The System Manual for MiVoice Business solution on Mitel SMB Controller is intended for certified
MiVoice Business technicians who are installing, upgrading, maintaining, or troubleshooting the Mitel®
MiVoice Business software deployed on the SMB Controller.
Note:
In this document, it is presumed, that the Mitel SMB Controller is loaded with a MiVoice
Business application software. This assumption applies, even when the expressions Mitel
SMB Controller, SMB Controller, or communication server are used.
The document is also intended for planners, installers, and system managers of phone equipment.
Basic knowledge of phones and IP technology is required to understand the content.
The system manual is available in the PDF format and can be printed if necessary. Navigation in PDF
format is based on the topic titles, table of contents, cross references, and index. All these navigation
