2.1 JUNCTION GATE MECHANISM
2.1.1 SHIFT TRAY MODE
A4/LT sideways or shorter
The booklet gate [A] and buffer roller entrance gate [B] are closed and the copy
paper goes directly to the shift tray [C].
Longer than A4 sideways
The booklet gate, proof tray gate [D], and buffer roller exit gate [E] are closed, and
the buffer roller entrance gate is opened. The copy paper passes through the buffer
roller [F]. This paper path creates a distance between copies.
