IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, especially when children
are present, basic safety precautions should always be
taken, including the following:

described in this manual. Do not use attachments not
recommended by the manufacturer.
10. Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord
or plug, if it is not working properly or if it has been
dropped, damaged, or dropped into water. Return the
appliance to an authorized service center for

examination and repair.
11. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
12. Never use while drowsy.
13. Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray)
products are being used or where oxygen is being
administered.
14. Unit is hot when in use. Do not let heated surfaces
touch eyes or skin.
15. Do not place the heated unit directly on any surface
while it is hot or plugged in.
16. Do not use an extension cord with this appliance.
17. Do not touch hot surfaces of the appliance. Use
handles or knobs.
18. Do not attempt to touch the housing of your appliance
near the curling barrels, as it is hot when in use.
19. Do not use with a voltage converter.
20. This appliance is not a toy. Keep away from children.
21. This appliance can be used by children 8 years and
older and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge
if they are supervised or instructed on the safe use of
the appliance and understand the risks involved.
22. Children are not to play with the appliance.
23. Cleaning and user maintenance are not to be carried
out by children without supervision.
24. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
25. Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers,
basins or other vessels containing water.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Plug the appliance into a standard electrical outlet (100–240V).
2. Power on the hair waver. Set your preferred temperature with the +/-
buttons. The hair waver will heat up quickly.
3. Section hair evenly and comb each section before starting to curl. Hold a
section of hair taut, open the hair waver, and place the section of hair
between the barrels, starting from near the scalp.
4. Release the opening clasp, so the hair is clamped between the barrels.
Keep the hair waver in place for 5-8 seconds, open it again and continue
curling the same hair section towards the ends.
5. Make sure you do not drag the hair waver along the hair but open it and
clamp it as many times as it takes to reach the end of the hair section. You
can create more defined waves by having smaller hair sections or keeping
the waver in place longer (being careful not to burn your hair), and looser
waves by having bigger hair sections or keeping the waver in place a shorter
time.
6. Some experimenting is necessary when first using the curling iron or when
changing to a dierent hairstyle.
Remark: For safety reasons, the appliance switches itself o automatically
after 60 minutes. For continued use, the appliance will need to be switched
on again.

CLEANING
Unplug the hair waver from the power source and wipe with a damp cloth.
STORAGE
When not in use, the hair waver should be disconnected and stored in a safe,
dry location, out of reach of children. Never wrap the cord around the hair
waver. Allow the cord to hang loose and straight from the hang ring.
DAILY MAINTENANCE
For the safe usage of the hair waver, check the following daily:
• The cord and surface of the cord. Never use if any parts are split, torn or
damaged.
• The plug and never use if cracked, split or damaged.
• The plug pins and never use if bent or damaged.
• The buttons and do not use if cracked, split, broken or damaged.
When not in use for a long time, clean and dry the entire hair waver and store
in a cool, dry place. When ready to use again, follow the directions of daily
maintenance confirming each function of the hair waver.
