Funktionsomskifter:
2-takt:
Maskinen svejser, når tasten på brænderhåndtaget
aktiveres.
Punkt:
Maskinen svejser i en forudbestemt tid (0,15 - 2,5 sek.)
når tasten på brænderhåndtaget aktiveres (knap 4).
Step:
ON
Dioden lyser, når maskinen er tændt.
Overophedning
Svejsningen afbrydes, hvis maskinen bliver
overophedet. Når temperaturen er normaliseret, kan
svejsningen fortsætte.
Svejsetid
Kom godt i gang:

Hovedafbryder
Trinomskifter for svejsespænding

Function switch
2-stroke:
The machine welds when the torch trigger is activated.
Spot:
The machine welds in a preset time (0.15 2.5 seconds)
when the torch trigger is activated (see 4).
Interval:
The machine welds and stops automatically when the
torch trigger is activated (see 4 and 5).
4-stroke:
The machine welds automatically when the torch trigger
is activated. Release the trigger and activate it again to
stop welding. 4-stroke is used for long welds (also
referred to as selfhold).
ON
The LED shines when the machine is switched on.
Overheating error indicator
The indicator shines if welding is interrupted due to
overheating of the machine. The machine will
reconnect automatically after a short cooling period.
Welding time
Control knob for setting welding time between 0.15
and 2.5 seconds when control knob 1 is set for spot
welding or interval welding.
Variable pause time
Setting the pause time when control knob 1 is set for
interval welding.
Burnback
Presetting the burnback time between 0.05 and 0.5
second. Determines the time from when the wire
feeding stops till the arc is extinguished.
Congratulations on your new Multimotive welding machine. This is a quickguide to the functions of the machine.
To protect yourself and others, please also read and understand the instruction manual before using the machine.
1. Connect the machine to correct mains voltage: 3 x 400V for 220 and 1 x 230V for 221. See instruction manual.
2. Connect gas and put in a wire that is suitable for the relevant welding process.
3. Switch on the machine and adjust welding parameters according to the chosen wire and gas as well as plate thickness and
welding position.
4. In addition to standard configuration, the machine can be configured and adjusted to varying welding jobs.
5. As welding fumes, radiation and light are highly hazardous to health, use of personal protective equipment, such as
respiratory protection, welding gloves, goggles etc. is mandatory according to national regulations. Surroundings must also
be protected against light, sparks etc.

Stepless setting of wire feed speed
Control knob for setting the wire feed speed
between 1 and 15 m/min. If set in left position when
the machine is connected to a Dialog torch, the wire
feed speed is set from the torch handle (remote
control).
Reversing switch (only DUO)
Switch for choice of torch 1 or 2 (1 = wire feed unit in
left side, 2 = wire feed unit in right side).
Main switch
Main switch for on/off position and choice of low or
high voltage range.
Step switch for welding voltage
For machines with gas test. In "gas test" position, gas
flow will open when the torch trigger is activated.

Inductance outlets
By connecting the earth cable to the left outlet, the
machine is optimized to welding with solid wire (Fe).
If the earth cable is connected to the right outlet, the
machine is optimized to MIG brazing or welding with
special wires.
