
A: Control elements of the OBU:
1. Operating push-button
2. LED indicators “2, 3, 4” for axle setting
3. LED indicator “X” for OBU status
4. Acoustic signal (buzzer) – only when passing a
tolling station

B: Setting the number of axles.
The basic vehicle axle category is set during
registration and cannot be changed by the user to
a lower axle setting.
The driver of the vehicle must always set the
number of axles according to the actual number of
axles (considering the lifted ones) including trailers
and semi-trailers.
Drivers of buses and vehicles with a max. laden
weight not exceeding 3,5 tons don’t have to
change the number of axles, as for those vehicles
a trailer is not taken into account.
To change the number of axles press the
push-button longer than 2 seconds. Continue
pressing the push-button until the correct number
of axles is indicated. A short flash of the relevant
indicator (2, 3 or 4) will confirm the setting.
Attention: the driver is responsible for setting
the correct number of axles!
C: Checking the status:
To check the OBU status press the push button
shortly and the status indicator “X” together with
the actual axle indicator “2, 3 or 4” will flash.

1 x green OBU is OK
2 x green OBU is OK, but battery is low or OBU
account balance is nearly expired or
low.
In case of nearly expired or low OBU
account balance (only applicable for
prepaid accounts) re-charge the
account. Go to the next distribution
point.
4 x red OBU is not OK.
Go to the next distribution point.
No flash OBU is not OK.
Go to the next distribution point.
D: Operating OBU on tolled roads:
When passing a tolling station, the following
acoustic signals will sound:
1 x beep Toll transaction OK
2 x beep Toll transaction OK, but battery is
low or OBU account balance is
nearly expired or low. In case of
nearly expired or low OBU account
balance (only applicable for prepaid
accounts) re-charge the account.
Go to the next distribution point.
4 x beep Toll transaction is NOT OK.
Go to the next distribution point.
No beep Toll transaction is NOT OK.
Go to the next distribution point.

General Information:
The rules for electronic tolling are in accordance
with the valid laws and regulations in Belarus.
The OBU is a property of the Republic of Belarus
and is entrusted exclusively for the use of the
Electronic Toll Collection System in Belarus. At the
end of this period of use, the OBU must be
returned to a distribution point.
The OBU must not be opened. Any unauthorized
manipulation of the unit is prohibited (e.g. reverse
engineering procedures).
The OBU complies with the regulations
R&TTE1999.
Operating on the OBU as well as passing the
tolling stations are not harmful to health.
The OBU is maintenance free!

Бартавая прылада (БП) апісаная ў дадзеным
кіраўніцтве, прызначана для выкарыстання ў
транспартных сродках з металізаваным пярэднім
ветравым шклом і складаецца з знешнега
модуля OBU-4042 (антэны для сувязі з сістэмай
аплаты і абнаўлення дадзеных ўліковага запісу
карыстальніка) і ўнутранага модуля OBU-4041
(толькі для інфармавання кіроўцы і дэкларацыі
класа транспартнага сродку).
Увага!
n Бартавая прылада патрабуецца для
электроннага збору платы за карыстанне
дарогамi Беларусі.
n Бартавая прылада не можа быць усталявана
на іншы транспартны сродак!
n Кіроўца павінен праверыць
функцыянальнасць БП перад выездам на
платную дарогу (гл. раздзел С).
Умова: Калі ласка, праверце, ці ўсталявана БП
з мантажным камплектам ўадпаведнасці з
Iнструкцыяй па ўсталёўцы. Калі вы не атрымалі
поўны мантажны камплект, у тым ліку
Iнструкцыю па ўсталеўцы, калі ласка, звярніцеся
ў бліжэйшы пункт абслугоўвання.

A: Элементы кіравання бартавой
прыладай:
1. Кнопка кіравання.
2. Святлодыёдныя індыкатары «2,3,4» для
ўстаноўкi восяў.
3. Святлодыёдны індыкатар «X» для
адлюстравання стану прылады.
4. Гукавы сiгнал (зумер) – толькі пры
праходжанні станцыі аплаты.
B. Устаноўка колькасці восяў.
Асноўная катэгорыя восяў аўтамабіля
ўсталявана пры рэгістрацыі і не можа быць
зменена карыстальнікам у меншы бок.
Кiроўца транспартнага сродку заўсёды павінен
задаць колькасць восяў у адпаведнасці з
фактычным лікам восяў (разам з падабранымi),
у тым ліку прычэпаў і паўпрычэпаў.
Кiроўцы аўтобусаў i транспартных сродкаў,
максiмальная поўная вага якiх не перавышае
3,5 тоны, не змяняць колькасць восяў, таму што
для гэтых транспартных сродкаў прычэпы не
ўлiчваюцца.
Каб змяніць колькасць восяў, націсніце кнопкy і
ўтрымлівайце яе больш за 2 секунды.
Працягвайце націскаць на кнопку, пакуль не
будзе выведзена патрэбная колькасць восяў.
Кароткая ўспышка адпаведнага iндыкатара (2, 3
ці 4) пацвердзіць устаноўку.
Увага!: Вадзіцель адказвае за правільную
ўстаноўку колькасцi восяў!

C. Праверка стану:
Для праверкі стану бартавой прылады націсніце
кнопку; будзе міргаць індыкатар «X» разам з
фактычнай колькасцю восяў «2, 3 або 4».

D: Эксплуатацыя бартавой прылады на
платных дарогах:
Пры праходжанні пад станцыяй аплаты гучаць
наступныя акустычныя сігналы:
1 сiгнал транзакцыя выканана паспяхова.
2 сiгналы транзакцыя выканана паспяхова,
але акумулятар БП зараджаны
недастаткова, або баланс бартавой
прылады маленькі ці скончыўся. У
выпадку, калi баланс БП маленькі
ці скончыўся (толькi для рахункаў з
папярэдняй аплатай), неабходна
папоўніць рахунак.
