Introduction
Thank you for chosing Rideet One,the first universal smart assistant for motorcycles!
In order to start using Rideet One,please download the required Rideet app from the
app store of your smartphone and follow the installation instructions.

Rideet One installation is simple, but we always suggest to commission the
job to a professional workshop with trained personnel, especially if you are
not experienced with electrical and mechanical operations on your
motorcycle.In case you want to perform the installation by yourself, please
read all installation tips and safety notes before starting the process.

Rideet One installation
Rideet One has to be installed inside your motorcycle by connecting it to a 12V power
source through the integrated hook connectors (or though the included T-tap) and fixing
it to any fixed part (such as the motorcycle frame).
To get detailed instruction on how to perform Rideet One installation and activation,visit
support.rideet.com and follow the procedure in the Installation section.
Step by step instructions are available in the Rideet app during the Activation process.

Activating your Rideet One
The first step to use a Rideet One is to activate it with the Rideet app.
Download the Rideet app fromthe app store of your smartphone and follow the procedu-
re to create a Rideet account or login with your existing account.
If this is your first Rideet One,after login you will be prompted to follow the activation and
installation process. If you already have another Rideet One, you can start the activation
process from the Garage section of the app.
•To properly install Rideet One you must activate it first through
the Rideet app.Performing the Installation of a Rideet One not yet
activated could lead to critical errors and impossibility of use.
• Rideet One installation requires network coverage.
Please make sure to be in an area with cellular network coverage before
starting to install Rideet One on your bike.

•Always make sure that there is no conductive connection between the
positive pole of the battery and its negative pole or another ground point
such as the frame.
•When fixing the Rideet One,position it according to the Positioning
Guidelines in the Installation section on support.rideet.com or in the
Rideet app.
•After the installation, be sure that all the parts are strongly fixed.
Installation notes
•Please note that using the T-tap exposes to the risk of water infiltration in
the installation area around the T-tap, with the risk of high damage to the
motorcycle electric system. After the installation, protect the area using
insulating tape and any other solution to prevent infiltration.
•Install Rideet One on a bike in vertical position by using centerstand or external stand.
•Before fixing Rideet One to the motorcycle, take note of its Serial Number on the lower
side.You will need it during the Activation process.
Once Rideet One is properly connected to a power source, you have to fix it to any fixed
part nearby, as, for example, the motorcycle frame. You can fix Rideet One by using two
(2) plastic ties.Fixing is simplified by the plastic ties designated areas on Rideet One itself.
When Rideet One is fixed and stable the electric and mechanical installation is completed.
You can return to the Rideet app to complete the activation process and to start calibra-
ting the unit.

Managing the Rideet Key
During the activation you will be prompted to turn on the provided Rideet Key (from now
on,“Key”) by long-pressing the Control button: the Key will emit a beep sound,turn on the
LED for about 3 seconds, and automatically pair with the Rideet One.
From that moment, the Rideet One will automatically recognize the presence of the Key
during its operations.
Every single Rideet Key is deeply linked to its Rideet One.
Keys can only be used with the Rideet One shipped with the Key.
Additional Rideet Keys for your devices can be purchased on
www.rideet.com.
•After the installation, be sure that all the electric parts are insulated.
Exposed electric parts can lead to major damage to the bike electric
system and/or electric hazards.
Safety notes
•When installing Rideet One, always use protective equipment such as,
but not limited to, insulated gloves to prevent electric hazards.
•Before installing Rideet One, be sure that the motorcycle is in a stable and steady
position to avoid possible falls.

How to use Rideet One
Once Rideet One is activated and linked to your account,you can use the Rideet app to
manage your device.When you login in the App for the first time,a brief tutorial will guide
you through features and options.

Rideet app (Settings > About > Manual & FAQs).

The Key ispowered by a CR2032battery.When the Key battery level shown in the Rideet
app is low, please replace the old battery by opening the plastic case.
When the new battery will be installed,long-press the Control button until the Key beeps
and turns the LED on for about 3 (three) seconds,in order to pair again with Rideet One.

RIDEET ONE TERMS & POLICIES
Before using Rideet One,please read all applicable terms, rules,policies and usage provisions found in the Rideet app in Settings > Info > Terms
and Conditions and available at support.rideet.com (collectively, the “Agreements”).By using your Rideet One device,you agree to be bound
by the Agreements.
LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty for Rideet One (the “Device”) is provided by the entity set below. The provider of this warranty is sometimes referred to herein as
“We”.We warrant the Device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of original
retail purchase.During this warranty period,if a defects arises in the Device,and you follow the instructions for returning the Device,we will, at our
option,to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the Device using either new or refurbished parts,or (ii) replace the Device with a new or
refurbished Device that is equivalent to the Device that is to be replaced. This limited warranty applies to, to the extent permitted by law, to any
repair, replacement part or replacement device for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety days,whichever period is longer.
This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the Device,and accessories sold with the Device,that are not subject to accident,
misuse,neglect, fire or other external causes, alterations,repair or commercial use.
INSTRUCTIONS.For specific instructions about how to obtain warranty service for your Device,please contact Customer Service via
support.rideet.com .In general,you will need to deliver your Device in its original packaging to the address specified by Customer Service.
Before you deliver your Device for warranty service,it is your responsibility to back up any data, software or other materials you may have stored
or preserved on your Device.It is possible that such data,software or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and we will not be
responsible for ny such damage or loss.
LIMITATIONS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU
OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES, AND WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING,
