1Allgemeines
1.1 Geltungsbereich der Anleitung
Die PAW Mischer-Stellmotoren Typ SR2 werden als elektromotorische Antriebe für PAW-
Mischer (Nennweite DN 20) sowie als Antriebe für Umschaltventile (Auf/Zu-Steuerung)
eingesetzt. Die Stellmotoren sind für die Ansteuerung durch handelsübliche Regler vorgesehen.
1.2 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die PAW Mischer-Stellmotoren Typ SR2 dürfen nur unter Berücksichtigung der
in dieser Anleitung angegebenen technischen Grenzwerte verwendet werden.
Die bestimmungswidrige Verwendung der Mischer-Stellmotoren führt zum Ausschluss
jeglicher Haftungsansprüche. Die Stellmotoren sind als Zubehör für PAW Heizungs-
Armaturengruppen geeignet.
Das Produkt entspricht den relevanten Richtlinien und ist daher mit dem CE-Kennzeichen
versehen. Die Konformitätserklärung kann beim Hersteller angefordert werden.
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich PAW-Zubehör in Verbindung mit den PAW Mischer-
Stellmotoren. Die Verpackungsmaterialien bestehen aus recycelbaren Materialien
und können dem normalen Wertstoffkreislauf wieder zugeführt werden.
2Produktbeschreibung
Der PAW Mischer-Stellmotor Typ SR2 wird mittels einer Rasttechnik einfach auf den
Mischer aufgesteckt. Die Befestigung erfolgt mittels zweier Rastbolzen, die zusätzlich
als Verdrehsicherung dienen und zum Lieferumfang gehören.
2.1 Funktion
Der Drehwinkel (Stellbereich) ist auf 90° begrenzt. Das Erreichen der integrierten Endschalter
führt zum Abschalten des Antriebes, der Antrieb ist dann stromlos. Der Stellmotor kann durch
Drücken des Hand-Drehgriffs (Stellungsanzeiger) auf Handbetrieb gestellt werden. Dabei wird
das Getriebe ausgerastet und der Mischer kann mit dem Hand-Drehgriff beliebig eingestellt
werden. Hinter bzw. unter dem Hand-Drehgriff ist eine blau-rote Farbskala zur Anzeige
der Mischerstellung aufgeklebt. Im Lieferzustand befindet sich der Stellmotor am linken
Endanschlag. Die Skala ist für den Einsatzfall „Vorlauf rechts“ vorbereitet. Im Sichtfenster
des Hand-Drehgriffs ist die Skala blau. Für den Einsatzfall „Vorlauf links“ ziehen Sie den
Hand-Drehgriff vom Stellmotor ab. Die Skala muss vom Gehäuse abgezogen und um 180°
verdreht wieder aufgeklebt werden, so dass dann die Skala im Sichtfenster des Hand-
Drehgriffs rot ist (siehe „6 Wechsel des Vorlaufs“, vorletzte Seite der Anleitung).

ACHTUNG
Die Installation und Inbetriebnahme sowie der Anschluss der elektrischen Komponenten
setzen Fachkenntnisse voraus, die einem anerkannten Berufsabschluss als Elektrofachkraft
bzw. einem Beruf mit vergleichbarem Kenntnisstand entsprechen [Fachmann]. Der elektrische
Anschluss muss gemäß der gesetzlichen Vorschriften erfolgen!

1General information
1.1 Scope of these instructions
The PAW valve actuators SR2 are used as electric drives for PAW mixing valves (nominal
diameter DN 20) as well as drives for switch valves (on/off controls). The actuators can be
used as drives for standard controllers.
1.2 Designated use
The PAW valve actuators SR2 may only be used taking into consideration the technical
limit values indicated in these instructions.
Improper usage of the valve actuators excludes any liability claims.
The valve actuators can be used as accessory for PAW heating fitting groups.
This product complies with the relevant directives and is therefore labelled with the CE mark.
The Declaration of Conformity is available upon request. Please contact the manufacturer.
Only use PAW accessory with the PAW valve actuators.
The wrapping materials are made of recyclable materials and can be disposed of
with recyclable materials.
2Product description
The PAW valve actuators SR2 can be easily attached to the mixing valve with the halting
technique. The installation is carried out by means of two stop bolts which secure the
housing additionally against distort and which are part of the delivery.
2.1 Function
The rotation angle (adjustment range) is limited to 90°. When the actuator gets to an end
position it is switched off by means of the integrated limit switches. The actuator is then at
zero current. The actuator can be put into manual mode by pressing the rotary handle (position
indicator). When pressing the handle of the actuator the gears are disengaged and the mixing
valve can be adjusted to any position.
A blue/red coloured scale is stuck behind/under the rotary handle to indicate the position of
the mixing valve. The actuator is delivered in the left end position. The scale is prepared for the
operation "flow on the right". The blue part of the scale is visible. In case of "flow on the left" pull
off the rotary handle from the actuator. The scale must be pulled off from the housing, turned
by 180° and stuck on again. The red scale must be visible now (see "6 Change of the flow line ",
penultimate page of these instructions).
