Step 4
(1) Install the laser head on the laser head bracket of the X-axis.
(2) Adjust the height of the laser head through the Torx handle.
Step 5
(1) Use a wrench to turn the eccentric nut to adjust the tightness of the guide wheel and the guide rail.
Tips: How to determine the tightness of eccentric nuts?
Under the condition of ensuring that the bracket does not shake, you can lift one end of the machine
to an angle of 45 degrees with the horizontal plane, and release the X-axis or Y-axis bracket from
a high place. If the bracket can slide at a constant speed to the end, the tightness is suitable.
The adjustment operation of the X-axis nut is the same as above.

(2) As shown in the figure, the cutting pad should be placed to cover the working area
as far as possible.

Then you can use the roller to carve the cylindrical object. The focus needs to be adjusted before
engraving, the operation method is the same as 3.2 Laser focus adjustment.
(4) Before engraving, the position of the roller needs to be adjusted to keep the roller and the
laser head parallel.
3.3 Laser Focus Adjustment
(1) Place a fixed focus film on the object to be engraved or cut.
(2) Loosen the Torx handle screw in the middle of the laser and let the laser slide freely until it touches
the fixed focus plate (after contact, you can gently lift the laser and take out the fixed focus plate).
