Warning:
3.1. During transport ensure equipment is stored in protective carry tube.
3.2. Do not operate the appliance when other people are in the workspace.
3.3. Store equipment and chemicals in a safe place, with end-caps and plugs in place, away from
children and animals.
3.4. When the lance is passed onto third parties, it must be accompanied by the operating
instructions.
3.5. Please observe during operation, that the application of aerosol sprays is in accordance
with the manufactures instructions and any statutory protection acts.
3.6. Please be aware that spray will continue to exit the exible tip of the lance for 3 - 4
seconds after pressure has been released from the aerosol cap.

2.1. Please see compatibility details located at the back of this instruction manual.
Safety Guidelines:
4.1. Make sure that the product you wish to apply is suitable for this equipment. The data safety
and handling instructions provided by the chemical manufacturer must be noted and
observed. The use of chemicals is entirely at the user’s own risk. Should you have any doubts
in this respect please contact the distributor where you purchased your aerosol.
4.2. The lance is not suitable for use with caustic substances, corrosive substances (acids) or
highly ammable or combustible substances.
4.3. Before each use, check to ensure that the lance has been correctly assembled, and that it is
in a functional and undamaged condition. Damaged parts must never be used.

1.2. Please observe the safety and warning regulations!
1.3. Failure to observe these regulations will exempt the manufacturer of all liability.
1.4. Keep the operating instructions in a safe place.
1.5. Failure to comply with the safety instructions and warnings can lead to serious injury or death
of persons.

1. Pull o the cap and remove the
lance and hose kit from the Protective
Tube.
3. Straighten the hose kit (after removing
straps) by pulling gently.
4. Remove the original cap from
your aerosol canister as shown
above.
2. Remove the rubber top cap from lance.
5. Firmly push the tubing straw
end into the hole on the white cap
(actuator).
Note: 5 x actuator caps are supplied with your new lance. Additional packs
available from distributors and our website.
6. Fit the AerosoL 3
cap on to the aerosol
canister.

To avoid damage do not bend
the exible tip sharply!
7. Bend the exible tip to the required
shape and then remove the tip cap.
Do not use during electrical
storms or during strong
winds.
To avoid electrocution do not
use lance near over head
power cables.
1. Extend and twist to lock each section.
Do not pull sections out too forcefully as
joints can be over extended.

Storage places to avoid:
1. Avoid storing in direct sunlight, or temperatures above 60°C or 140°F.
2. When not in use, always store the AerosoL 3 in the protective carry tube provided.
Caring for your AerosoL 3:
1. Do not scratch hard objects against the lance.
2. The product should be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use volatile
substances or cleaning products as these can cause damage.

Telescopic Lance
1. Connect aerosol canister to actuator cap of lance, press the white cap to activate
the spray. Please allow 3 - 4 seconds for the spray to pass through the lance and
exit the exible nozzle. Once treatment is complete, release pressure from white
cap on the aerosol canister, allowing 3 - 4 seconds for any spray inside the tubing
to be expelled from the exible tip.
Do not impact end of lance on
the ground when retracting! Twist
and push to release each section,
ensuring the lance remains in the
upright position.

Replacing a damaged pole section:
When ordering replacement pole sections, they are referenced as follows:
• Section 1 (Butt section) Part Ref: ARL3-23.
• Section 2 (Middle Section) Part Ref: ARL38-06.
• Section 3 (Top Section) Part Ref: AL3-01.
1. Remove the clear PVC gasket from the
exible tip and remove the internal tubing
kit by pulling out through the base of the
lance. Then remove the rubber end cap.
2. Remove the damaged section
from the lance.

3. Insert the new section by sliding
it back into the lance.
4. Straighten the exible tip and feed through
the rubber end cap. Next push the exible
tip and tubing back through the top section
of the lance (Make sure the exible tip is
straight to enable it to be pulled through the
top section).

5. Ret the clear PVC gasket and then
put the top section back inside the lance. 6. Slide the rubber end cap back onto
the bottom of the lance.

For the removal of blockages from the exible tip or tubing please follow the
instructions below. Note: The Unblocking tool is purchased separately.
2. Connect the unblocking tool to the
main tubing by rmly pushing over
the tubing and straw connector by 7-
8 mm as shown in the diagram.
1. Disconnect the main tubing
from the actuator cap (White cap).
To avoid damage do not exceed maximum 6 bar pressure.
3. Connected to an airline or foot
pump and apply air pressure to a
maximum of 6 bar.
