Fitting Delta

For the ideal cosmetic appearance and most comfortable fit

with Delta please consider the following:

• Selection of correct speaker unit length

• Selection of correct dome size

• Correct insertion of speaker in the ear

• Use of the ear grip, if necessary

Selecting Speaker Unit Length

The speaker unit is available in four lengths and in

left/right versions. No. 1 is the shortest and no. 4 is

the longest. The lengths most commonly used are 2

and 3.

The speaker should sit comfortably and hidden

in the ear canal. The wire should be flush with

the skin, and the top of the amplifier should sit

horizontally on top of the ear, behind the pinna.

Use the measuring tool to select the correct speaker

unit length. Place the measuring tool on the ear,

as shown. Choose the length corresponding to the

size-marking on the measuring tool at the top of the

ear canal opening.
