WARNINGS
ÚThis appliance is intended for domestic household
use only and should not be used for any other
purpose or in any other application, such as for
non-domestic use or in a commercial environment.
ÚIf the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
ÚIf the kettle is overfilled, boiling water may be
ejected.
ÚWARNING: Do not remove the lid while the water is
boiling.
ÚThe kettle is only to be used with the stand
provided.
ÚThe appliance must not be immersed.
ÚThis appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by
children unless they are older than 8 and
supervised.

IMPORTANTSAFETYINSTRUCTIONS
ÚPlace the appliance on a stable flat surface before use.
ÚBe careful when opening the lid immediately after the water has boiled,
the steam coming out of the kettle is very hot constituting a risk of
scalding.
ÚDo not use the kettle to heat anything other than water. Never fill the
kettle beyond the maximum level indication. Do not operate the kettle
if water is below the minimum level.
ÚDo not fill the kettle when positioned on base. Dry the water on the
bottom of the body before placing it onto the base.
PARTS
OPERATION
Before first use, fill the kettle with water up to the maximum level and let
the water boil once, pour out the hot water and rinse the kettle once
more.
Boiling Water
1. Remove the kettle from the base.

2. Fill the kettle with desired amount of water through the spout or the
open lid.
Press the lid release button to open lid.
The water amount ranges from the minimum amount 0. 75L to
the maximum amount 1.5L.
3. Close the lid until a click is heard and place the kettle on the base.
4. Insert the plug into the mains socket.
5. Press the power switch. The water is being heated.
•The power indicator light will illuminate.
6. The kettle will switch off automatically when the water boils.
•The power indicator light will go out.
•You can stop the boiling process by setting the power switch to O.
NOTE: Use the kettle only when the lid is closed and the filter is in
place.

CLEANING AND DESCALING
Always unplug the appliance from the mains socket and allow it to cool
down before cleaning.
Do not use chemical, steel wool or abrasive cleaner to clean the
appliance.
Clean the outside of the kettle and the power base using a damp cloth.
Remove the filter on the lid. Clean it under running water and then
replace it.
Regularly descale the kettle using a specific descaler.

MISESENGARDEIMPORTANTES
ÚL’appareil doit être placé sur une surface plane et stable avant d'être
utilisé pour la première fois.
ÚLes jets de vapeur sont très chauds et constituent un risque de brûlure:
Faites très attention lors de l'ouverture du couvercle une fois l'eau
portée à ébullition.
ÚN'utilisez pas cette bouilloire pour faire chauffer quoi que ce soit
d'autre que de l'eau. Ne remplissez jamais la bouilloire au-delà du trait
maximum. Ne faites jamais fonctionner la bouilloire avec une quantité
d'eau inférieure au niveau minimum.
ÚNe remplissez jamais la bouilloire en la laissant sur son socle. Essuyez
l'eau sous la bouilloire avant de la remettre sur son socle.

UTILISATION
Avant la première utilisation, remplissez la bouilloire au maximum avec
de l'eau, faites-la chauffer une fois, puis videz l'eau bouillante et rincez à
nouveau la bouilloire.
Utilisation de la bouilloire
1. Retirez la bouilloire de son socle.
2. Remplissez la bouilloire avec la quantité d'eau souhaitée, que vous
verserez soit par le bec verseur soit après avoir ouvert le couvercle.
Pour ouvrir le couvercle, appuyez sur le bouton de déverrouillage.
La quantité de remplissage peut être comprise entre 0,75L
(niveau minimum) et 1,5L (niveau maximum).
3. Fermez le couvercle (vous devez entendre un clic) et remettez la
bouilloire sur son socle.
4. Branchez l'appareil sur une prise de courant.
5. Appuyez sur le bouton marche/arrêt. L'eau commence à chauffer.
•Le témoin d'alimentation s’allume.
6. Une fois l'eau portée à ébullition, la bouilloire s'éteint
automatiquement.
•Le témoin lumineux s'éteint.
•Vous pouvez interrompre le processus à tout moment en mettant
le bouton marche/arrêt sur O.
REMARQUE : La bouilloire ne doit pas être utilisée avec le couvercle
ouvert et sans le filtre en place.

NETTOYAGE ET DÉTARTRAGE
Débranchez toujours l'appareil et attendez qu'il ait refroidi avant de le
nettoyer.
N’utilisez pas de produit chimique, de laine de verre ou de nettoyant
abrasif pour nettoyer l’appareil.
Essuyez les surfaces externes et le socle avec un chiffon humide.
Enlevez le filtre du couvercle. Lavez-le sous le robinet, puis remettez-le
en place.
Détartrez régulièrement la bouilloire avec un détartrant spécial.
En raison des mises au point et améliorations constamment apportées à
nos produits, de petites incohérences peuvent apparaître dans le mode
