ISTRUZIONI IMPORTANTI
1. Leggere queste istruzioni prima di utilizzare il prodotto e conservarle per
riferimento futuro.
2. Per proteggere contro il rischio di elettroshock non immergere alcuna
parte dell’apparecchio o del cavo in acqua o in altri liquidi.
3. Una stretta supervisione è necessaria quando l’apparecchio viene
utilizzato vicino ai bambini.
4. Utilizzare sempre l’apparecchio su una supercie piana e asciutta.
5. Non utilizzare questo apparecchio all’aperto.
6. Staccare sempre la spina dalla presa quando non è in uso e prima di
pulirlo.
7. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio se danneggiato, se ha un malfunzionamento o
se è stato danneggiato in qualche modo, restituirlo al tecnico di assistenza
autorizzato per la riparazione, poiché sono necessari attrezzi speciali.
8. Nell’interesse della sicurezza, è necessario eseguire controlli periodici
sul cavo di alimentazione per garantire che nessun danno sia evidente.
Se vi sono segni che il cavo sia danneggiato in misura minima, l’intero
apparecchio deve essere restituito al tecnico di servizio autorizzato.
9. Non lasciare che il cavo penda sul bordo di un tavolo o sul bancone o
tocchi superci calde. Lasciare rareddare l’unità prima di avvolgere il
cavo attorno alla base per riporlo.
10. Prestare attenzione a non toccare le superci calde, non conservare o
coprire l’apparecchio nché non si è completamente rareddato.

13. Attenzione: il pane può bruciare. Quando si utilizza questo apparecchio,
lasciare uno spazio d’aria adeguato sopra e su tutti i lati per la circolazione
dell’aria. Non permettere a questo apparecchio di toccare tende,
rivestimenti murali, indumenti, stronacci o altri materiali inammabili
durante l’uso. È necessario prestare attenzione alle superci delicate su

15. Non utilizzare il tostapane senza il vassoio raccogli-briciole in posizione.
Il vassoio raccogli briciole dovrebbe essere pulito regolarmente. Non
permettere che le briciole si accumulino nel vassoio.

16. Non utilizzare questo apparecchio con prodotti alimentari contenenti
zucchero o con prodotti contenenti marmellata o conserve.
17. Questo apparecchio non è destinato all’uso da parte di persone (compresi
i bambini) con ridotte capacità siche sensoriali o mentali, o mancanza
di esperienza e conoscenza, a meno che non siano sotto la supervisione
o istruiti sull’uso dell’apparecchio da una persona responsabile della loro
sicurezza. I bambini dovrebbero essere sorvegliati per assicurarsi che non
giochino con l’apparecchio.
18. La temperatura delle superci accessibili potrebbe essere elevata quando

AVVERTENZA!
Non tentare mai di estrarre toast, mun, bagel o qualsiasi altro oggetto con un
coltello o qualsiasi altro oggetto, in quanto il contatto con questi elementi può
causare la folgorazione.
Lasciare rareddare l’apparecchio, scollegare e rimuovere con cura il pane.

PRIMA DEL PRIMO UTILIZZO
• Prima di utilizzare il tostapane per la prima volta, pulire il tostapane,
azionare il tostapane almeno due volte senza pane e a massima potenza.
Ventilare la stanza durante questo passaggio.
• Come tutti i nuovi elementi riscaldanti elettrici, il tostapane produce odore
quando viene acceso per la prima volta. Questo è abbastanza normale e
non è motivo di preoccupazione.
TOSTARE
• Collegare il tostapane all’alimentatore e inserire 1 o 2 fette di pane nelle
fessure del pane dell’apparecchio.
• Regolare il timer a 7 livelli al livello desiderato:
- 1 livello minimo;
- 7 livello massimo.
• Premere verso il basso la leva scorrevole, il tostapane inizierà a
funzionare automaticamente e l’indicatore luminoso si accenderà.
• Le fette di pane verranno espulse e l’apparecchio si spegnerà
automaticamente al termine della tostatura.
FUNZIONE RISCALDANTE
• È possibile utilizzare la funzione di riscaldamento se i toast pronti si sono
rareddati.
• Inserire il toast nel tostapane e abbassare la leva scorrevole. Premere il
tasto funzione di riscaldamento REHEAT. L’indicatore si illuminerà.
• Il toast freddo può essere riscaldato in breve tempo senza eccessiva
doratura.
FUNZIONE SCONGELANTE
Premere il tasto per lo scongelamento DEFROST per prolungare la durata
della tostatura del pane surgelato, quindi l’indicatore si illuminerà.
ANNULLARE
La tostatura può essere ripristinata in qualsiasi momento durante la tostatura
premendo il pulsante ANNULLA, quindi l’’indicatore si illuminerà.
VASSOIO BRICIOLE
Il vassoio raccogli briciole è destinato alla raccolta delle briciole, che cadono
sulla base del tostapane durante la tostatura.
Estrarre il vassoio raccoglibriciole, svuotarlo e riposizionarlo.

CURA E PULIZIA
Assicurarsi che l’apparecchio sia scollegato prima della pulizia.
Lasciare che l’unità si rareddi completamente.
Non utilizzare detergenti abrasivi, solventi organici o prodotti chimici

CONSERVAZIONE

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please read these instructions before operating and retain for future
reference.
2. To protect against electrical hazard do not immerse any part of the
appliance or cord in water or any other liquid.
3. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used near children.
4. Always use the appliance on a dry, level surface.
5. Do not use this appliance outdoors.
6. Always unplug from the plug socket when not in use and before cleaning.
7. Do not operate the appliance if damaged, after an appliance malfunctions
or it has been damaged in any manner, return to at authorized service
engineer for repair, because special purpose tools are required.
8. In the interest of safety, regular periodic close checks should be carried
out on the supply cord to ensure no damage is evident. Should there
be any signs that the cord is damaged in the slightest degree, the entire
appliance should be returned be authorized service engineer.
9. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch hot
surfaces. Allow unit to cool before wrapping cord around base for storage.
10. Care must be taken not to touch any hot surfaces, do not store or cover
the appliance until it has full cooled down.
11. Do not place this appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner, in or
where it could touch a heated oven, or a microwave oven.
12. Do not use harsh abrasives, caustic cleaners or oven cleaners when
cleaning this appliance.
13. Caution-bread may burn. When using this appliance, allow adequate air
space above and on all sides for air circulation. Do not allow this appliance
to touch curtains, wall coverings, clothing, dishtowels or other ammable
materials during use. CAUTION is required on surfaces where heat may
cause a problem – an insulated heat pad is recommended.
14. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar
applications such as:
-sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and other working environments;
-farm houses;
-by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
-bed and breakfast type environments
15. Do not use the toaster without the slide out crumb tray in place. The crumb
tray should be cleaned regularly. Do not allow crumbs to build up in the
tray.
16. Do not use this appliance with any foodstu product containing sugar
content or with products containing jam or preserves.
17. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience

and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
18. The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance
is operating.
19. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.

WARNING!
Never attempt to extract Jammed toast, muns, bagels or any other item
with a knife or any other object, as contact with live elements may cause
electrocution.
Allow the appliance to cool down, unplug and carefully remove the bread.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
• Before using the toaster for the rst time clean your toaster, operate
the toaster at least two times without bread but on the highest setting.
Ventilate the room during this period.
• As all new electric heating elements, your toaster creates a new smell
when it is rst switched on. This is quite normal and not a cause for
concern.

TOASTING
• Plug the toaster to the power supply and place 1 or 2 slices of bread into
the bread slots of the appliance.
• Adjust the 7 setting timer to a desired level:
- 1 minimum level;
- 7 maximum level.
• Press down the sliding lever, the toaster will start running automatically
and light indicator will go on.
• Bread slices will be ejected out and the appliance will shut down
automatically when toasting is nished.
REHEAT FUNCTION
• You can use reheat facility if ready toasts got cold.
• Insert toast into the toaster and pull down the sliding lever. Press the
reheat function button REHEAT. The indicator will light up.
• The cold toast can be reheated in short time without over browning.
DEFROST FUNCTION
Press defrost function button DEFROST to prolong toasting time of frozen
bread, thus the indicator light should light up.
CANCEL BUTTON
Toasting can be reset anytime during toasting by pressing CANCEL button,
thus the
CRUMB TRAY
The crumb tray is intended for collecting the crumbs, which fall on the base of
the toaster while toasting.
Pull the crumb tray out, empty and place it back.
CARE AND CLEANING
Ensure that the appliance is unplugged before cleaning.
Let the unit completely cool down.
Do not use abrasive detergents, any organic solvents or aggressive
chemicals.
Clean o crumbs of bread, buns, etc.
STORAGE
Switch o and unplug the appliance; let it completely cool.
Complete all requirements of chapter CARE AND CLEANING.
Reel on the power cord.
Keep the appliance in a dry cool place.
