Zasilacze z serii ZS20 mogą być stosowane w

o b s z a r a c h e k s t r e m a l n e g o ś r o d o w i s k a

przemysłowego i są zgodne z najnowszym

standardem technicznym.

Przed rozpoczęciem pracy z urządzeniem należy

koniecznie zapoznać się z niniejszą instrukcją.

Wszystkie zasilacze mają pojedyncze wyjście,

stopień ochrony IP20, są montowane na szynie DIN

IEC 60715/TH35. Urządzenia są odpowiednie dla

obwodów elektrycznych SELV i PELV dzięki izolacji

klasy 2.

zgodnie z aktualnie obowiązującymi przepisami i normami dotyczącymi

instalacji elektrycznych, w szczególności dotyczących ochrony

przeciwporażeniowej.

- Podczas uruchamiania i obsługi zasilacza, należy stosować się do zaleceń

zawartych w niniejszej instrukcji obsługi.

Podłączenie kabli wykonuje się do listwy zaciskowej typu śrubowego z

przekrojem 2,5 mm. Należy używać wyłącznie kabli miedzianych

przeznaczonych do pracy w temperaturach > 75°C. Zacisk okablowania

redundancji ZS20 MR220.

Zalecenia dotyczące budowy redundantnych systemów zasilania:

a) Użyj osobnych bezpieczników na wejściu każdego zasilacza.

b) Monitoruj poszczególne zasilacze. W zasilaczach zastosowana jest sygnalizacyjna

czerwona dioda i przekaźnik "Power Good". Te funkcje służą do zgłaszania wady

urządzenia; Więcej w rozdziale "Funkcja wyjścia

Power Good" w celu uzyskania szczegółowych informacji technicznych.

c) Jeśli to możliwe, podłącz każdy zasilacz do różnych faz lub obwodów

Zasilacze można łączyć równolegle w celu

zapewnienia redundancji 1 + 1, aby uzyskać

wyższą niezawodność systemu. W systemie

r e d u n d a n t n y m w p r z y p a d k u a w a r i i

któregokolwiek z zasilaczy, drugi automatycznie

jest w stanie obsłużyć obciążenie bez żadnych

zakłóceń.

a) Szeregowo można podłączyć tyle

urządzeń, ile potrzeba, pod warunkiem, że

suma napięcia wyjściowego nie przekracza

150 V DC

60 V DC.

Wyjście służy do ostrzegawczego monitorowania

funkcji zasilacza.

usterka. W takim przypadku urządzenie musi być odesłane do serwisu.

Uwaga: w modelach z wejściem dwufazowym, bezpieczniki dwubiegunowe /

przeciążeniem, przepięciem (zwykle 35 Vdc) i zwarciem.

W przypadku zwarcia lub przeciążenia prąd

wyjściowy przestaje płynąć. Zasilacz ponownie

próbuje przywrócić napięcie wyjściowe i stan

normalnej pracy do momentu usunięcia

problemu.

W y j ś c i e z a s i l a c z a j e s t e l e k t r y c z n i e

zabezpieczone przed przeciążeniem i zwarciem.

Dane dotyczące napięcia i prądu nominalnego w

warunkach temperaturowych znajdują się w

karcie katalogowej.

system availability. In Redundant system

In case any power supply fails, the other

one is automatically able to support the

load without any interruption.

This can be done by utilizing decoupling

diodes which are included in the Redundancy Module ZS20 MR220.

monitoring of the power supply. An electrically

isolated signal contact is available. The signal

contact closes when output power is OK and Opens
