supply

power

Principle

operation:

When

the

line

experiences

slight

voltage

drop

due

variation

the

load,

reduces

the

grid

voltage

tube.

the

cathode

clamped

constant

voltage

the

neon

bulb,

the

plate

current

decreases

and

hence

the

voltage

drop

across

R201

becomes

less,

increasing

the

plate

voltage.

Therefore,

the

grid

bias

the

pentode

section

the

6BM8

decreases

compensate

for

the

voltage

drop

the

150

line,

which

thus

restores

its

normal

constant

value.

The

output

voltage

can

controlled

adjusting

the

semi-fixed

resistor

{VR

1).

rectifier

silicon

REMOVING

THE

CHASSIS

FROM

THE

CASE

The

chassis

can

removed

upward

after

unscrewing

black

screws

from

the

top

and

each

from

both

the

right

and

left

sides.

bottom

plate

comes

off

along

with

the

chassis.
