WARNINGS
GENERAL
Do not set and drive this model being vibrated.
Do not set and drive at hi‑temperature, hi‑density, and direct sun‑shine place.
Do not set and drive at metal‑dust, chemical‑liquid place.
Do not set and drive at the hi‑shock, hi‑vibration and hi‑magnetic places.
Do not take power from same source of hi‑noise as air‑conditioner’s.
POWER
Single power line only, to escape from noise troubles.
Turn OFF power switch without fail, while IN/OUT of plug.
Never handle power‑cord by wet‑hands.
PAPER
Do not stock paper at hi‑density, hi‑dry places.
Deformed or damaged paper causes printing troubles.
In case of NO PAPER, it warns blinking FEED SWITCH lump.
New paper can be set again even in printing, it will restart again after confirming new paper set.
Never OFF the power while setting new.
MECHANISM
Mechanism is mainly composed of gilt‑metal, which sometimes causes rust on the surface.
Be careful not to be influenced by magnet to lead‑switch as reset‑detector.
PRINTING HEAD
Do not print without paper. It will damage head and platen.
Do not touch head mechanism while printing.
Do not touch hot head mechanism.
Do not OFF the power while printing.
SHOCK
Do not drop or give any shocks to printer.
Do not give any materials, as water, liquid, pin, clip and metals in printer, which
will cause any troubles.
In case of any materials in it, turn OFF the power, and contact to dealer you bought this model.
Clean this model by wet and soft cloth.
Do not clean with THINNER and so, which will damage the casing, etc.
In case of troubles, turn OFF the power, then contact to dealer you bought.
MISCELANEOUS
Do not reprint this manual without permission.
The sentence, specifications and contents are subject to change without notice.

guarantee is void if the product has been altered, misused, taken apart or otherwise abused.

2/TPT model

1:FEED SWITCH: to feed roll paper by depressing.
2:CONNECTOR: to set I/O connector.
3:F.G.: frame ground's terminal.
4:POWER SWITCH (V AC OPERATIONAL MODEL only)
ON/OFF AC power. Top is ON, bottom is OFF.
5:POWER HARNESS/POWER CORD
HARNESS: 24V, 12v, 5V DC model.
POWER CORD : 100V AC model only.
6:COVER: press arrow directions, then up cover to take off.

HOW TO SET ROLL PAPER
Depressing the 1 of ARROWs, then lift and take off cover.
How to set roll paper
1, Inserting roll-shaft into the core of roll’s.
2,Set shaft on holder, checking the paper with winding.
3, Cut straight roll end as below figure.
Never hold doubled papers. It will cause paper jam.

4, Insert roll-end to the guide, it will automatically feed into
print mechanism. Or, set again after up the lever.
5, Press FEED SW until roll will be 10cm more from mechanism,
Confirming the down of head-up lever.
6, set cover again after pass paper edge into paper-path of cover.
Remark: TP model
Press PUSH to lock front panel.
Confirm paper stretched before closing front panel, or it will cause printing trouble.
WARNING : NP‑580 is the guaranteed roll paper. If otherwise, it will cause printer trouble or damages.
