Your phone’s home screen consists of the following areas:

Ringtone Your phone will ring when receiving a call.
Vibration

Wap
message
You have received a Wap push message.
Missed call You have missed a call.
Call diverts All your incoming voice calls are being
forwared to a number.
Headset The headset is plugged into the phone.
Alarm The alarm clock is activated.
Roaming Displayed when your phone is registered to a
network other than your own (especially when
you’re abroad).
Home zone A zone designated by your network operator.
Contact your service provider for details.
GSM
network

The more bars are shown the better the
reception is.
Key lock The keypad has been locked.

Getting started
Insert SIM card and Charge the battery
Learn about installing SIM card and charging the battery for the first use.

Remove the back cover.

Charge the battery
A new battery is partially charged. The battery icon in the upper-right
corner shows the battery level of charging status.
Insert a Micro SD card (Memory card)
Tips:
•
You can use the phone while it is charging.
•
Keeping the charger plugged to the mobile
phone when the battery is fully charged
will not damage the battery. The only way
to turn off the charger is to unplug it, so it
is advisable to use an easily accessible
power socket.
•
If you do not intend to use your phone for
several days, we recommend that you
remove the battery.
•
If a fully charged battery left unused, it will
lost its charge over time.
•
If a battery is being used for the first time
or the battery has not been used for a
prolonged period, it may take longer time
to recharge.
You can expand the memory of your
phone by adding a micro SD card.
The phone can support Micro SD
card up to 8GB.

Push down the card holder and
lift it up. Align your micro SD
card with the slot. Put it in place.

Press down the card holder and
pull it until it is locked.

Portable mobile phone charger
Portable mobile phone charger is a function that can charge for other
smart phone products.

Connect another smart phone product to the phone by the USB
cable.

Press navigation key -on the home screen or go to Charger in the
home menu to choose to open/close the portable mobile phone
charger.

After opening the portable mobile phone charger, the phone is
charging for this product.

You can choose to open/close the portable mobile phone charger
during charging or finished charging.

If you haven’t connected any product when the charger is opened,
the phone will automatically enter underloaded mode to reduce the
power consumption.
Note:
•
The working temperature of the portable mobile phone charger is: -20-50° C, if the
temperature is over this range, the phone will close the charger and give irrelative tips.
•
The portable mobile phone charger is applicable for smart phone products that carry an
output charging voltage of 5V and a maximum output current of 480mA.

Using your phone
Use basic call functions
Make a call

Enter the phone number.

Press (to dial the number.

Press )to hang up.
Tips:
•
For international calls, long press 0 to enter the "+" sign for the international prefix.
•
After the primary card set, if you dial on home screen, all calls would dial from primary
card by default, you can press left soft key Rto make a call from another card.
Answer and end a call

Press (to answer the call (Press the navigation key +or -to
adjust the volume).

Press right soft key Rto select handsfree mode.

Press )to hang up.
Tips:
•
You can use the supplied headset to answer or end a call.
Use speed dial
On the home screen, you can call a number by long pressing a numeric
key.
To assign a contact to a speed-dial key:

Select Contacts>Options>Advanced>Speed dial.

Choose the Status to On.

Go to Set numbers to choose a numeric key to add a number.

Receive and send messages
You can use the Messaging menu to send text message.

Select Messaging> Write message>Write SMS/MMS.

Write your text message.

Press ROptions to add multimedia contents (picture, sound,
attachment or bookmark text).

Press ,to send the message.
Tips:
•
When you edit new message, message will send out from primary card by default, you
can press left soft key Rto send message from SIM1 or SIM2.
•
When you send a message from call history or message inbox, the message will send
out from received card, you can press left soft key Rto select SIM1 or SIM2 to send
a message.
Enter text
Your mobile phone supports a number of text entry methods, English
input, numeric input and symbol input.

Introduction of input methods:
Manage your phonebook
Learn about basic phonebook function.
Add a new contact
Method one:

On the home screen, enter a number. Go to LOptions>Save to
contacts/Save to existing.

Save the number, and add details as desired.

Press left soft key Lto finish saving.
Method two:

Go to Contacts, select Add new contact.

Select a location (To SIM1/To SIM2/To phone).

Add details as desired, and press left soft key Lto finish saving.
Search for a contact

Go to Contacts.

There are four phonebooks above the list: All, Phone, SIM1 and
SIM2.

Press the navigation key <or >to select a desired phonebook.

Enter the letters of the name in the search bar. (For example “John
Henry” enter “J H”)

Select the contact from the list.
Input method Function
English input Press the keys that are marked with the letter you
wish to enter. Press once to get the first letter on
the key, press twice quickly to get the second letter
and so on until the letter you want is displayed on
the screen.
Numeric input Press the numeric key to enter a number.

Manage your contacts
You can copy or move contacts between the SIM card and phone, or
delete contacts. Go to Contacts>Options, press +or -to select the
desired option.

Set group:
You can group your contacts as different groups. For different groups,
you can use different ringtones for identification.

Add contacts to a group:

Select Contacts>Options>Caller groups>Add new group, add
group name and ringtone, and save.

In Group member, press left soft key Lto add members for
the group.
Media player
Save MP3 music files under the My music folder on your memory card.
Play music

Go to Entertainment>Audio player, go to List select your desired
song in the folder.

Press LOptions>Play to start playing.
