acuerdo a las instrucciones de montaje que lo acompañan , cumplen con las

WARRANTY
COMFORT SDN S.A. guarantees the evaporative air conditioners that it manufactu-
res due to defects in materials and / or manufacturing reliably made.
COMFORT SDN S.A., will repair or replace, according to its own technical criteria,
the defective parts or components. Excluded from this warranty are intentional and
/ or accidental damage caused by improper or incorrect use, and / or by modifica-
tions in the installation regulations and / or by changes in the specific materials for
the same and / or for any reason not attributable to the quality of the materials and
/ or manufacturing defects cited. Water pumps, as their durability depends on the
preventive maintenance carried out by the user (periodic cleaning of the air condi-
tioner) are not included in this warranty. The expenses that originate outside the
factory for labor, shipping, packaging, transportation or insurance of the equip-
ment and / or its parts to be repaired or replaced by COMFORT SDN S.A., are the
responsibility of the owner. This warranty automatically expires 2 (two) years from
the date of purchase.

INSTALLATION SEQUENCE
PREPARING THE VEHICLE ROOF
A- HATCHLESS CEILINGS::
When you can choose the place to make the hole in the ceiling, it is recommended
to do it on the driver's seat line, so the air distribution is optimal. (IT IS ALWAYS
MORE EFFECTIVE TO RECEIVE COLD AIR FROM FORWARD).
Defined the best place, make a hole of 430 mm x 310 mm, making the angles with
an approximate radius of 30 mm and then bending the sheet upwards to make it
rigid. (approximate height 10 mm around the perimeter).
Put the sealing strip around the hole in a rectangle of approximately 600mm x
400mm, taking care that the upper surface is in a plane to achieve a correct support
of the base of the evaporative cooler, avoiding the entry of air and water from the
outside.
If the roof has gutters, they should be covered with a thin rubber or weatherstrip.
When the ceiling is level, the self-adhesive weatherstrip included with the evapora-
tive cooler should be put on.
Put neutral silicone sealant on the weatherstrip and on the inner perimeter, before
supporting the evaporative cooler.

The evaporative air conditioner is placed over the hole in the ceiling, it is centered
as best as possible and the telescopic supports are placed as shown in the figure:

B- HATCH CEILINGS:
- Remove the hatch from the roof.
- If the hatch frame does not have a weatherstrip, put one around its perimeter to
correctly support the base of the evaporative cooler.
- Put neutral silicone sealant on the weatherstrip, before supporting the evaporati-
ve cooler.

With the evaporative cooler firmly attached to the ceiling, we proceed to mount
the frame and the command board. Before adjusting the assembly with the screws
of the board, the electrical connections are made with the corresponding connec-
tions.
In cases of hose installation inside the vehicle, the electrical and hydraulic connec-
tion is also made before tightening the screws.

In vehicles where the water tank is located inside or a pre-existing water tank is
used, it is recommended to use the internal electrical and hydraulic connection.
